Taking to Instagram, Unni Mukundan, fresh off the success of 'Marco', expressed his emotional connection to the project.
Unni Mukundan's post read, 'The kid in me grew up believing in legends. Drawn to stories of courage, sacrifice, and magic. I found my heroes not just in books, movies, folk stories, tiny action figures but also in my dreams. Growing up in the era of superheroes, often dismissed as mythical, make-believe, or too far-fetched. I ended up being a thorough day dreamer. For me these SuperHeroes were hope in motion. They made me feel Heroic.
Their act of heroism mirrored in my dreams. That kid, never really grew up. And more importantly, he never gave up dreaming. Today, he takes a quiet, proud step forward, to tell a story, he's carried in his heart for years.'
He further wrote, 'Yep, I'm directing my first feature film. A superhero story. One that's my own. It's a dream taking shape — built with love, wonder, and everything that once made me look up at the sky and believe that the sky isn't the limit.'

Co-producers for the film are V C Praveen and Baiju Gopalan, while Krishnamoorthy serves as the executive producer.

After the success of the most-violent film 'Marco', Unni Mukundan impressed the family audiences with the film 'Get Set Baby' which earned 3 star rating from ETimes with an official review that read, 'Animation plays a strong visual role, both at the beginning and in the end credits.
Unni is charming as Arjun, effectively portraying the shifts in his character, though some dialogues feel slightly awkward. Nikhila, for a change, gets to play a cheerful role, smiling more than usual, and she handles it with poise. The supporting cast does a great job elevating the story, despite a few misses. Light-hearted jokes are sprinkled throughout, working in some places but falling flat in others. A random Tovino Thomas reference is thrown in, earning a chuckle.'
