Morgan Wallen Walks Out With NFL Legend Andre Johnson & ‘Mattress Mack' at Houston Tour Launch: Watch

Morgan Wallen continued his trend of making grand entrances with sports icons during the launch of his I'm the Problem tour in Texas. Before taking the stage at Houston's NRG Stadium on Friday (June 20), the 32-year-old country superstar made an electrifying entrance at the home of the NFL's Houston Texans. This time, he was joined by former Texans legend Andre Johnson. More from Billboard Who Will Morgan Wallen Walk Out With For His I'm the Problem Tour Debut? Here's His Six Best NFL Cameos Sabrina Carpenter, SZA, Ariana Grande Win Multiple Awards at 2025 Kids' Choice Awards (Full Winners List) Dua Lipa Brings Surprise Guest Charli XCX to the Stage for '360' in London Wallen and Johnson walked side by side as their moment was broadcast on the venue's jumbotrons, with Wallen's 2022 hit 'Broadway Girls' featuring Lil Durk blasting through the speakers. In a surprise twist, Houston businessman and philanthropist Jim 'Mattress Mack' McIngvale — owner of Gallery Furniture and known for his massive sports bets — also joined the walkout. The walkout moment, which has become a highlight at Wallen's shows — with previous guest appearances including Travis Kelce, Troy Aikman, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady — was shared on Wallen's Instagram. Fellow country star Jelly Roll couldn't help but react in the comments. 'Just when I think you can't goat yourself anymore — you bring out Mack in Houston- CRAZZYYYYY. Love you bubba,' Jelly wrote. During his performance of 'I'm the Problem' on Friday, Wallen displayed a montage of negative headlines on the video screen. As the song ended, he appeared to pour gasoline on the stage and mimed setting it ablaze. The track peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year and held the top spot on Billboard's Country Airplay chart for eight weeks. Wallen's concert at NRG Stadium marks the start of his 20-date I'm the Problem tour, which runs through Sept. 13 and visits 10 cities. The trek features supporting acts Koe Wetzel, Miranda Lambert, Brooks & Dunn, Ella Langley, Gavin Adcock and Thomas Rhett. 'I spend months at this point getting ready to get on tour, just getting in shape,' Wallen recently told Apple Music Country. 'I don't have to be in any kind of crazy shape to record in the studio. With how big my stage is, how much I run around, and how much effort that me and the guys put into it, I don't think you would know that by just listening to the record.' The outing supports Wallen's chart-topping fourth studio album, I'm the Problem, which has held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 for four consecutive weeks since its May 16 release. Jelly Roll Charts His First Hit In The Genre Where He Started His Career

Jelly Roll lands his first win on a hip-hop-focused Billboard chart, debuting at No. 9 on the ... More R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs tally with Lil Wayne's 'Sharks.' SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - APRIL 05: Jelly Roll performs onstage for Coca Cola Live during the 2025 NCAA March Madness Music Festival on April 05, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas. (Photo byfor 2025 NCAA March Madness Music Festival) Jelly Roll first got his start in the music industry in the hip-hop space, and a number of his early albums see him rapping alongside several other well-known musicians in the hip-hop genre. That trajectory didn't see him gain much traction, so a few years back, he decided to change things up. It wasn't until he ventured into rock and country that he broke out into the American mainstream and became the superstar he is today. Despite his early beginnings, many of Jelly's hits now land on the rock, country, and pop charts, and he has seen only limited success on Billboard's hip-hop rankings. The singer-songwriter finally earns his first win on a genre-specific tally his early work would fit on thanks to his new collaboration with one of the biggest rappers of all time. Lil Wayne's "Sharks" Featuring Jelly Roll Debuts Jelly debuts at No. 9 on this week's R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs chart as a featured artist on "Sharks." The track is fronted by Lil Wayne and appears on his new album, Tha Carter VI, and it also credits rapper Big Sean. "Sharks" is the third-loftiest debut of the week on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs tally. It comes in behind "Hip-Hop" — another Wayne track, this time featuring BigXthaPlug and Jay Jones — and GloRilla's "Typa," both of which open inside the top five. Jelly Roll Earns His First Hip-Hop Streaming Hit Jelly earns his first placement on Billboard's list of the most-streamed tracks in America that are classified as hip-hop, rap, or R&B. "Sharks" earns Big Sean his seventh top 10 and twenty-second overall appearance on the roster. Wayne, meanwhile, beats his collaborators by a mile, as he now boasts a milestone 50 total appearances on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs ranking throughout the years. "Sharks" Brings Jelly Roll to the Hip-Hop Rankings "Sharks" is a rare hip-hop win for Jelly Roll, as it brings him to half a dozen Billboard charts focused on either hip-hop or rap. The R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs tally is the only list where the Grammy nominee scores his first win, but the collaborative tune also lands him on multiple other rosters. These include the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales, and Hot Rap Songs rankings — for just the second time in his career.

Jimmy Kimmel Takes Off For The Summer, Jokes About Rudy Giuliani, Prince Harry & Mel Gibson Guest Hosting

Jimmy Kimmel has taken off for his summer holiday, paving the way for a swathe of celebrity guest hosts. Deadline revealed yesterday that the likes of Anthony Anderson, Kumail Nanjiani, Nicole Byer, Chris Distefano, Fortune Feimster, Alan Cumming and Jelly Roll would be guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live!. More from Deadline 'Jimmy Kimmel Live! Reveals Summer Guest Hosts Including Diego Luna & Jelly Roll 2025 Premiere Dates For New & Returning Series On Broadcast, Cable & Streaming '9-1-1: Nashville': ABC Spinoff Unveils Explosive New Teaser The comedian joked that there were some other, more controversial guests, lined up as well including Rudy Giuliani, Prince Harry, Mel Gibson, the 1000lb sisters and the comedy team of Bill Belichick and Jordan Hudson. 'Tonight, is my last show until labor day, I'm going to be off for the summer. I don't want to go either, they put it in my contract, I have to go to fat camp every summer. The truth is I'm going to spend the bulk of my summer at the Newark airport this year. I want to leave on a high note, that's why Seth Rogen is here. I'm going to gone for the next couple of months but rest assured if Donald Trump does anything monumentally crazy or anything that requires an emergency response, I will be in a canoe, ignoring it,' he joked. He then swore in Diego Luna, asking him to swear on a book of meat that he would uphold Kimmel's standards including making jokes about 'your President'. It marks the fifth year that Kimmel, who baked his summer break into his ABC contract, has taken off the summer, starting in 2020 with no shows during the summer of 2023 as a result of the dual labor strikes in Hollywood. Luna will kick off proceedings on Monday June 23 with guests including Patton Oswalt, David Corenswet, Nicholas Hoult, Emma Stone, Adria Arjona, Alan Tudyk, Ariela Barer, Heidi Klum and Dolores Huerta as well as musical performances by NEZZA, Hermanos Gutiérrez, and Good Charlotte. The show, which films at the El Capitan Entertainment Centre on Hollywood Boulevard, is produced by 12:05 AM Productions, in association with Kimmelot and 20th Television. Kimmel, Erin Irwin, Molly McNearney, Jennifer Sharron and David Craig serve as executive producers with Douglas DeLuca and Danny Ricker as co-executive producers.
