Kate Middleton Reveals Adorable New Additions to the Family For Prince William's Birthday

THE RUNDOWN
On June 21, Kate Middleton celebrated the 43rd birthday of the Prince of Wales with a traditional behind-the-scenes snapshot from her own camera roll. In the photo, Prince William is seated in the grass wearing jeans and a green button-down, playing with the four new puppies the family welcomed in May from their cocker spaniel, Orla. At least one of the puppies is the same shiny black as Orla, while the other two are a rich chocolate brown.
'Happy birthday! Love C, G, C, L, Orla and the puppies!' the princess wrote in the caption.
King Charles shared a more formal picture of William on the Royal Family's official X account with the caption, 'Happy Birthday to The Prince of Wales!'
In the image, William is wearing a blue button-down and dark blue slacks and is seated against a rolling green hill.
Last year, Kate shared a family picture to honor her husband, a shot of William jumping from a sand dune on Norfolk beach with their children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
'Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx,' she wrote in the caption.
The family was seen a week ago at Trooping the Colour, which serves as the public celebration of King Charles's birthday, though the sovereign's actual birthday is in November. For the event, Kate wore a bright blue ensemble that appeared to be an homage to the late Princess Diana. The Catherine Walker coat dress was made of aquamarine fabric bordered by white, with an asymmetrical white lapel. She wore a matching hat by Juliette Botterilll Millinery in the same robin's egg blue and accessorized with a pair of the late Queen Elizabeth's pearl drop earrings.
Charlotte wore a blue dress as well, while the boys wore navy suits and red ties that matched their dad's bright red military uniform.

King Charles and Queen Camilla mark Prince William's 43rd birthday by sharing photo of royal

King Charles and Queen Camilla have marked Prince William's 43rd birthday by sharing a photo of the royal on the Royal Family's Instagram page. The monarch, 76, and wife Camilla, 77, posted the snap of the future king kneeling in a field on Saturday (21.06.25) as William turned 43, with the image also shared earlier this year during his visit to farmland owned by the Duchy of Cornwall in Bath. Charles and Camilla captioned the snap, which showed William smiling as he sat on a rock wall: 'Happy Birthday to The Prince of Wales!' The caption was followed by a balloon and confetti emoji to mark the celebration. William has also marked his 43rd birthday with a furry celebration – posing for a new photograph alongside four black cocker spaniel puppies. 'It's a very happy birthday,' he said in a caption alongside a snap of him with his pets posted on his and wife Catherine's Instagram page. He added: 'Love C, G, C, L, Orla and the puppies.' The photograph, taken by Catherine, Princess of Wales, 43, earlier this month at Windsor, was shared on the Prince and Princess of Wales' official social media accounts on Friday (21.06.25) morning. It showed the Prince of Wales surrounded by the playful pups, who were revealed last month by The Sun to be the offspring of the family's pet spaniel Orla. The photo was posted with a caption featuring the initials of the couple's children – Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six – along with Orla, and two paw print emojis. The new additions to the royal household were born earlier this year, though their names – and the identity of their father – have not yet been revealed. According to The Sun, Orla, who joined the family in 2020, was originally a gift from Catherine's brother James Middleton, 37, a dog breeder who also bred their late dog Lupo and Orla's parents. A source told The Sun at the time: 'Mother and babies are doing well.' The couple's children are said to have quickly bonded with the puppies. Last year, the Royal Family marked William's birthday by posting a childhood photo of the royal in his father's arms. Catherine also shared a personal image at the time showing William enjoying time on a beach with their children. The birthday celebration comes amid Catherine's ongoing return to public life following her cancer diagnosis. She recently pulled out of her scheduled appearance at Royal Ascot, with Kensington Palace confirming her recovery remains the priority.

Prince William's Hottest Photos Over the Years

For anyone who has been following the royal family for decades, Prince William has grown up before the public's eyes. His tiny debut as the second in line to the throne began on the steps of St. Mary's Hospital in London on June 21, 1982, with Princess Diana proudly (but shyly) sharing her firstborn child with the world as Prince Charles adoringly looked on. The new dad quipped to the press at the time, 'He has the good fortune not to look like me,' per People. Over the years, the Duke of Cambridge became a teen heartthrob and many young adults rushed to get their applications in at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland when they heard he would be attending. Who wouldn't want the opportunity to date a prince? But of course, he met his match in Kate Middleton, who won his heart over pretty quickly — even if they started as just friends. Previously, a study was conducted, per Pubity, that claimed William was 'declared the sexiest man alive,' specifically named the 'sexiest bald man of the year.' In honor of that, let's take a look back at all of his hottest moments as a royal — from a student to a father. He's a military man, an avid sports enthusiast, and he knows how to charm women of all ages during official visits. And as he reminded us all with his bicep-flashing vaccine photo earlier this year, the man is a verified hunk. The Duke of Cambridge has come into his own as a senior royal and he's now embracing the role that has been laid out for him since the moment he was born. Check out these sexy snaps from his last year at Eton College to the family man he is today, and let your thirst for the elder royal brother wash over you. Prince Harry Sets Return to the UK After Claiming He'd ‘Only' Come Back Home For a ‘Funeral'

Every family has family drama; it's just that when you're the British royal family, that family drama is something everyone is interested in. That's turned into a big issue, particularly considering King Charles is ill, and he and Prince William are in the middle of a feud with Prince Harry. Not to mention, divorce rumors are always flying, both about Prince William and Kate Middleton and about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Prince Harry recently said in an interview that he's looking for a reconciliation, especially as he doesn't know how much time his father has left. But his recent loss in the case involving his security also means he has refused to bring his wife and kids to the UK, due to safety concerns, even going as far as to say he couldn't imagine a situation where it would make sense for them to visit. That makes a family reunion all the more unlikely. Both Harry and Meghan have attended all the recent Invictus Games, with one royal observer saying, 'The Invictus Games have so far been unmissable for Harry and Meghan.' The two attended the last games in Vancouver and before in Düsseldorf. In fact, in 2022, Meghan even paid tribute to Harry during the opening ceremony of the COVID-postponed games in The Hague. There's still a long time until Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have to worry about this eventuality, though. The Invictus Games are set to happen in Birmingham from July 10-17, 2027. Competitors are set to participate in nine core sports, with three new additions – e-sports, pickleball, and laser run. 'We are thrilled to officially announce the confirmed dates for Invictus Games Birmingham 2027,' Helen Helliwell, CEO of Birmingham 2027, said. 'These Games will shine a light on Birmingham's incredible community spirit and the West Midlands' strong commitment to supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of our Armed Forces community.' And though this is in no way a confirmation of Harry's presence, he did address the next games during the opening ceremony in Vancouver by saying: 'Bring on Invictus Birmingham 2027. You have permission to party!' The Invictus Games are a biannual sporting competition for injured service personnel. They have become, at this point, a big part of the Sussex brand. So, it's likely Prince Harry will find a way to be there, though the presence of Meghan Markle might still be in doubt. Still, a lot can happen from now to 2027. All of this comes after Prince Harry said in his latest BBC interview that, the 'only time I come back to the U.K. is, sadly, for funerals or court cases.' Sources even told Fox News that they don't expect the brothers to see each other again unless Charles dies. 'The funeral of Charles would be the first time that courtiers would imagine [them reuniting],' the source said. 'I can't imagine William would invite Harry to his coronation.' But if anything's going to bring Harry back home outside of that, it might just be the Invictus Games.
