The MINI Countryman E John Cooper Works (JCW) Pack has been introduced in India recently as the brand new flagship model of the BMW owned brand. The fresh JCW Edition adds a sporty look to both the exterior and interior of the quirky electric SUV, and will be positioned at the top of the variant list. Interestingly, the new MINI Countryman E JCW Pack will be limited to just 20 units and will go on sale online-only for a nominal price of ₹ 1.5 lakh. Deliveries will start from June 10, 2025, onwards. Here's what it has to offer.

On the feature side, the MINI Countryman E JCW features a 9.4-inch OLED infotainment touchscreen system, a head-up display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a Harman Kardon audio system, wireless charging, ambient light, a panoramic sunroof, front seats with electric adjustment, numerous airbags, Level 2 ADAS, and more.

Mahindra is currently readying the updated avatar of the XUV700 in India. Recently, the test mule of the SUV was spotted for the first time, revealing briefly about its exterior highlights. Now, the XUV700 test mule has been spotted again, and it gives us a hint about its interior. The latest test mule spied on test suggests that the Mahindra XUV700 will get a triple-screen layout, similar to the one we see in the all-electric XEV 9e. Mahindra XUV700 Facelift: Powertrain Expected The facelifted version of the Mahindra XUV700 is expected to retain its power unit from the current models. It is likely to get a 2.0-liter turbo petrol and a 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine options, mated with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter option. Also, Mahindra may equip the XUV700 facelift with a plug-in hybrid system. The spy shots reveal that the SUV will be equipped with a triple-screen setup. The triple-screen setup is likely the 10.2-inch unit borrowed from the Mahindra XEV 9e. It is liley to borrow the dashboard design from the XEV 9e, front and rear ventilated seats, an updated Harman Kardon sound system, a self-park feature, a digital key, and more. Mahindra XUV700 Facelift: Exterior Expected The Mahindra XUV700 facelift's spy images suggest that it will carry the same design elements as seen on the current version on sale. However, the front fascia has a newly designed grille, featuring vertical slats, and is positioned in a slanting posture. The XUV700 facelift spied had no fog lights, and it also gets circular headlamps that resemble those seen on the Mahindra Thar. However, these elements might be replaced in the production-spec version. New Vida VX2 To Miss Out On Disc Brakes- Teaser Confirms
Hero MotoCorp's electric vehicle manufacturing arm, Vida, has been consistently teasing its affordable electric scooter, VX2. The latest teaser released ahead of launch on July 1, 2025, shows the silhouette of the vehicle along with a few other details. One of these elements to focus on is that the upcoming model misses out on the disc brakes and will come equipped with drum brakes. Before its launch, the Vida VX2 electric scooter was seen hidden in plain sight at a dealership, revealing some aspects of its design. Based on the photos, the electric scooter exhibits a design quite similar to the V2 range. These similarities can be noted in features like the headlight and tail lamp. Furthermore, the EV presents a curved shape that echoes the V2 series. Moreover, it came with physical buttons to scroll through the options visible on the screen. The switchgear on this electric vehicle seemed to have been borrowed from the V2. This model also incorporated a keyhole, indicating its emphasis on affordability. It is anticipated that the Vida VX2 will offer various battery pack options to cater to different consumer preferences. However, specific details about the electric scooter have not yet been revealed. In addition to its specifications, the electric scooter is expected to be constructed on a new platform designed for creating budget-friendly vehicles. The price of the upcoming model will only be revealed at the time of the launch. As previously mentioned, it is expected to be less expensive than the Vida V2 electric scooter, which starts at Rs 74,000 (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 1,20,300 (ex-showroom).
