The UK's best seaside walks revealed including a secret celeb-loved island
IF you're looking for the UK's most beautiful beachfront walks, you're in luck.
Conde Nast Traveller has revealed their top coastal strolls across the country.

One of the best named is Osea Island, a private island in Essex which has been visited by a number of A-Listers.
Rihanna, Stormzy and Daniel Radcliffe have all been spotted there, although the public can stay by booking a night at one of the hotels or cottages.
They said: "In the middle of the Blackwater Estuary, with faint echoes of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, sits 380-acre Osea, reachable only around low tide along an ancient Roman causeway."
The island has been owned by Nigel Frieda for more than 20 years, a music producer behind The Rolling Stones and Sugababes.
Earlier this year, the island went on the market for £25million which includes the entire island as well as all of the hotels on it.
Also dubbed the English Necker Island, it is great for nature lovers due to the abundance of wildlife and fauna.
Prices for the hotels start from £300, or you can splash out £35,000 to rent the whole island.
Osea Island is not the only beautiful walking route that was praised by the experts.
In regard to Lythe, Sandsend, they wrote: "There's something a bit magical about the place.
"In these parts, it's possible to beach hang, fossil hunt, forage, rock pool, and explore more of the North York Moors."
Scotland's West Highland Way: A Global Hiking Gem
Ravenscar in Scarborough made the cut, for it's "huge, breathtaking views" and "prosperous wildlife".
Studland Bay, in Dorset also made the list, with walks alongside the Jurassic Coast cliffs.
They also listed Ynys Gifftan in Wales, praising the "lush uninhabited isle".
You can only visit for a few hours a day, due to the ide, but the walk has views of the huge Snowdonia.

And in Scotland, St Ninian's Isle was listed for its "fine sand that slowly disappears as the tide rises," along with the "romantic" Erraid, also in Scotland.
Last year, a 2,700-mile walking route was finally complete, making it the longest coastal path in the world.
The King Charles III England Coast Path stretches from the Scottish border to the Cornish coast.
There is even a walk that in the UK that people say looks more like Canada.

English train station to shut for 2 years ahead of major £11.5million revamp to make a ‘railway that's fit for future'
A RAILWAY station is set to close for two years ahead of major £11.5m improvement works. It comes amid major investment in stations and trains across the country with services affected across the UK. 1 Deighton Station in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, will shut on August 30 and reopen in 2027. The work is part of the multi-billion-pound Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) programme of railway improvements being carried out by Network Rail. This includes the closure of Ty Glas station in Cardiff until spring 2026, part of the Welsh Government's £800 million investment in new trains. TRU sponsor Gareth Hope said the upgrade of Deighton Station "will allow the station to be brought up to modern standards and accommodate better rail travel across the North". The rebuilt station will boast two new tracks to allow faster services to overtake slower ones. It will also extend platforms to accommodate longer trains with more seats. There will also be a new footbridge with lifts for step-free access to both platforms. A new forecourt, including a drop-off point, accessible parking and improved waiting shelters, will also be built. 'Fit for the future' An hourly rail replacement bus service will operate between Huddersfield and Deighton while the station is closed. The service will stop at Brighouse from September 29 2025. There will also be a new level crossing at the station. During the works, passengers will be directed to nearby Birchgrove station where they can seek alternative routes. Those needing to cross the railway will be diverted towards the Caerphilly Road bridge.

Brexit rules lead to surge in demand for campervan parking at beauty spots
A lobby group, the Campaign for Real Aires (Campra), is advocating for a significant increase in overnight parking options for campervans and motorhomes across the UK. The demand for domestic motorcaravan travel has surged due to post-Brexit rules limiting UK passport holders' stays in the Schengen area. A survey revealed that 88 per cent of motorcaravan users are dissatisfied with the current availability of overnight parking in desirable UK locations, despite spending an average of £51 daily in local businesses. Campra argues that providing more designated 'Aires' (stopping places) would generate revenue for local businesses and extend the tourist season, citing successful trials in places like Fleetwood. The call for more facilities comes as some local authorities, such as Hampshire County Council, have approved bans on overnight stays for these vehicles in certain beauty spots.

Fallen tree halts Cosham - Southampton Central / Eastleigh trains
A fallen tree has halted trains between Cosham and Southampton Central and large tree across the railway line near Portchester means all lines are closed with trains unable to run affecting Great Western Railway, Southern and South Western Railway Rail said its staff were working to remove the tree as quickly as they can, however "the tree in question is very large and will take some time to remove".Buses are replacing trains with major disruption expected until about 12:00 BST.
