FURIOUS concertgoers who were left queuing for hours before a gig at Glasgow's Hydro last night have blasted venue bosses - claiming they 'couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery'.
Thousands of dance music fans flocked to the OVO arena on Sunday evening for the Bank Holiday Clubland Live show which was billed as 'The Biggest Night of Your Life'.

The star-studded lineup featured huge names like DJ Basshunter and noughties dance icon Cascada.
And the "three-hour action-packed show" promised ticketholders a chance to "relive the classic tunes in a party atmosphere".
But hundreds of revellers were left sorely disappointed after having to queue up for two hours and missing some of the gig.
Doors opened at 6.30pm, with the event scheduled to start at 7 pm and end at 10.30pm.
But scores of raging fans claimed they did not enter the venue until several hours after it began.
Dozens of peeved-off concertgoers took to social media to share their frustration at the 'terrible' management of the event.
One angry attendee wrote: "Well went to clubland at the Hydro in Glasgow. Organised f****** chaos, couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery. Doors opened at 6.30pm, concerts starts at 7pm, and we are still outside at 7.55pm. F*** that. Home time. We were told we'd be another hour to get in."
Another said: "It was terrible, we arrived at 6.20pm and never got in till 8.20pm. Missed half the show. People were being sick in the queue and peeing in cups."
A third added: "It was ridiculous! Nearly two hours we waited and got in just after 8 and that was only because we went round to the other side to queue. No organisation of queues and overall it was a shambles."
Meanwhile, other ravers told how they had a 'great time' at the show.

One wrote: "I nearly cried when I saw the queue but we didn't wait in it long. Quite quick."
Scots DJ George Bowie opened last night's show with his iconic GBX anthems.
The Clyde 1 radio host, 54, wrote on Facebook: "The Clubland Events team absolutely smashed OVO Hydro last night, even Billy Gillies (Music) made a surprise appearance. What a night, getting to open the show with a GBX set and then perform the Whiskey Roll remix with Cammy Barnes & Outforce to 10,000 ravers was a moment to treasure forever."
An SEC spokesperson said: 'The safety and security of our guests is our number one priority and we always do our best to ensure a quick entry process for our guests.
"There were some challenges at the Clubland event with a small number of people, which meant it took our security team a little longer than usual to carry out all the necessary checks.
"We apologise to anyone who was affected.'

The film has already secured funding of £5000, with Riddoch hoping to raise the final £8000 to make the project a reality. Finland has been ranked the world's happiest country for eight years in a row, with Riddoch and young Scots filmmaker Gavin Hanigan, who is based in Helsinki, hoping to look at the parallels the country has with Scotland. 'The Finns like the Scots sometimes lack confidence, but their way of life is more equal, digital, cooperative, equal and relaxed than almost anywhere else on earth. Scotland rightly prides itself on having the lowest levels of child poverty in the UK at 22 per cent – the figure in Finland is 3.7 per cent.' Riddoch told The National: 'The current situation with Russia highlights Finland's enduring problem of having to coexist with an occasionally belligerent, acquisitive former colonial power as the nearest neighbour. 'Anyone who has read the history of Finnish resistance during World War II will realise that a country with half its population volunteering to join an army that became the only one to ever repel the Red Army, will be no pushover. 'Today Finns like Gavin live with bunkers in the cellars of their houses and grab bags ready at the instruction of their government in case of attack. Sports legend is one of 12 inspirational winners at our 2025 People's Oscars The countdown to the Daily Record Pride of Scotland Awards is over - and today we reveal the unsung heroes to be honoured at tonight's red carpet spectacular. Our glittering People's Oscars will see awe-inspiring Scots recognised for their acts of courage and kindness as well as a special award for Sir Chris Hoy. ‌ The six-time Olympic gold medallist, whose courage and dignity in the face of terminal cancer have inspired the nation, will be honoured with the first ever Scotland's Champion award. ‌ The sporting hero, who was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer in 2023 which has now spread to his bones, cannot be at tonight's ceremony but is delighted with the recognition and has dedicated his award to everyone who is battling cancer right now. Speaking from his home in Cheshire Chris, 49, said: 'Thank you so much for this beautiful trophy as it really does mean a lot to me. It's been a tough couple of years but we are getting through. 'Knowing that we have this type of support from people across Scotland really lifts us up so I would like to dedicate this award to anybody who is going through a similar challenge right now. 'If you would like to support us go to the Tour de 4 website and find out the details of a mass participation cycle ride starting and finishing in Glasgow on the September 7 from which we aim to raise more than £1m for cancer charities across the country. Theo Hardie, seven, will pick up the Young Fundraiser award after running 100 miles to raise funds to buy his little brother Jude, three, a wheelchair. ‌ Plumber Stewart Miller, who risked his life during a killer storm to save a woman from drowning in the River Tay will receive an Outstanding Bravery award as will shop workers Bob Bell, Cheryl Gourlay, Aisha David and Osman David who tackled an armed robber during a raid on their store. Our Emergency Services award will go to Coastguard winch paramedic Norman Macleod, who braved storms to drop solo onto a ship where two sailors had suffered horrifying injuries. There will be Special Recognition awards for the Speirs Family, who run inspirational charity Calum's Cabin, 'Vape Crusader' Laura Young and shopkeepers Asiyah and Jawad Javed who have done so much for their local community. ‌ We will also be celebrating two King's Trust Young Achievers - Ashleigh Lancaster, 28, who started a business delivering mental health training to frontline workers and Shane Lee, 26, who has autism and has landed his dream job with M&S. There is a new category this year - the P&O Cruises Inspiration Award - which will go to the Ups and Downs Theatre group for children and young people with Down's syndrome and their siblings. The band will be playing in venues around the UK for the first time in six years. The tour will finish with a night at the iconic Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow. Tonight, Idlewild announced they will also play a night in Dundee. They will take to the stage at the city's LiveHouse venue on December 6. The band will be joined by special guests but their support is still to be announced. Idlewild will play in Aberdeen on December 5 and wrap up their tour on December 7 in the east end of Glasgow. The message from promoters DF Concerts read: "We're delighted to confirm Cult Scottish Alternative rock band IDLEWILD will be making a stop at LiveHouse as part of their first UK tour in six years. "Formed thirty years ago in Edinburgh by vocalist Roddy Woomble, Guitarist Rod Jones and Drummer Colin Newton, the band have released nine studio albums and toured worldwide as a headline act, alongside as support to REM, U2 and Pearl Jam amongst others. "For the last decade Idlewild's line up has been completed by multi-instrumentalists Andrew Mitchell on bass and Luciano Rossi on Keyboards." Idlewild were formed in Edinburgh in 1995.
