Orange Jordan empowers sports talents through Casillas Challenge sponsorship
In the world of football, legends don't fade, they evolve, finding new realms to shine. In the digital world, positivity remains essential for a safe and enriching experience.
Aligned with its commitment to empowering youth and promoting positive values, as well as expanding the scope of the "For Good Connections" campaign to create a safe online environment and combat cyberbullying, Orange Jordan has announced its collaboration with IRIS International Sports Academy to unlock youth talents through its sponsorship of the Iker Casillas Challenge.
The Challenge comprised three phases. The first phase involved evaluating talents aged 10 to 12 by a group of Jordanian football legends in cities including Irbid, Zarqa, Karak, Ma'an, Tafilah, Aqaba, and Amman.
In the second stage, the selected talents were assessed by world champion Iker Casillas himself.
The final phase will include the selected team traveling to Spain.
Orange Jordan emphasized that sports and positivity are integral to youth development, providing essential avenues for them to explore their identities and unlock their potential from an early age.
The company highlighted the continuous growth of Jordan's sports sector, noting that identifying and nurturing talent to participate in this field and represent the kingdom on international occasions is a mission it proudly supports.
This significant initiative aligns with Orange Jordan's ongoing efforts to expand its Anti-cyberbullying campaign named the 'The Positive Gang", which was launched in 2024 to promote digital culture.
It reflects Orange's commitment as the true Responsible Digital Leader, aiming to empower individuals aged 12 to 28, along with parents, educators, and influencers, to engage in healthy and safe digital interactions.
It is part of the broader "For Good Connections" initiative introduced by the Orange Group to foster a secure and positive online environment for all users.
