Ascot Racecourse has today announced a landmark partnership with BEYOND Developments, a pioneering real estate brand born in Dubai. The collaboration sees BEYOND become the Official Real Estate Partner of Ascot and Royal Ascot across all 26 race days, including the globally renowned Royal Ascot in June. This partnership represents a convergence of legacies – on one side, the enduring heritage of Ascot, a symbol of British tradition; on the other, BEYOND, established in Dubai, a city where the love for horses runs deep and equestrianism is an integral part of its cultural fabric.
'We are thrilled to welcome BEYOND as an Official Partner. It's very much a natural fit for both brands, with our focus on quality and luxury. We're excited to work with BEYOND across our global network and on our race days throughout the year, and I'm sure that racegoers will be impressed by their activation at Royal Ascot,' Felicity Barnard, CEO, Ascot Racecourse, said.

'It is an honour to join the Ascot family as an Official Partner. This collaboration represents our commitment to connecting cultures through vision, heritage, and thoughtfulness. Horses have long symbolised grace, strength, and forward motion, values deeply embedded in the culture of the UAE, and echoed in how we approach progress and bold expression. In many ways, this partnership is a reflection of shared ideals shaped by legacy and driven by purpose,' Adil Taqi, Chief Executive Officer of BEYOND Developments, added.
Guided by Dubai's bold vision and shaped by commitment to exceptional waterfront living, BEYOND, brings a fresh perspective to Ascot, one that blends refined design with a lifestyle shaped by clarity, creativity, and connection to place. At Royal Ascot 2025, BEYOND will offer racegoers a glimpse into the evolving landscape of modern living in the UAE, where coastline, lifestyle experiences, human connections, innovation, modern architecture, nature and community come together in harmony.
BEYOND, a new venture under the OMNIYAT Group, represents the next evolution in Dubai's real estate landscape, committed to creating spaces that go beyond living, offering experiences that inspire, connect, and elevate the everyday.
Royal Ascot 2025, taking place from Tuesday, June 17 to Saturday June 21, remains one of the most anticipated events on the international racing and social calendar, welcoming over 300,000 racegoers and reaching a global audience of more than 650 million households. A true celebration of heritage, ceremony, and tradition on a world stage.

'First teacher': Dubai's royal family hail Sheikh Mohammed on Father's Day
We all love our parents, and while we are pampered by our mother's love, it is our father we look to for guidance. As the UAE celebrated Father's Day 2025 on Saturday, June 21, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council (DMC), and Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Olympic Committee, wrote touching tributes to their father Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. "I learned from my father that giving is a value that makes life flourish.. and that responsibility does not mean a position.. but rather the ability to give," Sheikh Hamdan wrote in a post on X. "From his wisdom we derive our strength.. and from his words we draw our determination.. and with his vision we move forward with confidence and reassurance towards a more beautiful tomorrow, God willing," the Dubai Crown Prince added. Meanwhile, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed said they were raised to believe that "building a person is more important than building a structure." "At Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid School, we were raised to believe that fatherhood is a message and a responsibility... and that building a person is more important than building an urban structure... and the father remains the support and role model... and the truest story told throughout life," Sheikh Ahmed said. Sheikh Mansoor called Sheikh Mohammed his "first teacher." "On Father's Day, we remember the great role fathers play in building people and shaping nations. A father is not just the head of a family; he is the first teacher and an inspiring role model. I learned from my father, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, that a true father is one who instills values before words and leads with actions before words. Happy Father's Day," he said. Meanwhile, Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, said: "Every year, you are my source of strength and support, my inspiration and the light that I follow."

Rebel's Romance delivers epic Royal Ascot redemption in Appleby's last roll of the dice
They say good things come to those who wait, and for Charlie Appleby, that truth rang louder than ever at Royal Ascot on Saturday. After three years of near-misses and simmering disappointment Godolphin handler Charlie Appleby finally returned to the Royal Ascot winner's enclosure on the final day, thanks to the stable's globetrotting superstar, Rebel's Romance. In a moment dripping with drama and relief, Appleby's last roll of the dice became a royal flush. The master of Moulton Paddocks struck gold in the Group 2 Hardwicke Stakes, an elite middle-distance test run over 2400m, and a fitting finale to a week of drama. This was Appleby's first winner at the Royal meeting since Naval Crown landed the Platinum Jubilee Stakes in 2022. After watching 11 runners fall short throughout the week, it was his 12th and final shot, and a magical horse to deliver it. Rebel's Romance, already a living legend in blue silks with seven Group 1 victories, confirmed his status as one of the finest ever to represent Godolphin, producing a powerful performance under William Buick to leave rivals trailing. It was the cherry on top of an already glittering career, and perhaps his most meaningful win yet. The seven-year-old gelded son of Godolphin's prized stallion, Dubawi, surged clear two furlongs from home, igniting a roar from the fans as he hit the front. Irish raider Al Riffa tried to close the gap under a strong ride from Dylan McMonagle, but the outcome was never in doubt. Rebel's Romance cemented his legacy as a Godolphin great and gave his team a moment they'll never forget. 'We had one more roll of the dice - and what a partner,' said a visibly emotional Buick after the race. 'He's a dream horse, and any jockey that is fortunate in their career to have a horse like Rebel's Romance is blessed, and I'm blessed.' 'He travels the world, he's recognised everywhere, he's won more than £10 million in prize money and he's a top-class racehorse. You don't find many with a will to win like he has. I always say he finds a way. He's my best friend.' Speaking to Sky Sports Racing, Appleby didn't hold back in his praise either. 'What more can I say about this horse?' said the Derby-winning handler. 'He's been a huge credit to the team back home. When it's your last roll of the dice, he's the horse you need. He's more than our Iron Horse - he's kept our yard afloat this week. He's our stable favourite and always will be.' 'He's a worldwide superstar. Full credit to the horse first and foremost, and to the team. It's been a tough week, but that's what you expect when you come here. It's the Olympics.' And like the Olympics, triumph at Royal Ascot is often fleeting and often brutally difficult to grasp. 'You can come here fully loaded and walk away with excuses, that's racing,' added Appleby. 'I was taught from a young age to applaud every winner and enjoy your own. I know how hard it is just to get a horse here, let alone to win.' And what a horse this is. Rebel's Romance has now amassed 13 Group wins, including seven at Group 1 level, across five countries: the USA, Germany, Hong Kong, the UAE and now the UK. His 18 career victories make him the most prolific horse in the royal blue silks, clear of Anamoe (14) and Lemon Pop (13).
