Read Madeleine McCann prime suspect Christian Brueckner's sick letter in full – including chilling ‘no body' gloat

The Sun06-06-2025

A LETTER written by prime Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner has been exposed, with the sex fiend goading cops by saying: 'Is there a body? No, no no.'
The German paedophile bragged in the bombshell letter that cops do not have the evidence to back their accusations against him in the Madeleine investigation.

He wrote: 'It is the important questions, the decisive questions that can never be answered.
'Was I or my vehicle clearly seen near the crime scene on the night of the crime?
'Is there DNA evidence of me at the crime scene? Are there DNA traces of the injured party in my vehicle?
'Are there other traces/DNA carriers of the injured party in my possession? Photos?"
Brueckner - named as a Madeleine suspect for five years without charge — has also revealed a creepy knowledge in letters of how the German legal system works in his favour.
He wrote: 'You know, of course, that in Germany you don't have to prove your innocence as a suspect, but that the public prosecutor's office has to prove that you are clearly guilty.
'Even the slightest doubt leads to an acquittal, if there is a court hearing at all.'
Brueckner even claims the case against him is built on 'purchased witnesses' and reveals his awareness of his global notoriety.
He wrote: 'Now, my path is paved with misjudgements, so to speak, but from now on the whole world is watching.
'Not even the Braunschweig regional court will now dare to make an obvious misjudgement.
'Even if an attempt is currently being made to create a shocking overall picture of me through purchased witnesses, it is the important questions, the decisive questions that can never be answered with 'yes'.

"And, not to forget, is there a body/corpse? All no, no no.'
He adds: 'You don't have to be a realist like me to predict that the accusations made against me will not hold up and that the investigation will be dropped.'
In another letter seen by The Sun, Brueckner described how he used his drifter lifestyle to avoid detection.
He wrote: 'Do you know that I was a drug dealer at that time in 2007? Investigators know this.
'I bought marijuana in Spain and sold it on beaches in the Algarve.
'I was never caught by the police because I followed a few principles.
'If possible, only drive during the day so that my battered hippie bus doesn't attract so much attention, only drive the necessary and most importantly, never provoke the police.'
He added: 'Together with my dog and a lover at the time I enjoyed the 'temporary hippie life'.'

He also whinges he has been framed so he can be scapegoated over the Madeleine case.
He wrote: 'Right from the start they plotted a miscarriage of justice to make me vanish into thin air. And now half the world knows why.'
And he adds: 'I am not exaggerating when I say that 80 per cent of what I have heard from the reports is not true.
'A large proportion of these lies are clearly being spread by the investigating authorities. My words are directed at those who are taking this seriously and are not laughing about it.
'Those who want to understand how brutal the German justice system is in its attempts to hammer through its own law, even if nothing is true.'
The vile letters emerged as officers desperate to find a forensic link to him flew back to Germany after a new three-day search in Portugal this week.
Scores of cops painstakingly combed scrubland near Praia da Luz with JCBs, radar and fingertip searches, believing the tot or her pyjamas could have been buried there.
German prosecutors are convinced of Brueckner's guilt.
It comes just weeks after a Sun investigation was broadcast on Channel 4 that revealed bombshell evidence found at the suspect's lair.
The disturbing evidence demonstrated Brueckner's obsession with young kids.
We revealed he wrote horrifying fantasies about abducting and abusing a blonde toddler — and how this would leave him 'in paradise'.
He also boasted in online forums about his desire to 'capture something small and use it for days'.
Brueckner remains in prison in Germany where he is serving a seven year term for rape.
The 48-year-old convicted paedophile faces having his hopes of being released from jail in September scuppered after reportedly being accused of new offences against prison guards behind bars.

The latest search to find DNA or forensic links on the case appeared to have ended without success on Thursday.
Police were seen taking fibres by hand while a hole was dug at the site of an apparent tent from around the time of Madeleine's disappearance.
However, it was unclear whether the search had found anything with enough potential value to the case to be sent back to Germany for testing.
Brueckner had already moved out of his cottage in Praia da Luz when three-year-old Madeleine, from Rothley, Leics, arrived with parents Gerry and Kate and her two-year-old twin siblings.
He was living in his car, or wild camping in areas including this week's search site.
Brueckner's letters
"It is the important questions, the decisive questions that can never be answered.

