Comfy nooks are laden with board games and fidget toys, and rustic bird houses decorate the walls.
Upstairs, we fell for the city views and the whimsical design of our Studio Suite – think fabric headboards decorated in woodland animals, colourful patchwork quilts wrapped over super-king beds and rainbow curtains.
Natural botanical toiletries smell incredible and yoga mats are supplied for morning stretches.
Tuck into home-made crumpets with honey from the Treehouse's own bees, £8, for brekkie.
Come dinnertime, opt for delicate smoked chalk stream trout with mustard cream, rhubarb ketchup and a rye cracker, and squab ham pigeon nestled in mustard leaves with a lemon thyme granita at eatery Pip.
Even the veggie braised leek Sunday roast is a winner, £31 for two courses.
WHAT WE DIDN'T LOVE. . .
This place is still feathering its nest, so it'll be autumn before its Asian-fusion restaurant and rooftop bar open.

TOWIE's Elma Pazar stuns in a plunging blue marble print dress as she shares cryptic post after split from Sammy Root while partying in Ibiza

Elma Pazar looked sensational as she shared a cryptic post following her split from Sammy Root. It comes just the day after MailOnline revealed that the TOWIE star, 32, has split from her Love Island boyfriend after just four months of dating. The pair, who both appear on The Only Way Is Essex, are said to have filmed 'raw and emotional' scenes for the upcoming series, which are due to air later this year. And now taking to her Instagram page on Saturday, Elma wowed in a plunging blue marble print maxi dress as she posed confidently along a flower-lined pathway in Ibiza. The sizzling dress featured daring side cut-outs and a gold shell detail at the centre, perfectly showcasing her toned figure. Seemingly throwing shade at ex-boyfriend Sammy, Elma captioned the post with a cryptic message: 'Don't settle for a bunch when you can have the whole garden.' The reality star is currently soaking up the sun in Ibiza on a glamorous brand trip with fashion powerhouse Shein, joined by a host of fellow influencers. Just the day before, she made heads turn for the Takeover event at O Beach, as she donned a skimpy baby pink bikini that flaunted her enviable figure. She paired it with a matching sheer mesh skirt and added inches to her slender frame with a pair of gold wedges. Elma and Sammy, who reached the ITV2 final in February, recently ended their romance, leaving just one relationship formed on the latest All Stars still going strong. MailOnline understands that Sammy and Elma ended their four-month relationship over rows which took place in Portugal during filming of the latest TOWIE series. Their flirtation began on the ITVBe show but Elma insisted ahead of returning to Love Island in January that a romance between her and Sammy would be off the cards after she admitted to falling into the 'habit of going back to the same people.' Despite their eight-year age difference, the couple reconnected on All Stars and reached the final, missing out on the £50,000 prize fund to Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman, who also split earlier this year. Following recent breakups from Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint, as well as Ekin-Su and Curtis Pritchard, the last remaining couple from this year's All Stars series is Grace Jackson and Luca Bish. A source close to the couple told MailOnline: 'Sammy and Elma have called it quits. 'They split during filming of TOWIE's latest series in Portugal and the breakdown of their relationship has been captured for the show. 'It was always a gamble, particularly on Elma's part, to pursue their romance especially even their age difference. 'Sadly, everything has now fallen apart and they're not even on speaking terms.' A TOWIE insider added: 'It's not been a straightforward split between Elma and Sammy. 'Viewers will see how they navigate their feelings, as they discuss their issues to see whether they can make their relationship work going forward. 'They have a strong connection with each other and nobody really knows what will happen with them over the coming weeks. Throughout the series, which is currently being filmed, their story features some of the rawest and emotional reality TV ever shot for TOWIE.' Sammy previously won Love Island with ex-girlfriend Jess Harding in 2023 but their relationship didn't last long. MailOnline has contacted Elma and Sammy's representatives for comment. It was reported that Jess would confront Sammy on this year's All Stars series, but she pulled out of her appearance after meeting someone new. The Essex star first appeared on series five of Love Island in 2019, strutting into the villa as a bombshell alongside Maura Higgins. She was unsuccessful in finding love during her first villa stint but fell for Sammy during the All Stars series. Elma isn't a stranger to having her relationships play out on TOWIE after previously romancing co-star James Diags Bennewith. She told MailOnline ahead of All Stars: 'I do feel ready for a committed relationship; I want a fella. I want to be with someone. To do Love Island again the second time round especially five years later now I'm so much older, to go in there with no actual real want to meet someone is very stupid and embarrassing. 'I know I want to go in there and meet someone. I am very open.'

