SSC GD 2025 results: What's next?
The SSC GD 2025 merit list has been released in PDF format, featuring the names, roll numbers, and ranks of candidates selected for the next stage — the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The dates will be announced soon for next upcoming exams.
The exam, which had 80 questions and lasted 60 minutes, was worth 160 marks in total. Applicants receive 2 marks for each correct answer. The objection period ended on March 9, 2025, after the provisional answer key was released on March 4.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the SSC GD Constable Scorecard 2025 on its official website, Candidates who participated in the recruitment exam for Constable (General Duty) positions can now view their scorecards by logging in with their credentials. The examination took place from February 4 to 25. The provisional answer key was published on March 4, 2025, with a window to submit objections open until March 9. The final answer key was compiled after considering these objections. The results were announced on June 17 via a PDF listing the roll numbers of the selected candidates. The scorecard, released on June 20, provides details on candidates' performance in areas such as General Intelligence, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and English/Hindi. It includes raw and normalised marks, total correct and incorrect responses, and qualification status for the next stage. The scorecards will be accessible until July 4, 2025. Step 1 – Visit the official website of SSC at Step 2 – Go to the 'Result Section" on the homepage. Step 3 – Select the 'Constable-GD" tab. Step 5 – Download and save the merit list that opens in PDF format. The scorecard will include name of exam, candidate's name, roll number, exam date, marks scored, percentage, etc. In case of any error, one must report to the authorities immediately and get it rectified at the earliest. Candidates who have qualified the written exam will next have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), followed by medical examination and document verification. SSC has updated the provisional vacancies for the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the NCB Examination, 2025. The recruitment drive now aims to fill a total of 53,690 positions. Previously, SSC had announced 39,481 vacancies for these roles in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), the Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). International Yoga Day celebrated in Visakhapatnam with participation from various organisations and departments
Apart from general public, the employees and their family members of various State and Central departments, industries, PSUs like RINL-Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA), HPCL Visakh Refinery, Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited, and Indian Navy's Eastern Naval Command (ENC) here participated in the Yogandhra-2025, the 11th edition of International Yoga Day, organised by the Union Ministry of Ayush and hosted by the State government in Visakhapatnam on Saturday (June 21). As many as 11,000 personnel and families of the Sunrise Command took part in the yoga event, echoing the 'Yoga for One Earth, One Health.' The sailors had the yoga on board the 11 ENC fleets at anchorage off Visakhapatnam coast. Similarly, over 2,800 staff and employees of Waltair railway division of South Coast Railway took part in the Yoga Sangam, mass yoga demonstrations nationwide at the railway stadium here, in collaboration with various NGOs, Scouts & Guides, Civil Defence, coinciding with the Prime Minister's event at RK Beach. It was led by Divisional Railway Manager Lalit Bohra. Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone staff took part in the event on the zone premises here, along with its SEZ premises in Telangana. Srinivas Muppaala, Development Commissioner, said yoga is much more than a wellness approach; it relaxes the mind, strengthens the body and helps the individual nurture a heightened sense of self-awareness. Dredging Corporation of India Limited conducted the event under the guidance of Chairman Madhaiyan Angamuthu and MD&CEO Durgesh Kumar Dubey. The unique highlight of DCIL's celebrations was the yoga sessions onboard dredging vessels. On the other hand, while some staff and employees took part in the yoga event, some of the EPDCL staff strove hard to make the programme a success. The discom Madhurawada zone head Polaki Srinivasa Rao said, 'A few departments including the electricity department took part in the yoga event in both – service of power supply and practice of yoga – as per the call given by our higher authorities.'
