Emile Heskey's relative to play AGAINST England at U21 Euros with Three Lions cult hero wanting him to lose
SPANISH star Mateo Joseph claims he has received no insider help from family member Emile Heskey on how to down England.
The 21-year-old Leeds United hotshot's father is cousins with the former Three Lions striker, who scored seven goals in 62 matches for our nation.

Though forward Joseph claims there will be no split loyalties in the Heskey household as he aims to down England and advance to the U21 European Championship semi-final.
On if he had spoken to the ex-Leicester and Liverpool man, Joseph said: "I'm sure he will be watching, but I don't know.
'He is part of my family but we've not seen each other a lot.
"What we have spoken about has been football and the truth is I feel lucky to have someone like that in my family.
'I suppose he won't want us to win tomorrow, though.'
Joseph, who got off the mark at the tournament against host nation Slovakia in their first group game, is fresh from helping Leeds earn promotion to the Premier League.
But the arrival of Lukas Nmecha has cast doubt on his future at Elland Road with both Real Betis and French club Strasbourg plotting a move.
He said: "The lack of clarity about my future doesn't affect me.
"I'm very focused on the tournament, and I'll have to talk to Leeds, with whom I haven't yet.
"Then whatever has to happen will happen, which is certainly the best thing for everyone.
"I'll be ready for the opportunities they give me, wherever they may be."
Emile Heskey answers quick fire questions about his football career
Despite making 39 appearances, none of Joseph's 11 starts came in 2025.
He added: "We [Leeds] achieved our goal as a team, but I personally want to be more involved in the final stretch of the season.
"I think I need more participation to continue developing as a player.
"The season has just ended, and we have to stop and evaluate. We've been promoted to the Premier League.
"We'll see what the club says, but I want to play more to continue growing."
When quizzed about Joseph, Heskey said: 'I want him to score but not win!'

‘Extraordinary' Royal Ascot row breaks out as livid trainer blasts his own jockey over ‘terrible' ride
AN 'extraordinary' Royal Ascot row has broken out - after a jockey slated his own jockey over a 'terrible' ride. French handler Jerome Reynier was absolutely furious with US-based jockey Flavien Prat's effort on Facteur Cheval in Wednesday's Group 1 Prince of Wales's Stakes. 2 2 The six-year-old gelding, who has won almost £4million in his brilliant career, was sent off 25-1 for the 1m2f contest. But his trainer believed those odds were nowhere near a true reflection of his ability. And he clearly thought that the horse had a chance if Prat followed his instructions. However, that all appeared to go out the window early when Facteur Cheval chased breakneck 100-1 pace-setter Continuous. Facteur Cheval was later dropped back but unsurprisingly ran out of gas and finished a limp sixth of eight behind superstar winner Ombudsman. Reynier, still seething when speaking to the media days later, hit out at Prat's tactics - which, despite the disastrous effort, still netted the horse's owners £14,000. He said: "He (the horse) has come out of the race well, despite his jockey doing absolutely nothing to help him. "I think it was perhaps the worst ride given to one of my horses since I became a trainer. "In a race with loads of pace, he elected to lead the chase [of the pacemaker]. "He was the first to commit on the turn for home and launched his attack three wide with no cover and too far out. "He thought he was at Santa Anita or Del Mar where they have short straights and the tracks are flat. "And I don't think it was a judicious move to use a jockey who rides in that style. "It was just a terrible ride." French-bron Prat is one of America's top jockeys and had amassed prize money earnings there of more than £11m this calendar year alone. Over the course of his career in the States, Prat has recorded 1,995 wins and earned more than £150m in winnings. . Remember to gamble responsibly

Extraordinary moment former Premier League boss is told 'F*** YOU' by his own player in feisty Club World Cup spat - before SHUSHING riled-up star when his substitution paid off moments later
A former Premier League manager was caught in an astonishing X-rated spat with his own player after the star reacted furiously to being substituted at the Club World Cup on Friday. Benfica boss Bruno Lage, who previously managed Wolves between 2021 and 2022 in the Premier League, guided his side to a 6-0 win over New Zealand outfit Auckland City — but victory was overshadowed by an extraordinary row on the touchline midway through the second half. In the 62nd minute, with his side 2-0 ahead thanks to goals from Angel Di Maria and Vangelis Pavlidis, Lage opted to shuffle his pack and substituted midfield stalwart Orkun Kokcu for former Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain star Renato Sanches. Furious with his manager's decision, the Turkish midfielder left the pitch in a sulk and refused to shake Lage's hand, a gesture which is often performed between a player and his coach before heading for the substitutes' bench. According to Portuguese outlet A Bola, Kokcu shouted 'f*** you' in Lage's direction as the row intensified, before reluctantly taking his seat alongside team-mates in the dugout. Lage angrily told his player to be quiet by shushing him in response. Midfielder Orkun Kokcu was furious at being hooked off and refused to shake his manager's hand (left) before igniting a fierce row between the pair on the substitutes' bench (right) View this post on Instagram A post shared by Pedro Fonseca (@pedrofonsecaoficial) Moments later, to the manager's delight, substitute Sanches scored to put Benfica three ahead, and the 49-year-old coach could not resist taking a stab at Kokcu. Lage went over to say a few words to the player, covering his mouth with his hand. It is claimed he was telling Kokcu that he a good nose for the game. Visibly angered by his manager's words and actions, the 24-year-old leapt to his feet and scolded Lage, raising his index finger with a furious facial expression. In response, the Portuguese manager again put his finger to his mouth and shushed Kokcu, who needed to be held back by team-mate Kerem Akturkoglu as he went to leave the bench. Benfica went on to win the match 6-0, with Leandro Barreiro scoring twice and Di Maria netting his second penalty of the game deep into injury time. After the match, Lage addressed the furious row and explained why he hooked Kokcu off midway through the second half. 'Orkun Kokcu wanted to win and score more goals, but we decided that Renato should come on,' he said. 'Regardless of the players' form, I make the decisions. In the last game, we started with Renato, and Kokcu came on later and helped us. That's how it was today, too.' 'I saw the behavior of a consistently professional athlete. That was a unique experience. After the game, Lage admitted the midfielder's reaction and behaviour was out of character 'He has always behaved very well both on and off the field. He has the desire to help the team. 'I make the decisions I have to make, no matter who it is. I've proven that many times. I look at the player's current situation and make my decisions calmly.'
