The Sun can reveal Jon's efforts ultimately prove successful, as he has found love with hunky Jordan Fairhurst.
Jordan, who works in marketing, met Jon when they were set up by the show's matchmakers.
An insider tells The Sun: "Sparks flew between Jon and Jordan instantly.

"There was a real connection there from the get go and things developed really quickly.
"They have been on a few dates on the show, but now they are in official and in a full blown relationship.
"Jon never expected to find something serious on the show. but Jordan really took him by surprise.
