Indeed, Belgian top-flight outfit OH Leuven, along with Swiss champions FC Basel and FC Cincinnati of the MLS, have expressed interest in the attacker, claims Sky Sports.
The three clubs are said to prefer a permanent deal for the Northern Ireland international.
It comes after new Rangers head coach Russell Martin made his feelings clear on the future of midfield duo Mohamed Diomande and Nicolas Raskin.
The 39-year-old was quizzed directly on the future of the midfield pair after he was unveiled at Ibrox on Thursday.
"We have to try and keep our best players," said Martin.
"And I think we're all really aligned with that.
"So, unless things come in that really help the club to build and move forward, I don't think it's a necessity to do that at all. That's my understanding of it.
"And we've all been really clear on it. So we'll just have to wait and see. But I'm looking forward to working with those guys."
Both Raskin and Diomande caught the eye for Rangers last season, each scoring in a memorable 3-2 victory over Celtic at Parkhead.

Philippe Clement sees his Nico Raskin transfer prophecy ring true as Rangers star sees Premier League interest rise

Clement was sacked by Gers back in February but recently predicted that his former player is destined for big things down south Philippe Clement didn't get too much right in the final weeks of his Rangers tenure - but his transfer prophecy about Nicolas Raskin could have some weight to it. ‌ It comes off the back of recent reports that West-Midlands rivals Aston Villa have also been keeping tabs on Raskin, who is also said to have potential suitors abroad. ‌ The 24-year-old was a shining light in an otherwise dismal campaign for Gers last season, and his efforts have been rewarded with four caps for the Red Devils at senior international level. It remains to be seen if new owners San Francisco 49ers will opt to cash in on their prized asset - who still has two years remaining on his contract - this summer to give boss Russell Martin an additional boost to the £20million transfer kitty already laid down by the Ibrox hierarchy. And the recent surge of interest in the player from the big boys down south will have come as no surprise to Clement, who recently opened up on all things Rangers four months on from his sacking in Govan. Asked about Raskin, he said: "He's ready. I'm convinced Nico would fit perfectly in the Premier League. "I'm not saying he would be in a top six team now. But just below that, so he can calmly adapt to the level. "Make no mistake: Nico has a lot of room to grow. ‌ "He has to make the right choice now. And if he leaves and gets enough playing time at his new club, he will only get better. I would put my hand in the fire for that." Clement, who handed Raskin the captain's armband for an Old Firm clash with Celtic back in January, added: "He's a character. I worked with him intensively for a year at Rangers. Nico wants to know everything, gets into discussions and has his own opinion. But if you communicate and argue clearly, there's no problem at all. "I like players with an opinion. I didn't just give him the captain's armband for nothing. That way he could grow as a footballer and take on more responsibility. ‌ "He has good feet and plays energetic football, but the most important step Nico has taken is that he has become tactically stronger. That's why he was ready for the national team - something I said six months ago. I've talked to him about it a lot. "Nico was a firefighter. You know? He often went somewhere else to put out fires and that caused problems in his zone. He doesn't do that anymore. "I wasn't surprised when he played so well for Belgium on his debut. He's played a lot of European matches. Both with Standard Liege and Rangers. "When you play against teams like Manchester United, Spurs, Benfica or Real means it's nothing new for him to play against top players. "Playing for his country was a huge honour for him. Nico benefits from that - he's a born winner.'

Kevin De Bruyne makes Jack Grealish transfer stance clear after Napoli talks

Manchester City have frozen out Jack Grealish with the England star free to find a new club this summer and Kevin De Bruyne would like to play with him again at Napoli Kevin De Bruyne wants Napoli to reunite him with Jack Grealish in Naples this summer with the Manchester City star now on the lookout for a new club. De Bruyne, 33, linked up with the newly minted Italian champions earlier this month after being told he would not be offered a new deal by City. And Grealish looks set to follow the Belgian maestro out of the Etihad before the summer is out after being axed from City's squad for the FIFA Club World Cup. ‌ A host of clubs have been linked with a move for Grealish, however, it emerged earlier this week that City have received no offers for the 29-year-old England star. ‌ Napoli are the latest club to be credited with an interest in Grealish - and De Bruyne is said to have been sounded out by Antonio Conte over a potential move for the former Aston Villa man. As per The Sun, De Bruyne has given Grealish a glowing reference to the Napoli boss in the hope that the club will make a move for the winger. City are prepared to take a significant financial hit on a player they paid £100million for back in the summer of 2021. And Grealish would likely have to take a huge pay cut in order to move to Napoli, with the report claiming he earns around £300,000-a-week. Napoli are also considering a move for Alejandro Garncho - who they linked with back in January - and Jadon Sancho, both of whom are free to leave Manchester United. But it remains to be seen which of the players they will actually pursue given they have no need for all three. ‌ Pep Guardiola recently confirmed that Grealish is available to leave the club, explaining: 'It was a conversation between him and the club and they decide. Jack is an exceptional player, the only reason why he didn't play last season is of course my decisions, and we decide that he has to play - and the club was honest, he was honest. 'We decide the best is that he has a place that he can feel he can play and come back to be the player that he was in the year of the treble or all his career at Aston Villa; without him it would have been impossible or more difficult to achieve the treble. 'The fact is the last two seasons he hasn't played much minutes and he has to come back to play and get the butterflies back in his stomach that he can play every three days and show again the quality that he has.'

EPL side 'set' to enter bidding for Rangers' Nicolas Raskin

The Belgian enjoyed a stellar 2024/25 campaign, impressing with his midfield displays and contributing to 16 goals in 48 appearances. His future has been a major topic of discussion in recent weeks. Read more: And Wolves, who finished 16th in England's top flight last season, have been closely tracking Raskin's progress for over 18 months, claims RecordSport. It is said that they are 'set' to enter the bidding for the 24-year-old. Matt Jackson, who was recently appointed director of player recruitment and development at Molineux, reportedly believes that the Rangers man is ready to handle the step up in level from the Scottish top flight to the Premier League. Raskin currently has two years left on his Ibrox deal. "Look, I've been enjoying myself this season and it's not so often that you can enjoy yourself in a club," he said towards the end of last campaign. "I'm really happy here. I've got two more seasons in my contract. So as long as the club wants me, I'll be here and then we'll see what happens."