'Those who want to understand how brutal the German justice system is in its attempts to hammer through its own law, even if nothing is true.'
The seeming failure of longshot searches for any traces of Madeleine this week is the latest in a string of blows for the case.
German authorities who maintain Madeleine is dead are racing to find a way to keep highly dangerous Brueckner behind bars after he was cleared of rape claims last year.
He told this week he plans to 'hide' when he is released, as soon as September 17, taking hopes for the Madeleine case with him.
The drifter was jailed in 2019, convicted of the 2005 rape of an American pensioner just streets from the Ocean Club, where the McCanns stayed in Praia da Luz.
The Sun investigation aired on Channel 4 revealed the existence of computer hard drives which were vital in to persuading investigators of Madeleine's death.
Our findings placed Breuckner at key Madeleine search location the Arades Dam, in Portugal.
And a document puts him at the location — where he allegedly said 'she did not scream' as he discussed her with an associate.
In the online message where he brags to another sicko that he really wanted to 'capture something small' he adds it would not matter 'if the evidence is destroyed afterwards'.
German investigators last night remained hopeful British police might rejoin the investigation as an active inquiry.

Revealed in a shocking new book a year after the death of French screen legend Alain Delon... My father was 'the most beautiful man in movie history' – but he also beat up my mother and pointed a gun at me

The 'ice cold angel' of the golden age of French cinema, Alain Delon's mesmerising sex appeal was always tinged with a hint of danger. Dishonourably discharged from the French Navy after a tour of duty in Indochina, and caught up in a gangsters-and-orgies scandal in 1968, no one doubted that the man who memorably unzipped Marianne Faithfull's motorbike leathers with his teeth was a fighter as well as a lover.

British man, 22, arrested at Disneyland Paris as he 'tried to marry a nine-year-old Ukrainian girl with 4in heels taped to her feet' for social media

A British man was arrested yesterday at Disneyland Paris after he 'tried to marry a nine-year-old girl' before a crowd of 100 guests. The suspect, 22, was allegedly the 'groom' at the bizarre staged ceremony which took place at dawn in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle. He later told police the aim had been to make a video for social media. Park staff were shocked to see the child, along with her family and a large number of attendees, turn up for the event. Police arrived on scene and took the man into custody along with the girl's 41-year-old mother, who is believed to be Ukrainian. The nine-year-old had been wearing a bridal dress and was said to have worn four inch heels taped to her feel for social media. Organisers had booked the park - available to rent outside public visiting hours - for a function they said would be a genuine wedding ceremony. A statement issued by the prosecutor's office in the nearby town of Meaux said: 'Four people were arrested and questioned: the groom, who was believed to be the organiser of the event and is presumed to be British and aged 22; the mother of the child, a 41-year-old Ukrainian woman; and two Latvian nationals aged 55 and 24.' The 55-year-old has claimed he was recruited to play the role of the bride's father for 12,000 euros but discovered last minute she was nine-years-old, local news reports. The prosecutor's statement added 'police custody of the British suspect and a Latvian national was also extended on charges of fraud and money laundering'. Disneyland Paris was reportedly deceived about the nature of the event, with the organiser assuming the 'identity of a Latvian national' and using 'false documents to secure the conclusion of the contract for privatising the park', BFM TV reports. 'Guests' were recruited online via adverts seeking 200 adults and 100 children aged between five and 15 to play the guests at a 'rehearsal' for a wedding in Disneyland. Video obtained by BFM showed around 100 seated guests await the ceremony as a female violin trio played at dawn before a stage strewn with flowers. The event costs the organisers $130,000 (£111,000), BFM said. Disneyland Paris told French newspaper Le Parisien the event was immediately shut down by its team and that guests were stopped from entering the premises. The prosecutor's office confirmed today a criminal investigation has opened. Circumstances around the wedding remain unclear, but a medical examination of the young girl found she had not suffered any violence, the prosecutor's office said. Officials added they were not ruling out that the event may have been a prank, with the guests attending as possible 'extras'. The groom had said that he was the director of a production company and they were shooting a video, a police source later told Le Parisien. A source who claimed to have been a wedding guest said French newspaper: 'We all thought we were going to attend a wedding... Everyone was stunned, no one expected it. Disneyland did things very well. 'They canceled everything as soon as they realized the bride was a child. We were shocked to see that. The extras said they had been driven from central Paris on buses at 5am and handed pink bracelets with the names of the 'bride and groom' printed on them. 'Guests' were told filming was to remain strictly confidential - white chairs, a large cake, musicians and a castle were in place to make the ceremony look realistic, BFM reports. One extra, named Yeleen, who attended the ceremony with her daughter, said: 'I saw a little girl dressed in white. I saw her hair prepared with curls and a lady picking her up in her arms. 'At that moment, I was shocked. I realised when I saw the child. It was atrocious.' The prosecutor's office later explained: 'So it wasn't a wedding, but a staged wedding filmed with around a hundred extras. They privatized Disneyland Paris, pretending it was a real wedding.' The prosecution has charged the two suspects with 'fraud and breach of trust' against Disneyland Paris. They will both be brought before the Meaux judicial court on Monday, June 23, as part of the opening of a judicial investigation.

