MobLand – Season 1 Episode 10 Recap, Review & Ending Explained

The Review Geek01-06-2025

The Beast In Me
Episode 10 of Mobland begins with Kevin surrounded by spatters of blood while he rants to Rusby's dead body about his messy life. He's known about Bella and her connection to Conrad for a while, along with the truth about Eddie's parentage. It's here we get confirmation that his father is Conrad, not Kevin. He's tried hard to keep everything together but it's all become too much for him and something had to give.
Who is the mole?
Harry shows up and reunites with Kevin, while he brings his guys in to clean the place up and dispose of Rusby's body. They eventually drive down to the dock, where Harry is waiting for O'hara. It turns out she's the real mole of the family. She's been working with Richie for over a year, topped up on fentanyl and whispering secrets to the enemy.
Through her answers, Harry realizes she's not the only one giving Richie info, given she never mentioned the situation involving Archie or what went down in Antwerp.
Richie does trust her though so Harry uses her to get to him and end this war before it's too late. Harry lets her go and promises to call her, leaving O'hara dumbfounded as she walks away. With Conrad and Maeve in prison, it's coming down to crunch time. One of these families – the Harrigans or the Stevensons – could well be running the entire game when this is all said and done so they need to move quickly.
Kevin shows up to see Conrad while he's behind bars and tells him O'hara is their rat. He also goes on to tell Conrad that he's making big changes and is going to reshape the Harrigan name in his own image as head of the family. Conrad scoffs and jokes about, but Kevin is being deadly serious here.
Does Eddie learn the truth?
At the same time, Maeve speaks to Eddie and encourages him to kill Harry then go after Seraphina. From behind this glass, she has far less influence than before – but her tongue is still razor sharp. When she suggests that she and Eddie be King and Queen, she reveals that Conrad is his real father.
Eddie heads back to see Bella next and after cursing his mum out, demands that he be taken seriously and not be lied to anymore. Now, interestingly this chat occurs just after Bella checks the news, where her father is reeling after recordings of his illicit dealings have been made public.
Bella apologizes to Eddie for what happened with Conrad but unfortunately, EddIe has heard enough. He chokes her out and almost kills her… until Harry's guys stop him with a swift punch to the gut.
What happens to Alice?
Meanwhile, Kat phones Seraphina and suggests they broker a deal together and discuss the future. She's interested to hear more, while Alice and Colin close out their deal… with a catch. Colin double-crosses Alice and has his men drug her and take her away, working with Richie and giving him the all-clear to press ahead.
It seems like everything has been resolved… but there's a wildcard here. Harry rings O'hara and gives her a plan to follow. It's quite straightforward and involves Richie believing he's in charge when in reality, he's playing right into Kevin and Harry's hands.
Does the plan go ahead?
Richie's men show up at O'hara's office waiting for Harry… but without Paul O'Donnell. He hangs back and eventually hits the trigger, blowing the office up and all of Richie's men with it.
Another group arrive at the safehouse, who are also hit, while the remaining Harrigans rush through the woods. As for Harry and Kevin, they show up at Richie's bar, where Kevin doesn't hesitate, shooting O'hara and then Richie.
Harry and Kevin also uncover the recording of the planted evidence from inside Alice's car, which Kevin and Harry can use to get Conrad and Maeve out. They intend to let them hang for a bit first, while Colin shows up with the police at Richie's pub and sees the devastation for himself.
Does Harry leave with Kat?
Harry shows up to see Kat, who makes him an offer. She wants to take out all the Harrigans in one fell swoop and needs his intel to make that happen. If he doesn't play ball, then Kat will end up an enemy. Harry tells her to go fuck herself and walks away, loyal to the Harrigans until the end.
Back at the Harrigan estate, Bella speaks to Kevin about the future. He wants her by his side and she goes on to admit she's known about his nightmares and the ordeal inside the prison for a long time. He talks in his sleep and she's put the pieces together.
Bella understands what he's going through, admitting that her father raped her for years as a child, going some way to explain exactly why she wanted to take revenge. Bella promises to be by his side and this heart to heart works well to solidify their ties together.
How does Mobland season 1 end?
Meanwhile, Harry reunites with Gina and Jan. It's far less warm than the reunion we just saw, as they wind up arguing together about the future and what's been happening. Jan lashes out with the knife and winds up stabbing him right in the chest. Harry shrugs it off and sits down, with the knife still in his chest, joking that she has his full attention now.
As for Conrad, he's the big man in campus at the prison and revels in the applause as he looks set to reclaim his empire, bringing this season to an end.
The Episode Review
So Mobland bows out with a pulsating and satisfying finale, closing out the Richie saga with a lot of action and a clever little plan to take him down. It seemed obvious that O'hara would sell him short and thus, that's what happens here.
The episode goes out of its way to try and subvert expected tropes, like the delayed explosion from outside by Paul or the hostage situation where Kevin and Harry simply just shoot and kill them both.
There's a lot of foundational work done ready for a potential second season too, with both Seraphina and Kevin vowing to make their move as head of the family. Given what we've seen, I wouldn't be surprised if Seraphina teams up with Kat, setting up a separate faction, while the in-house fighting between Kevin and Conrad looks set to implode the family once more.
Harry decides he's loyal until the end and the moment involving Jan and the knife is a clever way of portraying how the only person who can properly hurt Harry is his wife, whom he cares for deeply.
Eddie is still a loose cannon though and after nearly killing his mum, could well prove to be a big problem next season. All that being said, this is a solid finale and a great watch overall.

