EXCLUSIVE Fallen Hollywood star Will Smith charging fans £400 to see him perform and have their picture taken with him... at bizarre concert tour date in BRIXTON
Hollywood A-lister Will Smith is heading to Britain on an unlikely tour of places including Brixton - charging fans hundreds of pounds for pictures with him.
The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air and Men In Black actor will be hitting venues including the O2 Academy in Brixton, south London, Wolverhampton's Civic Hall, Cardiff Castle and Scarborough Open Air Theatre.
Tickets for the shows alone have gone on sale at prices from £61.60 upwards - but the actor is also promoting more expensive closer encounters.
His Brixton appearance scheduled for August 28 this year has standing tickets available for £60 apiece, alongside what is called a 'Will Smith First Entry Merch Package' offer costing £228.
This promises an 'Exclusive Will Smith Merchandise Pack', a commemorative VIP laminate and an 'on site VIP host'.
Yet buyers are told to note: 'THIS VIP PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE A MEET & GREET. THERE IS NO ARTIST INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS PACKAGE.'
Alternatively, however, customers can spend £415 apiece on what is highlighted as a 'Will Smith Group Photo and Soundcheck Experience'.
This offers not only the merchandise pack and the VIP laminate but also acess to a pre-show soundcheck and a 'Group Photo Opportunity with Will Smith'.
His British visit includes venues in south London, Scarborough and Wolverhampton
The American rapper and actor, 56, is travelling across the Atlantic to perform tracks from his recent release Based On A True Story - Smith's first full-length album in 20 years, following 2005's Lost And Found.
The tour, expected to also include such hits as Gettin' Jiggy Wit It and Miami, lands in England with a date at the seaside resort Scarborough, with Smith performing on on August 24 at the town's Open Air Theatre.
This will be followed with a gig at Cardiff's Bute Park on August 25 and a concert at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse on August 27.
Smith is due to perform at London's Brixton Academy the day before a final gig at University of Wolverhampton at the Halls on August 30.
The star's Cardiff appearance on August 25 comes with the offer of what is dubbed the 'Ultimate Will Smith VIP Experience', priced at £1,290 per person.
This promises a photo opportunity with Smith, an exclusive guided stage tour, access to the pre-concert soundcheck and a signed and framed 'vintage-style poster'.
Smith has faced controversy in recent years, most notably when slapping comedian Chris Rock at the 94th Academy Awards in March 2022 - and his choice of venues for his forthcoming tour come in contrast to Rock's most recent UK appearances.
Rock was presenting the Oscar for Best Documentary at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood when he joked about Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head.
He compared her to the shaved head look of Demi Moore in the 1997 movie G.I. Jane - and Pinkett Smith, who suffers from alopecia, did not laugh at the joke.
Smith approached the stage and slapped Rock across the face with his right hand.
Rock responded by telling the shocked audience: 'Will Smith just smacked the s*** out of me.'
That same evening, Smith won the Best Actor award for his performance in King Richard as Richard Williams, the father of tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams.
While Smith's scheduled venue in Brixton has a capacity of 4,300, his rival Rock performed at London's 20,000-seat O2 Arena in September 2022, following gigs at UK venues including London's Royal Albert Hall and the Utilita Arena Birmingham.
The venue choices have prompted some surprise online, appearing as a contrast to fellow major US acts such as Taylor Swift opting for the likes of Wembley Stadium.
Taking to X/Twitter after the tour was announced, one fan tweeted: 'Love to be in the room when Will Smith's management team are explaining to him how the hell Wolverhampton* ended up on the list of places on his tour.'
Another wrote: 'Sorry… Will Smith - THE Will Smith is touring… playing London, Manchester SCARBOROUGH and …… WOLVERHAMPTON CIVIC HALL. How random.'
Also posted was: 'Bit artists playing obscure areas will never not be funny because why is Will Smith playing in WOLVERHAMPTON?!?!'
Further responses included, 'Just heard Will Smith is playing Scarborough's open air theatre in August. To put it in football terms it's like when Socrates played for Garforth Town', and 'Will Smith coming to Wolverhampton was not on my 2025 bingo card'.
Smith is also taking his tour to several European festivals, such as the Moroccan festival Mawazine in Rabat.
The Oscar-winning actor announced the news of his concert dates in an Instagram post in March this year, writing: 'I'M GOING ON TOUR THIS SUMMER!!
'We're hitting up UK & Europe to bring U all the hits, some new joints, and a few surprises. All these years, I've NEVER done a headline tour and I can't wait to see you guys!!'
Smith gained recognition in American hip-hop duo DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince who released Grammy-winning single Parents Just Don't Understand.
In the 1990s, he starred in the hit sitcom The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air about a fictionalised version of himself, born and raised in West Philadelphia, sent to live with a wealthy uncle in Los Angeles.
