Kinahan cartel boss Liam Byrne's son has been pictured partying with Conor McGregor and Katie Price in Ibiza.
A photo, posted on social media by Conor McGregor, shows Lee Byrne with close pal and Byrne Organised Crime Group associate Nathan 'Biggie' Little posing next to the troubled UFC fighter.
Renowned model Katie Price is also seen in the snap, sitting on the lap of a beaming McGregor. Republic of Ireland and Eredivisie footballer Troy Parrot is also pictured.
It comes as McGregor is awaiting his appeal at the start of next month after a jury found him liable for the assault of Nikita Hand in the Beacon Hotel in South Dublin.
Lee Byrne, who has no involvement in crime, is the son of criminal Liam Byrne - who was most recently released from prison in the UK after serving a relatively short time behind bars for his role in sourcing firearms for brother-in-law and fellow mob boss Thomas 'Bomber' Kavanagh.
Mobster Liam is lying low in the UK while being tagged by prison authorities - after being granted early release due to ongoing overcrowding concerns. His son Lee, however, is regularly seen partying across the globe with pal 'Biggie' Little - who Dublin's High Court heard was a member of the 'Byrne Organised Crime Group', led by Lee's father.
In the High Court, the Criminal Assets Bureau identified the 24-year-old Dubliner as being a low-level member of the Byrne Organised Crime Group. Little, who is from the Drimnagh area of the city, is a close friend of Liam Byrne's son Lee, who is the boyfriend of Steven Gerrard's daughter, Lilly-Ella.
Liam Byrne, 44, himself a powerful figure in the Kinahan cartel, was jailed for his role in trying to acquire firearms from anywhere he could find them after he was caught doing so in secret encrypted conversations that were hacked in 2021.
The plot was designed so that investigators would find a cache of 11 powerful weapons hidden in a field in Newry, Co Down in May 2021 following a 'tip off' from Kavanagh, who met officers and told them about it from behind bars while awaiting sentence for importing drugs.
Liam Byrne's brother David was infamously shot dead in the Regency Hotel shooting on February 5, 2016. Byrne's death significantly escalated the Kinahan Hutch feud - and saw the cartel go on to murder 16 more men. Byrne's boss Daniel Kinahan was the primary target of the Hutch gang that day - and is still living it up in Dubai despite his cartel crumbling all around him.

Liam Byrne was jailed - alongside the once-powerful mobster 'Bomber' - who led the Kinahan cartel's day-to-day operations in the UK. Kavanagh is serving a 21-year prison sentence for conspiracy to import some €36 million worth of drugs into the UK.
In 2019, the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) seized much of Liam Byrne's assets following a high-profile case. The CAB, in its High Court proceedings against the Byrne Organised Crime Group (BOCG), named Liam as its leader, and also named several individuals as the beneficiaries of the group.
The High Court ruled that assets worth €2.7 million - cars, jewellery, cash and the Raleigh Square home seized by the CAB - were the proceeds of crime. As part of their investigations, CAB investigators claimed Byrne was at the 'very top tier' of organised crime in Ireland.
In submissions to the High Court, the CAB outlined his links to Christy 'Dapper Don' Kinahan's cartel. It claimed: 'The target of this investigation is the Liam Byrne Organised Crime Group. This group is aligned to the Kinahan Organised Crime Group (KOCG) and is involved in the importation for sale and supply of controlled drugs into this jurisdiction.
'The investigation has uncovered a system of money laundering used by this group to hide the beneficial ownership of the various assets in their possession. The main target of this investigation, Liam Byrne, is a close and trusted associate and lieutenant of Daniel Kinahan.
"The KOCG is an international gang involved in the importation and controlled distribution of drugs into this jurisdiction, the UK and mainland Europe. It has bases in Spain, the UK, Netherlands and Dubai.
'Liam Byrne and Sean McGovern are at the very top tier of this group and are regularly spotted in the company of Daniel and [his brother] Christopher Kinahan.'

Terence Crosbie will face a second trial later this year The judge in the Boston rape trial of Dublin firefighter, Terence Crosbie, has declared a mistrial after the jury failed to reach a verdict on Friday. The jury returned on Friday afternoon and declared that they had not come to a verdict, with Judge Sarah Ellis declaring a mistrial. Mr Crosbie will face a second trial later this year, with a provisional date of October 14 the next date the case is before the court. Terence Crosbie (38) is accused of raping a woman at the Omni Parker House in Boston while visiting the city for St Patrick's Day weekend celebrations in 2024. The alleged incident happened on the night of March 14, the day he arrived in the United States. He was due to be in the Boston parade with members of the Dublin Fire Brigade on March 17, 2024. The Dubliner pleaded not guilty and has been held at Nashua Street jail in Boston since his arrest last year after he attempted to get on an earlier flight back to Ireland on March 15. The trial began last week. Mr Crosbie's wife has supported him and is present at the trial. Earlier this week, closing statements were made with defence attorney Daniel C Reilly telling jurors they should acquit Crosbie and argued there was not enough evidence to link Crosbie to the alleged rape. 'I'm going to ask you to end that nightmare and find him not guilty,' he said. 'The Commonwealth has not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Crosbie committed the crime he is accused of.' Meanwhile, Suffolk Assistant District Attorney Erin Murphy asked: 'If she was so drunk, or so mixed up, or if she was making up a story, then how did she have so much right?' 'It's a misnomer to say the DNA was inconclusive. What is conclusive is there were two distinct male profiles. 'There's no mystery man here, there's no phantom rapist who slipped off into the night. Terrence Crosbie is guilty.' Last week, Crosbie took the stand on Friday to adamantly deny raping the woman in the hotel room he was sharing with fellow firefighter, Liam O'Brien. 'I've done nothing wrong,' Crosbie told the court, adding, '100 per cent I didn't do this. I had no physical or verbal contact with her at all.'