James Argent parties with TOWIE pals at Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet's wedding after ex Nicoline Arthursson broke her silence on assault amid his suspended jail sentence

James Argent was all smiles as he celebrated the wedding of Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet - just weeks after his ex Nicoline Arthursson broke her silence following his suspended jail sentence. The former TOWIE star, 37, was recently handed a suspended sentence and ordered to attend a domestic violence course after pleading guilty to 'mistreatment' for pushing Nicoline down a flight of steps at their home in Spain. But despite Nicoline's powerful statement addressing the incident, James seemed unfazed as he posted a series of joyful snaps from his pals lavish ceremony on Saturday, showing him partying the night away. Dressed in an all-white ensemble paired with a baby blue dinner jacket, the reality star beamed as he posed alongside Georgia and groom Tommy. He also posted snaps with pro boxer Conor Benn, and his former TOWIE co-stars Chloe Lewis and Dan Edgar. James captioned the snaps: 'My Best Friend's Wedding Congratulations to @georgiakousoulou and @iamtommyfordham.' He continued: 'I'll never forget us all being in Ibiza over 10 years ago, When you first got together. I knew back then you were destined for each other. You've stuck by each other's side through thick & thin. 'Tommy always said I would sing at their wedding one day & it happened. I had so much fun being your Master Of Ceremonies too, You've both always supported me. 'I can't wait to make many more memories together as we get older, I love you both so much.' Just hours earlier Georgia took to her Instagram page to share the jovial news with her followers, posting two stunning photographs from their big day. The couple tied the knot in an outdoor ceremony in the picture-perfect destination on Friday, June 20 - which also happened to be Georgia's 34th birthday in a special touch. It is the second time they have said 'I do' as they officially got married in a low-key ceremony in December 2023, before celebrating again in a larger, destination wedding this week. For the nuptials, Georgia stunned in a gorgeous white lace gown with a thigh-high side split, which she styled with strapped stiletto heels. She fixed a dramatic train in her golden tresses as she cuddled up to Tommy, 33, who cut a dapper figure in a beige suit. Alongside the post, James gushed over Georgia and Tommy's love story The couple were joined by their young children, Brody, four, and Gigi, seven months as well as their friends and family, including Chloe Ross, Sam Mucklow and Danielle Armstrong. In a caption, Georgia gushed over her 'dream wedding' after almost two years of waiting for their big day after their first nuptials. She also teased that fans would soon be able to watch the entire ceremony as they plan to share a video of the day. She gushed: '20.06.2025. Our Dream wedding finally happened. Best day of our lives. Surrounded by so much love. 'Can not wait to get all of our pictures & videos back to show you how incredible it was & you'll be able to watch it all.' Video footage shared by Nathan Massey showed Georgia and Tommy appearing happier than ever as they energetically danced the night away at the reception. Other wedding guests including Shelby Tribble took to Instagram to share photographs from the special day as they gave an insight into the party. Shelby shared a gorgeous snap of her posing alongside bride Georgia as well as photographs of her posing with her partner Sam Mucklow. She looked as glamorous as ever in a frilled blue dress while Sam looked suave in a sand suit as they soaked up the sun on the big day. Shelby also posted photographs of the extravagant dinner table at the outdoor reception, which was complete with pink bouquets of flowers and chandeliers. The newlyweds certainly pulled out all the stops for the special day and also provided guests with small bottles reading: 'We've tied the knot so take a shot!' Cara De La Hoyde also posted a sweet video of herself and her husband Nathan Massey cuddling up to one another as they celebrated their friends' union. For the day, Cara cut a glamorous figure in a show-stopping yellow sequin gown with a plunging back design, while Nathan looked suave in a grey suit. Taking to Instagram, she penned in a caption: 'The most beautiful day to celebrate the most beautiful couple. ThankYou & for letting us be part of it.' They were inundated with congratulatory messages from their delighted friends and fans. Jess Wright wrote: 'Congratulations guys absolutely gorgeous,' while Danielle Armstrong gushed: 'Literally the best wedding EVER!!! Love you guys congratulations. Round 2 later.' Sam Mucklow said: 'Amazing day,' and Amelia Murs added: 'Congratulations.' Ella Rae Wise commented: 'You look beautiful. Congratulations to you both.. I wish you both health, wealth & happiness.' Billie Shepherd shared: 'Huge congratulations, you look beautiful, lots of love,' as newlywed Dani Dyer gushed: 'So beautiful and perfect!! Congratulations.' Georgia previously kept the location of her much-anticipated destination wedding a secret, teasing: 'Everyone already knows it's in Majorca, but I won't reveal exactly where, I want it to be a surprise! 'I want everyone to be like: "Oh, my God!" when they see it. I'm about to up the game. I just hope everyone loves it'.' Georgia stressed that the wedding was very much the product of her own imagination and her husband had minimal involvement. She told OK!: 'I ask him for his opinions, but honestly, I don't want him to get involved. It's my thing. I want him to be shocked, like, "Wow, this is amazing!"'. The couple's first official wedding in December 2023 was a much more low-key affair and ended with a humble Chinese takeaway. Georgia told The Sun about the nuptials at the time: 'We came back to mine and had a Chinese. It was unreal. It is so me and Tommy. 'I literally got back, got my PJs on straight away and we had a Chinese. 'The best bit about it was that we hired tables. So we had a top table…And we all just stuffed our faces with Chinese … it was actually brilliant. So good.' Ahead of her second wedding, Georgia enjoyed a wild, fun-filled hen party in Ibiza at Wayne Lineker's O Club. The star poked fun at the end of her single days by having her and her girlfriends dress in black. The star was joined by longtime pals including Amber Dowding and Lydia Bright as they got into the partying spirit at the celebrity hotspot. The happy couple's romance first blossomed in 2014 when Tommy became a TOWIE cast member. Georgia and Tommy met a few months before filming TOWIE at the gym, with Tommy experiencing an instant attraction to his now wife. After going from strength to strength over the next six years, they revealed they were expecting their first child in December 2020. Tommy wrote at the time that his life felt 'complete' and they went on to welcome a son, Brody Fordham, in May 2021. Then, in 2022, Tommy finally popped the question in Mexico, preparing a lavish beach surprise with rose petals and candles. The couple, who famously enjoyed an early date at a pie and mash shop, announced that they were engaged in February of that year before making it official the following December. Their family then grew to four when they welcomed their second child, a baby girl, Gigi Fordham, in November 2024. Gigi's birth came after they bravely opened up about experiencing a miscarriage and undergoing IVF as they attempted to grow their family.