His debut solo album, Big Willie Smith, was released in 1997 and included the hit song Men In Black, which accompanied the film of the same name and peaked at number one in the UK singles chart.
Across his career, Smith has starred in dozens of films including The Pursuit Of Happyness in 2006, the following year's I Am Legend and Suicide Squad in 2016.
In January, he released track Beautiful Scars, featuring rapper Big Sean, as well as a music video where they re-enacted a scene from 1999 science fiction film The Matrix.
He has released other singles that will all feature on his new album, including Tantrum with Joyner Lucas, You Can Make It featuring Fridayy and Sunday Service Choir, and Work Of Art, which was a collaboration with rapper Russ, featuring his son Jaden.

Will Smith's nepo baby son Jaden pictured with drug paraphernalia on park bench at 3 AM in Paris
Just a week after his surprise performance with famous father Will Smith in London, Jaden Smith was spotted with drug paraphernalia in Paris. The 26-year-old musician was spotted at a public park in Paris at 3 AM with an unidentified friend, with a water bong at Jaden's side. He was also seen holding a lighter, though he wasn't photographed actually using the bong during his outing. Smith was seen wearing a white t-shirt under a bright yellow coat with baggy light blue jeans for the outing. He also donned a bright red had that covered his braids during the late-night/early morning outing. The musician was also seen carrying a black bag as he left the park bench with his friend, who was clad in a black hat, black shirt and black pants. Smith is no stranger to Paris, having been spotted there last week, plus an outing in April during a dinner with fashion designer Christian Louboutin. He also rocked a stylish look during Paris Fashion Week kfor an event for LVMH, after being named an ambassador for the brand. Jaden also made headlines in the City of Lights last October when a video surfaced of him being quite upset while leaving an upscale restaurant in Paris. 'Where's my f**king bag - where's my bag?' the 26-year-old actor-rapper was heard asking in a clip as he left the upscale establishment Tuesday, more than two-and-a-half years after his father Will Smith 's infamous slap of Chris Rock at the 2022 Academy Awards. He donned a fur-trimmed black leather coat with no undershirt, low-rise baggy black slacks and black shoes. He wore multiple necklaces and was seen boarding a black vehicle while exiting the establishment. The Malibu, California native's ex-girlfriend Sab Zada, 25, was also pictured speaking with him and amid a group of friends during the outing. Maxim's describes itself as 'a historically ranked landmark,' and 'a symbolic place of Art Nouveau, French Gastronomy' and 'also the most imperative meeting place for numerous international celebrities.' During an interview with Complex back in October, he was asked about a tweet where he said he was, 'actively working on being more weird.' When asked what he meant, Jaden responded, 'Because I went through a lot of my life trying to be normal. It was a really big deal for me for a long time that people thought that I was normal. And that bothered me after a while.' 'I started to feel like people didn't really understand me or see me, and I wasn't really trying to show anybody that,' Jaden admitted. 'Sometimes it's so frustrating to watch people try to follow the 'normal' thing to do when that's not what they really want to do in their art and everything,' he said. 'It's very frustrating. And then you see people fall into it and generations of people fall into it. So I actively try to be myself,' he admitted.

Beyonce smokes a cigarette onstage during final stadium concert in Paris
Beyonce surprised her fans when she started smoking a cigarette during her Cowboy Carter concert tour stop in Paris, France over the weekend. On Sunday, the superstar pulled out a cigarette mid-performance and started pretending to puff on the prop during her show. As seen in fan-taken footage at previous shows, she would take 'smoking hot' literally and go onstage to theatrically light a piano on fire. The Texas Hold 'Em hitmaker performed the final one out of three shows in Paris and even brought out her husband Jay-Z for a surprise performance. For the first time in seven years, the rapper joined her onstage to close out the show for a surprise Crazy In Love duet. The singer-songwriter made her concert in the City of Lights a family affair as she also performed with her eldest daughter Blue Ivy like she had done for her preceding shows. Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles was also reportedly in attendance alongside eight-year-old daughter Rumi Carter but her twin brother Sir Carter did not make an appearance. With a stadium full of her cheering fans, Beyonce took to the stage in a glamorous outfit with a fur vest with an incredibly long train trailing behind her as she strutted around onstage. She wore a sparkly, silver bustier paired with high-waisted, cheeky microshorts and over-the-knee cowboy boots. The final Cowboy Carter concert in Paris comes shortly after it was revealed that Beyonce and Jay-Z's eldest child Blue Ivy is interested in releasing songs of her own. An insider told the Daily Mail this week that the teenager is saddling up to follow in her parents' shoes and 'is considering starting her own career in music.' The source continued, 'Some of Beyoncé's favorite writers are quietly penning demos for her in anticipation of a solo album.' With no shortage of industry bigwigs to lean on, the youngster has reportedly sought help from her famous aunt Solange Knowles and already has tracks lined up from The-Dream, should she want them. The American songwriter and producer has long worked with Beyoncé, co-writing songs including Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) and Break My Soul from her Grammy-winning Renaissance album. 'They know the fans want to hear a Blue record.' They added: 'She is only allowed to listen to age-appropriate songs from artists and has been listening to Infinity Song, Michelle Williams' Heart 2 Yours record and Goapele.' Blue Ivy's foray into solo stardom won't be her first shot at singing. The young teen, whose fan base is known as the Ivy League, had credits to her name long before reaching double digits in age. Dubbed 'the most famous baby in the world' by TIME, just ten days after her birth in January 2012 her coos and cries featured on her dad's track Glory. The following year she landed a credit on her mom's single Blue from her self-titled album.

