The home's door was left blackened and guttering melted
The blackened remains of a front door could be seen next to water drainage pipes which appeared to have melted and snapped.
Insiders claim both attacks were made on buildings linked to associates of caged capital cocaine baron Mark Richardson, 38.
One said: "The house looks pretty badly burnt up.
"One of the windows was broken and the blinds are all black and charred.
"The flames were leaping right up to the roof.
"The front of the house is a mess."
Emergency services were called to the property around 6.20pm on Friday.
It was cordoned off as investigations into the cause of the outbreak got underway.
A firefighter could be seen looking inside the first floor after the flames had been extinguished.
It is not known if anybody was injured.

Earlier in the day, police attended a home in Inch, Edinburgh amid claims bullets were fired at it.
Sources say the property was tied to a crony of Richardson — who has been targeted by thugs working for Dubai-based mob boss Ross 'Miami' McGill.
Police said: 'Officers are carrying out enquiries after a window was damaged.'
McGill has been blamed for a series of blazes targeting relatives and associates linked to rivals across the capital and Glasgow.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "We received a call about a fire at a property.
"There is no information about any casualties."

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THIS is the moment a gang 'of 30 teens' sparked chaos and hurled chairs at waiters in front of horrified customers. The shocking scenes were filmed as a group of yobs attacked a family restaurant at a seaside town in Kent. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 5 Shocking scenes showed yobs confronting members of staff outside the restaurant Credit: X 5 One of the attackers started hurling chairs at the staff and smashed a window Credit: X 5 One member of staff chased one of the attackers down the street Credit: X A gang of up to 30 youths tried to enter the Italian restaurant, Sardinia, in Broadstairs as terrified customers looked on. The group were chasing another youth who had sought safety inside the restaurant. The video circulating online shows the youths run toward the restaurant before some start attacking two male members of staff at the front door. The staff closed the doors as the youth the group was chasing hid inside the restaurant. Objects were hurled at the staff before a bare-chested male picked up a chair from outside and threw it, smashing one of the windows. One staff member is seen restraining the other, who disappears inside while his colleague picks up a chair to defend himself. More chairs are hurled and a male voice in the video is heard shouting "get him bro, get him". Two girls are also seen filming the attack urging them on before the second staff member appears and chases one of the attackers down the street. A window was smashed and damages could reach up to £2,000. According to restaurant manager Tony, there were four or five tables full inside when the attack happened. He said: "They were trying to get to this boy who they already attacked to beat him again. "We let him inside and shut the doors, but they attacked the staff and threw chairs. "He was half their size, I don't know why they would want to do this - there were about 30 of them." Tony also expressed disappointment that parents of the attackers hadn't been in touch. He added: "The funny thing is, we never received a phone call from their parents to say sorry, is there anything we need or if we okay. "This is the most disappointing thing, it's not the material losses." The resident who posted the shocking footage on X captioned the video: "Welcome to Thanet #Broadstairs. "The sooner I can get out of this area, the better… getting worse by the week." Police responded by issuing a dispersal order throughout much of the town centre following scenes of chaos throughout the day. A window of another business was broken in addition to reports of underage drinking and street fights. Yobs were also reported hurling bottles at beach huts and people stealing from shops on the seafront. A spokesperson for Kent Police said: "Kent Police is aware of incidents of anti-social behaviour in the Broadstairs area including under-age street drinking, fighting and reports of aggressive behaviour towards staff at shops and restaurants during the evening of Thursday 19 June 2025. "Officers attended and three arrests were made on suspicion of offences relating to public order, assault and criminal damage. "Two boys aged 16 and 17, and a 15-year old girl, all from Thanet, have since been released on bail pending further enquiries. "Officers are currently investigating these incidents, and a dispersal order has been implemented due to ongoing concerns relating to issues caused by a small minority of young people in some public areas including the town centre and beaches. "We fully understand that residents may be concerned about incidents of crime and disorder committed by the minority, however they should feel reassured that local officers will be on patrol in the area to provide a visible presence to prevent offences from occurring." 5 The shirtless teens were looking for another youth hiding inside Credit: X

‘Family meant so much to her': Tributes as mother of former First Minister Arlene Foster dies
Julia Georgina (Georgie) Kelly passed away peacefully in hospital yesterday. She was aged in her early 90s. Originally from Sandy Row in Belfast, Mrs Kelly spent most of her life in Lisnaskea, Co Fermanagh. Her husband John Kelly, who survived an IRA murder bid, passed away suddenly in 2011. A death notice described Mrs Kelly as 'a deadly beloved wife', 'dear mother' and "a loving grandmother' to her 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. It said her passing was 'deeply regretted by her sorrowing family'. 'She was the constant within the family, her quiet disposition yet steely strength ensured her family had love and support and stability through very challenging times' Fermanagh-based victims group SEFF paid tribute to Mrs Kelly. The group said: 'Family meant so much to her and she was incredibly proud of all of their achievements, all her children - and of course Arlene's various political milestones, but also she took considerable interest in her grandchildren's lives and others throughout the family circle - she was very much understood as the matriarch.' The group referred to the attempted murder of Mr Kelly, who survived being shot in the head by the IRA in 1979. The tribute also recalled how, as a teenager, Mrs Foster's school bus was bombed by the IRA in an attempt to kill the driver, who was in the UDR. SEFF added: 'Mrs Kelly did not have a simple life, she had much to withstand including supporting her husband and family when Provisional IRA terrorists sought to murder him at their home outside Rosslea, and also when Arlene survived the school bus bomb along with other pupils and bus driver Ernie Wilson. 'She was the constant within the family, her quiet disposition yet steely strength ensured her family had love and support and stability through very challenging times. 'For her recent 90th birthday celebrations Mrs Kelly selflessly decided she didn't want any gifts but instead invited anyone wishing to mark it to instead make a donation which would then be given to SEFF. This was a measure of her thoughtfulness and generosity.' "I think he'd be very well qualified": Leo Varadkar on Colum Eastwood Irish presidential run In a 2016 interview with the Belfast Telegraph, shortly after Mrs Foster became First Minister, Mrs Kelly spoke of her pride. She said her daughter exhibited leadership skills at a young age. In the same article, Mrs Foster paid tribute to her mother's steady guidance. She said: 'Mum's always been very level-headed and doesn't get overly excited about things - I know what you're going to say: so where do you get your temper from then? Well, I'm very quick like my father. Mum's very steady and she was always there. Looking back, you appreciate that. "When my father was shot, mum internalised her fears and concerns at the time, but her hair went white, almost overnight. And she was just around my age at the time. She was never one for crying and I don't remember tears, though, apart from when we lost dad in 2011." She added: "Mum and dad were married for 54 years, so obviously it was an awful wrench for her when he died suddenly, and very difficult to get over. She's lucky to have very good friends and three of us close to her, and she gets out and about to her clubs and so on. "She's very strong and she was a marvellous support to me - as was my late mother-in-law'. Mrs Kelly's funeral will leave her home on Monday for a service in Holy Trinity Parish Church, Lisnaskea, followed by interment in St Mark's churchyard, Aghadrumsee.