The famous event attracts plenty of famous faces, including celebrities, sports personalities and of course royalty. Each year the royal family flocks to Ascot to witness the action. However, on Thursday the Princess of Wales pulled out of Royal Ascot at the last minute as she continues her cancer recovery. It is understood that Kate, 43, was "disappointed" that she wasn't going but 'has to find the right balance' on returning to full time duty. She attended Trooping the Colour and Order of the Garter in recent days plus a visit to V&A East Storehouse last week. Dress to Impress Fashion takes centre stage at Royal Ascot, with each enclosure offering its unique sartorial expectations. The prestigious Royal Enclosure demands the highest level of formality. Gentlemen are required to don morning suits complete with top hats, while ladies must adhere to a refined dress code: dresses or skirts that fall just above the knee or longer, straps of at least one inch in width, and, of course, a statement hat is non-negotiable. For those in the Queen Anne Enclosure, the dress code is still elegant but slightly more relaxed, allowing for a touch of personal flair. Meanwhile, the Windsor Enclosure is the most informal of the three. Although there's no strict dress code here, smart attire is encouraged to maintain the event's sophisticated atmosphere. This marked the birth of Ascot Racecourse. The first Royal Meeting was held in 1768, and over the years, it has grown into Britain's most iconic racing event, blending centuries-old tradition with the excitement and glamour of the modern day. The Daily Schedule Each day at Royal Ascot is meticulously planned to ensure a seamless blend of racing and pageantry.