'[The club] is a safe space for all, especially for women, girls, and families.' A football club has said they have 'respectfully declined' a take over offer from Conor McGregor. Hartlepool United Football Club, who are based in the North East of England have been the subject of takeover rumours for months. Speculation McGregor was going to buy the club intensified recently when he followed them on social media. Now, the company behind the club, the Herd International Group, have issued a statement revealing that they turned down an offer from a 'high-profile' individual. The club said that while others in the local community might feel that the person's association with them would 'represent a path forward' they don't share that view and 'never will.' "Our commitment is to preserve and strengthen that identity - not compromise it. We remain fully committed to completing the takeover and investing in the future of Hartlepool United - not just as a football club, but as a central part of the community. The ex-UFC fighter has expressed previous interest in purchasing football clubs, including Chelsea F.C. More recently, he expressed interest in purchasing two League of Ireland clubs. His Crumlin pub, the Black Forge Inn, has its own football squad, in which McGregor spontaneously lines out for. Last week he was caught on camera punching a partygoer to the ground at a nightclub in Ibiza. Footage obtained by the Sun appears to show the Dubliner hitting a person twice during the incident in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The 36-year-old is seen in conversation with a man before putting his arm around his shoulders and then hitting him with his left hand while holding a glass of alcohol in his right. The former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion then takes another shot as the man stumbles to leave the reveller on the floor. According to reports, McGregor carried on partying at the venue while the man who had been punched was thrown out. The incident followed a boozy day session for McGregor who had earlier been pictured dancing with former glamour model Katie Price. Last year, a jury found McGregor civilly liable for raping Nikita Hand at a hotel room in Dublin in 2018. During the trial, Ms Hand testified she had been 'brutally raped and battered' by McGregor and at one point thought she was going to die and never see her young daughter again. They also heard evidence that a tampon was wedged so far inside her vagina it needed to be removed with a forceps in the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit of the Rotunda Hospital, where she presented in a terrified state the following day. The court was shown photos of Ms Hand's badly bruised body, taken by Gardaí two days after the events in the hotel. In January, a judge ordered McGregor to pay Nikita Hand €100,000 of her €250,000 damages and €200,000 of her expected €1.3m legal costs.

Conor McGregor links up with Celtic manager days after 'punch' incident in Ibiza
Conor McGregor has linked up with Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers in Ibiza. Taking to social media on Friday evening, McGregor shared a snap of himself with the Hoops boss, who was holding a baby in the picture. "LEGENDARY DOUBLE CHAMP LINK UP! NEXT YEAR, TREBLE! GOD IS GREAT! @CelticFC @ufc Congrats to the Rodgers family on the new addition to their family," wrote the UFC fighter on social media. Rodgers' meeting with McGregor comes just days after the Irishman was involved in an altercation in an Ibiza nightclub. In the early hours of Tuesday, at Pacha nightclub, The Sun released footage that allegedly showed the Irishman appearing to peer down to address an unidentified man in the middle of the dancefloor. Merely moments later, the 36-year-old appeared to throw two punches. The man hit the deck, and onlookers have since come forward to recount their version of the alleged incident. One individual - who saw the whole thing - claimed there did not appear to be any consequences for the former dual-weight UFC champion. "The guy seemed to fall to the floor, and his mates came to pick him up and get him away," he told The Sun. "There [didn't appear to be any] consequences for Conor." Another said: "About five people fell to the floor as the guy stumbled back. It was a bit like bowling pins, but the guy was really shaken." They added: "About a minute later, the bouncers came and got him on the back and took him out of the club." "It was right before close anyway," they continued. "There was no messing around; they just removed him. Conor left through the garden a bit later; he didn't look very happy." McGregor has since revealed that he was in Ibiza after flying his soccer teammates out to the Spanish island. The MMA fighter has been competing in an over 35's league with his pub team, and recently took home a league title. "To celebrate winning the league I took the @blackforgeinn football squad away on holiday to Ibiza! All expenses paid, VIP's," the Dubliner wrote on social media as he shared a number of photos and videos from the trip. He continued: "LEAGUE CHAMPIONS, BABY! Reach out, link up, join a team! Get active! For the sake of your mental health you will thank yourself! #ibizapartyisland."