EXCLUSIVE The reason Brooklyn Beckham has decided to set up home in LA with wife Nicola Peltz is revealed as couple's £11m Hollywood mansion exposes new twist in family feud

The real reason behind Brooklyn Beckham 's decision to give up his life in London and buy an £11 million mansion in LA has been revealed, exposing a shocking new twist in the family feud. The aspiring chef, 26, and his actress wife Nicola Peltz are in the midst of a heart-breaking rift with his parents, which led to them shunning David's epic 50th birthday celebrations. It has been claimed that Brooklyn's decision to purchase a new home in LA and put down roots in the American city was tied to him wanting to create permanent distance from his parents and their base in London and the Cotswolds. However, an insider has revealed to MailOnline that the decision was made because Brooklyn simply feels more at-home in LA after spending much of his childhood living in the US, and it has always been home to his American wife. The source shared: 'This house has nothing to do with family dynamics. David and Victoria also own property in the US, this is no different. 'Both Nicola and Brooklyn's careers are based in Los Angeles, and Brooklyn spent part of his childhood there while his father played for LA Galaxy. 'During that time, he attended school in LA for several years and built a life and friendships in the city. LA has always felt like home to him.' These revelations came as it's reported that the financial aspect of Brooklyn's new home that has sparked some tensions between his parents, and Nicola's father, billionaire Nelson Peltz. The Sun are reporting that Brooklyn does not entirely own the five-bedroom mansion, with a majority of the property owned by Nicola. Sources are now claiming that David and Victoria now feel their son is 'trapped,' especially after he signed an iron-clad prenup before he and Nicola married in 2022. However, the Peltzs have accused the Beckhams of being 'tight' and failing to support their son. It's thought that Brooklyn and Nicola's new home was largely paid for using her trust fund money, but as the creator of the fund, Nelson had to sign off releasing the funds, and the couple also contributed work savings when buying the property. Referencing David and Victoria, a source said: 'When it came to buying this house, of course they weren't just going to hand their son millions of pounds — what sort of message does that send? 'Nelson Peltz, on the other hand, is a billionaire investor and he and his wife Claudia regard Nicola, their little girl, as the apple of their eye. 'Understandably, they want to indulge her and ensure she never struggles — they expected the Beckhams, worth half a billion themselves, might match them penny for penny. Or, at least, chip in with financials as and when. 'That hasn't always happened, so they are annoyed and telling people it's a bit tight, which would utterly enrage David and Vic if they knew.' A source close to David and Victoria has disputed this, branding it 'nonsense.' And another close to Brooklyn has also hit back at claims by his parents that his 'trapped' by the arrangement They told MailOnline: 'It's disappointing—and frankly absurd—that anyone would try to twist Nicola and Brooklyn's marriage, and this meaningful milestone of home ownership, into something toxic. 'Their relationship is grounded in love, respect, and commitment. 'The suggestion that Brooklyn is 'trapped' isn't just false—it's a deliberately cruel and baseless narrative aimed at undermining a strong, loving marriage.' MailOnline has contacted representatives for Brooklyn Beckham, and David and Victoria Beckham for further comment. It comes after Brooklyn appeared to fail to publicly acknowledge Father's Day, despite his parents publicly reaching out. David had told his children: 'I will always be there, no matter what' in an emotional Father's Day Instagram post. He shared pictures of Victoria and their four children Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, laughing and looking cheery in happier times. Subtly reaching out to his eldest son, David insisted he will always be around to support all his children, even if times get tough. He wrote: 'My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad... I'm so proud of all of you and like daddy ( sorry boys ) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what... 'Mummy thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father there is no greater gift in life than making me a dad... Happy Father's Day... I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.. @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven @tedbeckhamdavid.' David continued marking the day by sharing throwback snaps of his children to his Instagram stories, including Brooklyn, and tagged him in each individual capture. Brooklyn's brother Romeo's ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull had been at the centre of the row after Nicola reportedly claimed that she felt uncomfortable around her, with sources close to the US heiress saying that Kim had dated Brooklyn when they were teenagers, which she has now denied in a statement. Sharing a statement on her Instagram page on Monday, Kim said: 'I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on. 'I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative. 'I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question. David and Victoria reportedly feel their son is 'trapped,' but Nelson has reportedly accused Brooklyn's parents of being 'tight' (Nicola pictured with her father and mother Claudia) 'Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.' Things came to a head when Brooklyn and Nicola were no shows at any of David's 50th birthday celebrations last month, with The Mail revealing that Kim has been made the 'scapegoat' in the feud. They failed to attend any of football legend David's five celebrations to mark his milestone birthday, including celebrations in Miami, London, Paris the Cotswolds and a boys fishing trip to Scotland. Brooklyn then seemed to fail to publicly acknowledge his father's Knighthood for his services to sport and charity as part of the King's Birthday Honours list. David, 50, said over the weekend: 'It's been an emotional week I must admit. For me and for my family. It's obviously very special. 'It's a huge honour, but one that has been shared with myself and my family and so, it's been emotional.'
