Meet the woman behind Florian Wirtz: Glamorous WAG of Liverpool's new £116million star is a fashion influencer with over 100,000 TikTok followers - and now she's swapping Germany for Merseyside
Florian Wirtz will be joined by his glamourous partner Aaliyah Mohamed after completing his record-breaking £116million move to Liverpool.
After weeks of negotiations, the Germany attacking midfielder was unveiled as a Reds player on Friday night, becoming the most expensive British transfer ever amid the hefty price tag he will now carry on his back.
Liverpool finally agreed the deal with Bayern with personal terms long not an issue, and Wirtz will hit the ground running in red when the Premier League champions return for pre-season ahead of their title defence.
But the 22-year-old will not be heading to Liverpool alone. Though he opts to keep his personal life mostly private, his girlfriend will be joining him on Merseyside to support him in the next stage of his career.
Photos of Wirtz and Aaliyah started to emerge last year when she was spotted on the pitch at Bayer Leverkusen's BayArena to celebrate the German side's invincible season under Xabi Alonso.
She was then seen out in Germany to support her partner at the European Championship, which saw the Germans fall flat as they lost to eventual winners Spain in the quarter-finals.
During the game against France, the influencer, who has over 118,000 followers on TikTok, was seen chatting to Kai Havertz's partner Sophia Webber, as well as Wirtz's father in the stands.
Aaliyah's Instagram account is private, but she shares fashion videos to her TikTok followers, often picking up hundreds of thousands of views on her videos.
Her followers often flood to the comment section of her videos, with one fan dubbing her 'the prettiest women I have ever seen'.
She was also previously snapped by Cologne photographer Jonas Herrlein, which saw her don an outfit of a denim top with white sleeves, accompanied by a skirt.
The couple are thought to have started dating in 2022, and Aaliyah has even been seen to accompany Wirtz to games when he has been watching in the stands due to injury.
Wirtz, meanwhile, declared his ambition to 'win everything, every year' after making his blockbuster switch from Bayer Leverkusen.
He said: 'I would like to win everything, every year! First of all, we have to do our work, I have to make my work.
'In the end, we want to be successful. Last season, Liverpool won the Premier League, so my goal is to win it again and also go further in the Champions League. I'm really ambitious.
'I'm really excited to have a new adventure in front of me. This was also a big point of my thoughts: that I want to have something completely new, to go out of the Bundesliga and join the Premier League.'
In a video on Instagram, the 22-year-old added: 'What would I say? I would say, thank you for the support, of course, I also saw it on Instagram or everywhere else that they are wanting me to come.
'I would say thank you for the support and I'm really looking forward to playing in front of them and achieving big things together.
'So yeah, I'm really happy to come and sorry for the long wait.'
After a relatively reserved few transfer windows, Liverpool fans have been left slack-jawed by what looks to be an almost perfect transfer window so far.
Arne Slot had already signed Wirtz's former Bayer Leverkusen team-mate Jeremie Frimpong for £29.5m.
Witrtz and Frimpong were crucial to Leverkusen's invincible domestic double in 2023-24 under Xabi Alonso and were recently on holiday together.