EXCLUSIVE Shocked owners reveal the damage left by Pheobe Bishop's housemates who turned their family home into a cesspit

All traces of the filth and rubbish left by Pheobe Bishop's housemates have been removed and dumped at a tip by the owners of the Queensland rental home where they lived. Jacob and Milena Otto leased the three-bedroom Gin Gin property to James Wood and Tanika Bromley, who lived with Pheobe and are now accused of her murder. Pheobe's remains were found in Good Night Scrub National Park - located about an hour from the property - on June 6. It is alleged Wood and Bromley drove the 17-year-old to Bundaberg Regional Airport on May 15, but she never checked in for her flight to Western Australia. Days later, police declared the Gin Gin house and their car a crime scene. Wood and Bromley were charged with Pheobe's murder, along with two counts each of interfering with a corpse, on June 5. The Ottos, who live 900km away in the North Queensland town of Ayr, were allowed to enter their Gin Gin property earlier this month when police finished their forensic investigation. They faced a massive clean-up with dog poo, broken furniture and rubbish throughout the property. The couple said they took 'two skip bins and many trailer loads' to the local tip. They added that kind-hearted locals helped them. 'While at the house these past few days, people would stop in and lend a hand for a few hours,' they said. The couple, who were given $2,275 on a now-closed GoFundMe, have claimed the classic Queenslander-style house suffered structural damage. They hope to restore the property to its former glory and put it back on the rental market. 'The house is almost empty now and cleaners are organised. There is some structural damage but that is something for tradies,' they said recently. 'Meanwhile, we have returned to work up north.' Former homicide detective Charlie Bezzina told Daily Mail Australia that Queensland Police 'should be applauded' for completing their forensic work on a complex crime scene so quickly. 'You can't keep a crime scene open forever in Australia, unlike in other countries like America,' he said. 'If there was anything (forensics) needed to find, they would have found it by now. 'You can't justify holding onto a crime scene just in case something else pops up - you have to hand it back to the rightful owner. You have to be fair.' In a previous interview with Daily Mail Australia, Mr Otto revealed that when he'd approved Bromley as a tenant, she 'ticked all the right boxes'. It's understood only Bromley was on the lease, and that she never missed a rental payment. Criminal psychologist Tim Watson-Munro described the crime scene as 'chronic, next-level squalor'. 'I take it (Wood and Bromley) are not going to get their bond back,' he said. Mrs Otto also confirmed that the stench pervading the air was due to Wood's puppies, which died from a supposed worm infestation. When the Ottos first returned to the home on June 7, their devastation was evident. 'We don't know where to start,' they admitted. 'We started a family in this home.'
