'It wasn't an easy decision': Country star Hardy axes European dates at last minute
Hardy has axed his European tour at the last minute.
The country star was set to kick off the run at Copenhell festival in Denmark on Thursday (19.06.25), and was later due to play Birmingham, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin.
Without giving an explanation, he stated it "wasn't an easy decision" to make.
He penned on Instagram on Monday (16.06.25): "I have decided to cancel the European leg of the JIM BOB TOUR.
"It wasn't an easy decision but one I had to make for my band, crew and my family.
"Please know that I love you all and I will be back as soon as I can.
"Refunds will automatically be issued by your point of purchase."
The tour was in support of his 2024 LP Quit!!.
The 34-year-old star - who first made his name as a songwriter for Florida Georgia Line - is due to continue his North American leg on July 18 at Country Thunder Wisconsin.
Hardy's recent work includes contributing to Post Malone's upcoming follow-up to 2024 chart-topper F-1 Trillion.
Malone told Billboard of working with collaborators including Ernest, Thomas Rhett and Hardy in Nashville: 'We just have fun. We just sit and f***ing talk and make songs. And so I'm pretty excited for the new record already.'
Malone noted how he'd 'made probably 35 songs; it's just a matter of which one's rock, and which one's sock."
He continued: "I sit there and listen to these songs, and I usually hate listening to my music, but listening to the band play, I get so excited.'
Speaking about how he incorporates all his different styles – also including rock and pop - into one seamless set, the Circles hitmaker said: 'You put a twist on the instrumentation and the musicianship of it.
We have Lillie [Mae] playing the fiddle and Cheese [Chandler Walters] playing the steel [guitar] and incorporating that into the old songs and then transitioning into the new s***… that's always been the thing about me, is it's all just f****** music.'

FKA twigs designs 'sensual and strong' sneakers
FKA twigs has co-designed a pair of "sensual and strong" sneakers for activewear brand ON. The 37-year-old pop star teamed up with the company last year as a creative partner and she's starred in several campaigns but has now helped create a new capsule collection which reflects her busy lifestyle including the Cloud x FKA shoe - which retail for £170 - and the singer admits she wanted the pieces to be able to to take her from rehearsals to meetings and studio sessions. She said in a statement: "I live a busy and varied life, often moving between training, meetings, and studio sessions in a single day. I wanted to create pieces that could move with me through those shifts - pieces that feel sensual and strong, and reflect all the different sides of who I am. "This capsule collection is about feeling confident in your body and free to express yourself -- whether you're dancing, creating, or just moving through your day." A statement posted by ON on Instagram added: "A collection that explores movement as a source of constant transformation. Inspired by dance, designed for self-expression." The collection also includes the Studio Bra FKA (£75) which is designed to provide "no feel" comfort as well as the Studio Short FKA (£85) which is a hybrid of shorts and a skirt. Other pieces co-designed by the singer include tights, a long-sleeved T-shirt, a cropped hoodie, a scarf, headband and socks. The capsule collection is due to be released by the end of June. The singer previously revealed she is as meticulous about her beauty regime as she is about her fashion choices, FKA Twigs admitted she has a "vigorous" routine using "healing" products as part of a self-care ritual, telling Harper's Bazaar: "I express myself through ritual; for me it's not really about the end result, it's knowing that every single day I'm doing something to take care of myself." Twigs went on to reveal she uses Amala Pro Retinoic Treatment Oil which is packed full of 23K Gold as well as plant seeds and oils and retails at around £195. She also uses the £515 FaceGym Pro which is described as "a non-invasive facial device that uses electrical muscle stimulation to strengthen, tone and sculpt the face". She said of the gadget: "It basically lifts your face an inch ... it's like a mini facelift." The singer concluded by insisting she now has a much healthier approach to looking after herself, adding: "I used to be really hard on myself to be perfect, or have perfect skin or perfect hair, or be a certain weight. I don't feel like that anymore ... (self-care) alleviates a lot of the pressure of the usual beauty standards that I think we can all fall in a trap with".

Miley Cyrus claims dad Billy Ray Cyrus 'smoked pot' on Hannah Montana set
Miley Cyrus claims her dad Billy Ray Cyrus "smoked pot" on the set of Hannah Montana - and she got the blame. The singer shot to fame playing a teenage school girl with a secret life as a pop star on the show - which ran between 2006 and 2011 - and she's now recalled her most "hilarious" memory from the series was when her country star father smoked a joint backstage and the blame fell on her. During an appearance on her mother Tish Cyrus and sister Brandi Cyrus' Sorry We're Cyrus podcast, was asked to share her funniest memory from the show and Miley explained: "Dad smoking pot and everyone blaming me for it. It's hilarious … He wasn't sharing 'cause Tish wasn't toking yet." Tish remembered the incident and revealed she did not believe Billy Ray - who she divorced in 2023 - was responsible and thought Miley's co-star Mitchel Musso was behind it. She said: "They were calling me, saying B-Ray was smoking pot, and I was saying: 'Absolutely not, he would never do that. It's Mitchel Musso!'" Miley added: "Well, it was Mitchel. It was Mitchel Musso! It was both." However, Mitchel - who played Oliver on the show - had different memories of the incident. In a statement to E! News, he said: "Well, that's not how I remember it. "However, I've got plenty of stories from those years that might be worth having a conversation about. If we're revisiting Hannah Montana history - just say the word. All love to Miley and the fam … even when the rewrites get this creative." During her appearance on the podcast, Miley also spoke about a recent incident in which her mother seemingly unfollowed her on Instagram after the singer went to see Billy Ray and sparked rumours of another family feud - but the singer revealed it was actually just a "bug" in the platform. Miley said: "If you were in the family or not in the family, it was weird timing. I went to see B-Ray, and you did mysteriously unfollow me - and then you got some backlash and suddenly knew how to press that follow button ... 'The truth is boring. There's a bug in Meta, it naturally unfollows the person that you follow with the most engagement … I was either, like: 'Mom lost her glasses and can't see,' which is what I thought happened. Then, there was actually a bug in Meta."