In fan-taken footage of the fan event, the pop star chatted animatedly with the supermodel, 55, while also signing vinyls and greeting fans. In her caption, Cyrus gushed over the catwalk icon and said she 'adored meeting' all of their fans who attended. 'Thank you for celebrating the Every Girl You've Ever Loved vinyl release day with me,' she wrote to Campbell in her caption. 'Laughing with you is my favorite. I'll miss you until we reunite. Love you forever,' she added. She also thanked her fans and told those who 'missed it' to go buy the vinyl, and in the comments section, Cyrus received a slew of messages about their 'rude' behavior at the meet and greet event. Many shared their criticism in response to fan-taken footage shared by YouTuber Juanito Say, who wrote alongside the clip: 'You pay for a meet & greet to meet Miley Cyrus... And she totally ignores you because she's busy chatting with Naomi Campbell.' One attendee shared a photo of them posing alongside the stars but Campbell was looking down and Cyrus was not yet smiling. The X user tweeted cringing emojis and wrote: 'This is as good as I got from the video.' Another excited fan also shared a photo from their meet and greet. The two stars both looked ready for the photo and were mid-smile but faced different directions. Other selfies shared by a Miley Cyrus fan account appeared similarly rushed but their fans were smiling brightly and appeared ecstatic as they met their idols. 'No literally they're so weird for this,' one X user tweeted, while another added, 'omg this is so rude.' 'I know Miley Cyrus and washed up Naomi Campbell don't think they're ALL that in 2024. F*** outta here,' another X user wrote with their disappointed reaction. 'I canceled my order,' a fan added after seeing other fans' experiences. 'They just talking to themselves? Barely acknowledging the fans.' Other people slammed the two stars and while criticizing Cyrus, wrote: 'No bc the way I'd ask for a refund to her face.' Another person wrote that the supermodel seemed like she 'deliberately started talking to Miley as soon as she saw the girl walk up.' After the fan signing, Cyrus and Campbell went out for the evening in London. The singer was later seen leaving a Lost City immersive event in Covent Garden. During their night out, the superstar's father Billy Ray Cyrus was also in attendance alongside his new girlfriend Liz Hurley. The father-daughter duo's public reunion comes after she unpacked a decade's worth of family drama and trauma, revealing how she mended all of her fences, while on a promo tour for her new album release for Something Beautiful. She grew up to be a global pop star in her own right, though she revealed on last Tuesday's episode of Reclaiming with Monica Lewinsky, her road to fame was filled with family strife. She teased the whole family went through a 'really difficult, dark decade,' but they were able to get through it. Cyrus revealed on the podcast that the family was able to mend their fences without therapy. 'We're so messy, we didn't even do any of that,' she jokedof her family struggles, revealing the reason a therapist wasn't involved. 'Just to get each other into a room to get to counseling would have been a war,' she admitted. She told Lewinsky that, at one point of the 'dark decade,' half of her family members were not speaking to each other. She admitted that she'had a lot of loyalty' to her mother Tish Cyrus, who split with father Billy Ray back in 2022 after nearly 30 years of marriage. Before their official split and divorce that was finalized in 2023, she said that her parents were on-and-off and she revealed how that affected her. 'I watched what happens when you don't clean things up as they're happening,' she admitted. 'They really do stack. And then all of the sudden you go, "Oh my God, it's been 10 years and this is a mess I barely even know how to start. This is emotional hoarding,"' she continued. Cyrus also revealed that will be addressing her family drama more directly on her album in a song called Secrets. She explained that Secrets is about her wanting her dad 'to feel safe enough to tell [her] the things that were damning and damaging to the family'; pictured March in Beverly Hills Ultimately, the singer, 'cleaned all that up,' during a 'really important part of [her] year … putting those lines of communication back together.' 'I just kind of busted through the pile that stacked and just [went], "I'm here, you're here, let's start by having a good time together and then as we start bringing some happiness and joy into each other's life, then we'll be in a better place to have these conversations,"' she said. She also explained that it 'was easier to wave a white flag' than to go through counseling with someone else. The singer said she likes others to decide they 'like the way she's functioning' and attempt to 'mimic' it.
