A11 crash near Snetterton causes partial closure
A section of the A11 in Norfolk remains partially closed following a serious crash.It happened near Snetterton at about 23:40 BST on Sunday, National Highways said, with reports of a car leaving the road.The southbound carriageway was completely shut between the B1077 at Attleborough and the B1111 at Larling, but one lane has since reopened.National Highways said people should allow extra time for their journeys.

Woman dies and nine others injured in M4 car crash

City eyes UK's first road congestion charge in two decades
Oxfordshire County Council has launched a consultation on a proposed £5 daily congestion charge for cars entering parts of Oxford city centre. The scheme aims to reduce traffic, improve bus journey times, enhance safety for pedestrians and cyclists, and cut air pollution.
