SHOPPERS have spotted rare Japanese KitKat flavours at a big British supermarket chain.
The unusual flavours include Matcha, Milk Tea and Strawberry.

The Japanese KitKat multipacks have been spotted in a Farmfoods store

They're usually available in Japan but eagle-eyed shoppers spotted them in Farmfoods, which has more than 300 stores across the UK.
KitKats are wildly popular in Japan and there have been more than 300 limited edition flavours of the chocolate bar released in the East Asian country.
Many of the flavours are released regionally, and there is a popular tradition where people will bring back flavours for their friends and family when they travel to different regions.
Nestle, which owns KitKat, has attributed the chocolate's success in Japan to this tradition.
Now some of these flavours have appeared in Farmfoods in multipacks.
A shopper shared the spot on the Facebook group Food Finds UK Official.
The Matcha flavour is based on the traditional Japanese drink made from powdered green tea.
Meanwhile the Milk Tea flavour has creamy milk chocolate flavoured with black tea extract.
The Strawberry version has a strawberry-infused white chocolate coating.
It's made with real strawberry juice powder and pieces.

The bars are usually difficult to get hold of in the UK although they can be bought from websites selling imported sweets.
For example, Candy Mail is selling a pack of the Strawberry flavour for £5.99.
It's not clear how much the packs are selling for in Farmfoods.
Which other unusual KitKat flavours can you get hold of?
Nestle has recently released a range of new KitKat flavours to delight chocolate fans.
KitKat Nescafe Mocha Flavour is a collaboration with the instant coffee maker and combines espresso, chocolate and milk.
It's been spotted in Sainsbury's and Waitrose and on Ocado, where it's selling for £2.20 to £2.25.
Another brand mash-up is the KitKat Chunky Rolo, which has been spotted in some convenience stores in the UK.
The bars, which are filled with the famous Rolo caramel, are usually available in Canada.
Earlier this year, Nestle also launched a new-style KitKat sharing bar in three flavours.
The exciting new flavours are Double Chocolate, Salted Caramel and Hazelnut.

"Four people were arrested and questioned: the groom, who was believed to be the organiser of the event and is presumed to be British, aged 22; the mother of the child, a 41-year-old Ukrainian woman; and two Latvian nationals aged 55 and 24," a statement from the French prosecutor's office in the nearby town of Meaux said. The 55-year-old Latvian man claimed he was recruited to play the role of the bride's father for 12,000 euros but discovered last minute she was nine years old, local news reports. Disneyland Paris told French newspaper Le Parisien the event was immediately shut down by its team and that guests were stopped from entering the premises. Circumstances around the wedding remain unclear, as to whether it was a stunt or a real ceremony. A medical examination of the young girl found she had not suffered any violence, the prosecutor's office said. A police source said the groom has claimed to be the director of a production company and they were shooting a video. An updated statement from the prosecutors office said: "So it wasn't a wedding, but a staged wedding filmed with around a hundred extras. They privatised Disneyland Paris, pretending it was a real wedding." Two suspects have been charged with 'fraud and breach of trust' against Disneyland Paris. One wedding guest told the Le Parisien: "We all thought we were going to attend a wedding... Everyone was stunned, no one expected it. Disneyland did things very well. "They canceled everything as soon as they realised the bride was a child. We were shocked to see that." Another extra, named Yeleen, who attended the ceremony with her daughter, said: "I saw a little girl dressed in white. I saw her hair prepared with curls and a lady picking her up in her arms. "At that moment, I was shocked. I realised when I saw the child. It was atrocious."

BBC and ITV broadcaster retires after 48-year career with tributes pouring in from sporting icons
A BBC and ITV broadcasting legend has retired after his 48-year career in the industry came to an end. Steve Rider, 75, bid farewell for the final time after being part of the presentation team on ITV4 for the British Touring Car Championship at Oulton Park. Ryder's contributions to Formula One were recognised in the form of a two-minute montage that featured tributes from the likes of Lando Norris, Jenson Button, Damon Hill, Nigel Mansell and David Coulthard. He became a familiar face on British TV screens after becoming a regular presenter on BBC's Grandstand. Ryder also led coverage for rugby, golf, motorsports and rowing events for the BBC, along with Sports Personality of the Year. He then left the BBC in 2005 to join ITV, where he became the anchor of their F1 and World Cup coverage. In an interview with Mail Sport in April, Ryder expressed his disappointment about how the BBC 'dismantled' its coverage of golf, a sport he was synonymous with during his time there. The broadcaster last had live coverage of The Open in 2015 and the Masters in 2019. 'It has been a bit of a surrender,' insists Rider. 'I really don't think there are too many hard-fought battles taking place with the BBC trying to defend their position. 'The one thing that they do have is that ability to deliver a sizeable audience, so why not offer that up for the last day of the Ryder Cup or the Masters? 'The whole landscape has changed hugely, but I do think BBC Sport went with a bit of a whimper, which is a shame.' After being diagnosed with prostate cancer in October 2023, Ryder underwent emergency surgery, which successfully stopped the tumour from spreading. He told BBC Breakfast: 'They took one look and said ''we're going to operate in two weeks''. 'No messing around. We did Brands Hatch for ITV on the Sunday and I had the operation on the Thursday. So it slotted into the schedule quite nicely!'
