London police are looking for the vehicle seen in the image as part of a sexual assault investigation. June 22, 2025. (Source: London police) London police have issued a public safety warning after they say a woman was sexually assaulted over the weekend by a man she doesn't know. On Saturday between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m., police said a woman working as a sex worker was approached by a man in a vehicle in the 100-block of Rectory Street near Hamilton Road — the two people engaged in conversation before the woman met and entered the vehicle of the suspect man in a nearby parking lot. While inside the vehicle, police said the suspect produced what the victim believed to be a handgun and made threats towards the woman before he drove the vehicle to a lot in the 600-block of Trafalgar Street near Landsdown Avenue where he sexually assaulted her. The victim ram from the car to a nearby house where she contacted a family member to pick her up. Police said the woman took herself to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries where police were contacted. The suspect is described as Brown man in his 30s, approximately 5'11', medium, fit build, clean-shaven with shoulder-length thick black hair. At the time of the incident, he was described as wearing a t-shirt and black jogging pants. He was operating a silver or grey four-door sedan. If you have information, dash-cam footage or video/doorbell surveillance that could assist in the investigation, you're asked to contact London Police Service.
