Dubai Illuminates with Stunning Light Displays for #RamadanInDubai Campaign

Dubai has transformed into a breathtaking spectacle of light and artistry this Ramadan, with vibrant lanterns, intricate motifs, and grand installations adorning key streets and landmarks.
The dazzling decorations are part of the second edition of the #RamadanInDubai campaign, launched under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council.
Spearheaded by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, in collaboration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the initiative enhances the city's visual landscape with stunning illuminations. 'Anwaar Dubai,' a dedicated project under the campaign, has brought Ramadan-themed décor to prominent streets and landmarks, reflecting the values of unity, generosity, and cultural heritage.
Key partners, including Dubai Municipality, Wasl Group, Dubai Holding, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim, and Al-Futtaim Group, have contributed to the citywide transformation. Notable locations such as Jumeirah Street, Al Khawaneej Street, Za'abeel Palace Street, and the historic Clock Roundabout in Deira now shine with festive brilliance.
Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, highlighted the significance of lighting in shaping Dubai's identity. 'These creative displays not only enhance the city's charm but also create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing residents and visitors to experience the essence of Ramadan,'
she said.
Private sector entities have also played a key role, with Emaar, Dubai Holding, and Majid Al Futtaim embellishing malls, public spaces, and communities with immersive décor and captivating light projections. 'Ramadan Reflections,' a returning feature at DIFC, Al Seef, and Dubai Festival City Mall, further amplifies the celebratory spirit.
With the collaborative efforts of public and private entities, the #RamadanInDubai campaign continues to bring joy and cultural vibrancy to the emirate, uniting the community in celebration of the Holy Month.
