Dividend stocks, rights issue: Shares of eMudhra, Sarla Performance Fibers, and Capital Trust are expected to remain in spotlight today as they trade ex-date tomorrow, Wednesday, June 18, following their corporate announcements. Among them, eMudhra and Sarla Performance Fibers are set to trade ex-dividend date, while Capital Trust will trade ex-date for the rights issue, showed the BSE data.
The ex-date marks the cutoff for eligibility in corporate actions such as dividend payouts or rights entitlements. Investors must hold shares prior to this date to be deemed eligible. The companies, however, finalise recipients based on shareholder records as of the close of the record date.

eMudhra dividend 2025
IT Enabled Services provider company eMudhra has informed the exchanges that its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share for the financial year 2024-25 on its fully paid-up equity share capital of the company. This, however, remains subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
The company has set the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to the final dividend on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
Sarla Performance Fibers dividend 2025
The Other Textile Products maker Sarla Performance Fibers has had the Board recommend a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share of ₹1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
The company has fixed Wednesday, June 18, 2025, as the record date/cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to receive the final dividend, if declared, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and for e-voting at the AGM.
It is worth noting that the company is under Enhanced Surveillance Measure (ESM: Stage 1) on the BSE.
Capital Trust rights issue
Capital Trust shares will remain in spotlight as the company has announced the rights issue of 6.075 million fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of ₹82/- per rights equity share (comprising face value of ₹10/- and a premium of ₹72/- per share), aggregating to ₹49.81 crore.
The company has set the rights entitlement ratio in such a way that 5 rights equity shares will be offered for every 14 fully paid-up equity shares held by eligible shareholders on the record date, Monday, June 16, 2025. The rights issue will remain available from Wednesday, June 25, 2025, till Saturday, July 12, 2025. The last date for on-market renunciation of rights entitlements is Wednesday, July 09, 2025. Finalisation of the basis of allotment is on or about Friday, July 18, 2025.

The combined holding of Dixon Tech's promoters also declined to 29.5 per cent from 32.27 per cent. Meanwhile, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 14.45 lakh shares in two tranches, amounting to a 2.39 per cent stake in Dixon Technologies for Rs 1,924 crore. Live Events The shares were purchased at an average price of Rs 13,307.96 apiece, taking the deal size to Rs 1,923.84 crore. After the stake buy, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund's holding in Dixon Technologies rose to 4.63 per cent from 2.24 per cent. Details of the other buyers of Dixon Technologies could not be ascertained on the exchange. Shares of Dixon Technologies (India) rose 3.55 per cent to close at Rs 14,554.10 per piece on the BSE. Last month, electronics manufacturing services company Dixon Technologies (India) reported an over four-fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 464.95 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, riding on robust revenue growth. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 97.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Its consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 10,292.54 crore compared to Rs 4,657.97 crore in the year-ago quarter, the company said. In FY25, its consolidated net profit was Rs 1,232.58 crore against Rs 374.92 crore in FY24. The company's consolidated revenue from operations in FY24 stood at Rs 38,860.1 crore from Rs 17,690.9 crore in FY24, it added.

Zen Technologies shares hit the upper circuit on Monday after the defence training and anti-drone solutions provider announced it is acquiring majority stake in emerging defence technology firm TISA Aerospace that specialises in loitering munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles. This will mark the company's entry into the high-growth domain of loitering munitions and the ecosystem around it. It is a rapidly evolving category of precision-guided weaponry that has demonstrated significant operational relevance in modern warfare, Zen said, announcing its Board approval for ₹6.56 crore investment towards acquisition of nearly 55% stake and 4 lakh compulsorily convertible debentures. Zen shares ended 5% - upper circuit – at ₹1,995.30 each on the BSE. 'TISA's expertise in loitering munitions provides us with immediate access to advanced technologies and platforms that align with the emerging operational requirements of the Armed Forces,' Chairman and Managing Director Ashok Atluri. TISA has achieved significant research and development milestones, including successful execution of a project for DRDO with critical design assistance from IIT Madras. By integrating these capabilities with its existing strengths in anti-drone systems and propulsion technologies, Zen said it sought to build a broader and more future-ready defence portfolio. 'We see strong potential in product integration across platforms, enabling us to scale faster and compete more effectively in both domestic and global markets,' he said in a release. New Delhi [India], June 23 (ANI): Auto component company Sona Comstar on Monday appointed Jeffrey Mark Overly as the new Chairperson, days after the untimely demise of Sunjay Kapur. Jeffrey Mark Overly, is an Independent Director of the Company, since February 12, 2021 and his re-appointment as the Independent Director is approved by the Board in their meeting held on April 30, 2025, for the second term of 5 consecutive years, till 11th February, 2031, which is subject to approval of shareholder in the ensuing AGM of the Company. 'Overly has been on the board of the Company for almost 5 years now and has an excellent attendance record all (100 per cent) the Board and Committees meetings held during his tenure, contributing significantly to the deliberations and decision making of the Board and its committees, despite being in a different time zone,' the company informed stock exchanges. Further, in recognition of his unparalleled contributions and enduring impact, the Board of Directors unanimously designated Late Sunjay Kapur as Chairman Emeritus of the Company. The Board expressed grief over the untimely passing of Sunjay Kapur, Non Executive Chairman. 'The visionary leadership, unwavering commitment and exemplary guidance of Mr Kapur has left an indelible mark on the Board and Company. Throughout his tenure, Mr Kapur was instrumental in steering the Company through significant milestones. His strategic insights and ethical values served as the foundation of corporate governance and set the course for sustained growth and innovation for the Company,' the company noted. Kapur, as the Chairman of Sona Comstar from 2019 onwards, continued to guide the company's strategic direction. Under his chairmanship, Sona Comstar expanded its global footprint across the USA, Mexico, China, and Serbia, successfully listed on BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., and entered future mobility domains such as sensors and software through the acquisition of a majority stake in Novelic. He also supported the Company's diversification into sustainable mobility beyond automotive with the acquisition of the railway business from Escorts Kubota Limited. 'His emphasis on purposeful growth, sustainability, and technological excellence helped the Company navigate its journey towards its vision of becoming one of the world's most respected and valuable mobility technology companies for its customers, employees, and shareholders,' Sona Comstar said. Sunjay Kapur passed away on June 12 in England at the age of 53. His final rites were held in Delhi. (ANI)
