The 34-year-old posted a series of heart-warming snaps on his Instagram of him and Oisin throughout the years.
In one throwback snap, a younger looking Eric grins from ear-to-ear as he poses alongside his nephew.

In a more recent snap, the pair attended a Coldplay concert, with Eric looking lovingly at Oisin as he enjoys the show.
Another heart-warming pic shows Oisin holding a ultrasound of Eric's son Rian.
Oisin beamed with joy as he held onto the photo of his soon-to-be relative.
Eric also shared some more light-hearted moments of the pair enjoying time together, including a trip to McDonalds and Oisin being gifted with a slab of Diet Coke cans.