We deserve it so much – Harvey Elliott hails England's quarter-final victory
Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott was left speechless after his goal helped England book their place in the European Under-21 Championship semi-finals with a 3-1 victory over Spain in Slovakia. The Young Lions benefited from an early let-off after a VAR check resulted in an overturned penalty before captain James McAtee netted a 10th minute opener, Elliott scored five minutes later and substitute Elliot Anderson added a penalty in second-half stoppage time. Javi Guerra's 39th-minute penalty denied a clean sheet for the defending champions, but it was nevertheless a splendid night for Lee Carsley's men, who face the Netherlands in the final four on Wednesday. What a win. What a performance. OUR #YOUNGLIONS ARE INTO THE #U21EURO SEMI-FINALS! 👏 — England (@England) June 21, 2025 'Incredible. Lost for words, I think,' said Elliott. 'I said at the start of the game it was going to be very tough, they're going to play an incredible game against us, but I thought the way the lads handled it, handled the pressure, conceding a goal and being determined to keep on going, keep on fighting, we deserve it so much. 'Now it's kind of time to celebrate, but we need to think about the semis now. Celebrate, recover, rest, go again.' Tyler Morton will miss the last-four clash through suspension after he was booked against Spain, while Napoli's Rafa Marin saw red before a post-match scuffle broke out between the sides. Elliott added: 'It was always going to happen. I think it's just passion from both teams, it's just one of them. I was trying to calm everyone down, because at the end of the day we have everything to lose. They don't if they get sent off. 'We have to focus now, we can't get too carried away, we can't lose players for the semi-final.' Manchester City midfielder McAtee was more subdued than his team-mate, adding: 'We're over the moon, but the focus is the semi-final now. We're happy about the win, but we need to switch focus.' England boss Carsley was delighted by the way his men responded after nearly conceding a penalty in the early stages of the first half. 'We talked about getting a fast start and to give the penalty away after a minute, obviously then going to VAR – the lads showed a lot of character,' Carsley said. Through to the semis! 💪 — England (@England) June 21, 2025 'I thought the first half we were so good. I was saying before the game, I think the longer we can stay in, the more fluid we will become. Some really outstanding performances and they should be proud of themselves.' England will now get some much-needed rest and a day off before turning to their semi-final tie. Carsley added: 'The big thing is this can't be our final. This can't be our highlight of the competition, there's better nights to come.'

Santi Cazorla completes fairytale swansong with Oviedo as Arsenal legend scores to get boyhood club promoted to LaLiga
SANTI CAZORLA completed his fairytale swansong with Oviedo after netting to get them promoted back to LaLiga. The ace helped inspire a stunning comeback against Mirandes to seal a return to the top flight after a 24-year absence, prompting an incredible pitch invasion from fans. 7 7 7 7 7 7 The former Spain ace started his career with Oviedo's academy in 1996 before going on to star for Villarreal, Malaga and Arsenal. Cazorla, who almost lost his leg due to an infection after numerous Achilles injuries, rejoined them in 2023 after a spell in Qatar. Oviedo were in the second tier of Spain at the time, having last played in LaLiga in 2001 while even suffering relegation to the fourth division. Cazorla's first campaign back saw his side suffer heartbreak in the playoff final. But the minnows are now back in the big time after Cazorla inspired a stunning win against rivals Mirandes, who won the first leg 1-0. They doubled their advantage after just 16 minutes to leave Oviedo's hopes of promotion hanging by a thread. But Cazorla stepped up to score a penalty just before half-time, pulling his side back into the game. Oviedo then levelled the tie on the hour mark before Mirandes had a men sent off. And the hosts completed their stunning comeback in extra time as Oviedo fans flooded the pitch in tears of joy. Cazorla was all smiles at full time as he kissed wife Ursula, having returned to Oviedo out of pure love for the club. Gabriel urges Arsenal to complete £67m transfer for 'phenomenal' Brazil team-mate Rodrygo amid Real Madrid frustration 7 The playmaker even wanted to go unpaid, but league rules dictated he had to accept a minimum wage of £80,000 per year. It now remains to be seen if Cazorla stays for one more season in LaLiga, having undergone a total of 10 operations to leave him in daily discomfort. Two years of injury hell starting in 2016 saw a bacterial infection eat a 10cm chunk out of his right Achilles and ankle bone. A bit of Cazorla's hamstring and arm muscle was used to rebuild the tendon. And he previously declared a return to Arsenal as a coach could be on the cards, saying: 'Arsenal have never closed the door to me.' Cazorla scored 29 goals in 180 games during his six years at the Emirates while winning two FA Cups. He also played 81 times for Spain while winning successive Euros, but missed the World Cup victory in 2010 due to a hernia.
