The Office's richest stars in 2025, ranked: big names Steve Carell and Mindy Kaling each have a sizeable net worth, but you may be surprised by John Krasinski
On May 16, 2013, the final episode of hit show The Office aired, and the Dunder Mifflin team left our screens for good.
Happily, Greg Daniels, the creator of The Office, has developed a new sit-com in a similar vein. Per NBC, the as-yet-untitled series will showcase operations from inside a 'dying historic Midwestern newspaper' with the 'publisher trying to revive it with volunteer reporters'.

As rumours fly about whether any of the original cast members of The Office will make a return (Oscar Nunez will show up at some point, per Variety), so far only Domhnall Gleeson and
Sabrina Impacciatore's names have been linked to the show as main cast members. As fans eagerly await more news on The Office 2.0, we take a look at the stars who made it big since leaving the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company.

Novak got a cult following for his role as Ryan Howard, the scamster intern on the show. Not only did Novak play a big role in The Office, he also wrote and directed multiple episodes of the show. Novak has starred alongside Brad Pitt in Inglourious Basterds and was also cast in Saving Mr. Banks and The Founder. He's also behind the food festival ChainFest, a concept which sees reimagined iconic menu items from well-known chain restaurants available during a two-day event.

Meet stylist Taylor McNeill, who's working with Brad Pitt on the F1 movie press tour: she was a fashion assistant at Vogue and turned Timothée Chalamet into Hollywood's best-dressed man
Brad Pitt is not having a midlife crisis. He's just hired a new stylist. The 61-year-old actor has been raising eyebrows for his experimental new ensembles while on a press tour for his upcoming sports drama flick, F1. Perhaps he was also inspired by the film's always dapper producer Lewis Hamilton , who also has a cameo in the film. Brad Pitt and Inés de Ramon went on a double date with Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper in New York on June 13. Photo: Bauer-Griffin/GC Images Ahead of F1's American premiere on June 27, Pitt was spotted with his girlfriend of two and a half years, Inés de Ramon , 32, enjoying a double date in New York with Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid Advertisement For the night out, the Babylon actor sported a silky lilac button-down by Argentinian brand Taverniti, loose velvet pants by Italian label Magliano and square-toed loafers. A few days later, the Bullet Train actor wore his most striking ensemble yet: a crushed velvet blazer from Willy Chavarria's autumn 2025 collection, worn over a striped shirt and extra baggy jeans. Does Elio, Pixar's worst box office opener, show people only want animated film sequels?
For decades, Pixar could hardly miss with its original animated films. Advertisement Whether the subject was toys, fish or a cantankerous old man, the California-based computer animation studio churned out hit after hit. But since the Covid-19 pandemic, Walt Disney-owned Pixar and other animation studios have struggled to break through at the box office with the same kinds of original films that defined the industry. Instead, sequels such as Inside Out 2 have ruled the genre. The weekend release of Elio, an original film from Pixar about a young boy who seeks connection with aliens to make up for his loneliness on Earth, saw box office takings in North America from Thursday evening to Sunday amount to an estimated US$21 million, making it Pixar's worst opening-weekend result ever. While audiences often say they want to see new stories, box office ticket sales show they gravitate toward sequels, reboots and other familiar fare.

Advika Mittal's top pick: Maurice Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are
Do you have a book, movie or show recommendation? Send us your top picks using this form . One of my favourite children's books is Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. This classic story follows a young boy named Max, who, after causing mischief at home, sails away to an island inhabited by wild creatures known as the Wild Things. What I love about this book is its imaginative journey. Max's adventure allows children to explore their emotions and the concept of imagination. The illustrations are stunning, capturing the wildness and wonder of the creatures, while the simple yet powerful text resonates deeply. The story beautifully conveys themes of adventure, emotional expression and the comfort of home. Max's transformation from a wild, unruly boy to a more reflective character highlights the importance of understanding one's feelings. Where the Wild Things Are inspires children to embrace their creativity and reminds them that it's fine to feel a range of emotions.
