Operation Sindoor: Chiranjeevi, Kajal Aggarwal, celebs react as India strikes
India struck nine terror sites in Pakistan in the early hours of Wednesday as part of the Operation Sindoor mission. The retaliation comes days after the ghastly Pahalgam attack, which killed 26 people. Chiranjeevi, Riteish Deshmukh, Kajal Aggarwal, Nimrat Kaur, Madhur Bhandarkar and several others reacted to Operation Sindoor, which killed at least 80 terrorists.
Chiranjeevi wrote 'Jai Hind' as he shared a photo with the words Operation Sindoor.
Riteish Deshmukh was one of the first few celebrities to react to Operation Sindoor. He wrote, "Jai Hind Ki Sena...Bharat Mata Ki Jai!!!!! #Operation Sindoor (sic)."
Kajal Aggarwal, while reacting to the attack, shared Maitribodh Parivaar's message of solidarity with the Indian Army.

Nimrat Kaur posted a picture with the words, Operation Sindoor, and wrote, "United with our forces. One country. One mission #JaiHind #OperationSindoor (sic)."
Director Madhur Bhandarkar expressed his solidarity with the nation. "Our prayers are with our forces. One nation, together we stand. Jai Hind, Vande Mataram (sic)," his post read on X.
Taapsee Pannu, reacting to the operation, shared Hemkunt Foundation's post about relief teams who are on standby to help people.

The upward trend continued on Sunday, with a further 44.65 percent increase, as the film raked in Rs 29.22 crore. The film is getting a solid word-of-mouth from audience after receiving positive reviews from critics. While the film has been released in multiple languages — Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu — the core audience remains in the Hindi belt. On Sunday, the film earned Rs 29 crore from the Hindi version, while the Tamil version contributed Rs 17 lakh and the Telugu version a modest Rs 5 lakh to the domestic collection. It saw 50.70 percent Hindi occupancy, 41.59 percent Tamil occupancy and 21.92 percent Telugu occupancy on Sunday. Prior to that, Aamir's 2018 release Thugs of Hindostan also underperformed. It collected Rs 41.5 crore over its first weekend — lower than Sitaare Zameen Par's Rs 49.42 crore. Despite a massive budget of Rs 300 crore, Thugs of Hindostan could only manage Rs 133 crore in total domestic revenue. Aamir's 2017 release Secret Superstar also saw moderate success, with a lifetime domestic collection of Rs 81.28 crore. Given the current trajectory, Sitaare Zameen Par is expected to surpass this number within five days of release.
