Pregnant Steph Claire Smith packs her hospital bag as she prepares to give birth to her second child
Steph Claire Smith is just days away from giving birth to her second child with husband Josh Miller.
The influencer, 31, who shares son Harvey, four, with her partner, took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal how she is preparing to welcome the new addition.
Sharing images to her Stories, the KICPOD co-host could be seen packing a bag to take to the hospital with her in preparation for her bundle of joy.
In the photo, Steph packed nappies into a suitcase already filled with various baby items, such as clothes, dummies, a soft blanket, and swaddling cloths.
Steph also uploaded a picture of a sweet note she received from her team at KICPOD.
The message included several glamorous shots of Steph flaunting her pregnant belly, with the words: 'A little KIC chick is about to hatch... Congratulations Steph!'
The envelope was inscribed with, 'Good luck, Steph,' above a love heart.
It comes after Steph and her husband Josh used the Spinning Babies method to prepare for the birth of their second child.
The pregnant fitness influencer filmed her husband holding up their mattress while watching an instructional tutorial for one of the recommended exercises.
In videos uploaded to her Stories last month, Steph could be heard laughing while Josh held up the bottom end of the mattress to keep her aloft on an angle.
Steph flaunted her baby bump, which she cradled with one arm while holding her iPhone up with the other, and chuckled as she documented the humorous moment.
'Do you have to stay there?' she asks Josh and he turns his eyes to the video.
'I do have to stay here,' he deadpans, making her laugh harder at the idea of lying on a diagonal angle.
In the second video, she could be seen relaxing on the up-turned mattress, as she practised one of the body balancing exercises for pregnancy and labour.
'Trying the Spinning Babies moves. Josh is holding up the bed like a champ for one of them,' the influencer captioned the video.
Spinning Babies is an approach 'to optimise the physical relationship between the bodies of the mother and baby for pregnancy comfort and easier childbirth,' per the website that offers 'Parent Class' videos.
It was devised by American midwife Gai Tully, who describes it as 'practical birth preparation and baby positioning to fit the pelvis and reduce pain in childbirth'.
'During birth, babies descend through the pelvis by turning to fit each curve in the passage,' the Spinning Babies website explains.
'Baby's turns are 'fetal rotation.' If fetal rotation can be made easier, birth is easier for everyone. If practiced daily, an easier labor and birth are likely.'

Tammy Hembrow's ex-husband Matt Zukowski likes shady comment about their split - as shock truth about their relationship emerges
Matt Zukowski has made a wild claim about his ex-wife Tammy Hembrow after they confirmed their split on Sunday. The Love Island Australia star, 29, liked a shady comment on Instagram before telling fans they 'didn't know what Tammy was really like'. One person commented on an episode of his Where's Your Head At? podcast: 'He's freeeeeee!!!!!! Congratulations.' Matt liked the comment before responding to another follower who questioned why he would leave Tammy. 'Actually don't understand how this man could or would want to stuff it up. Tammy is a dream girl,' they wrote. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Matt responded: 'You don't know her...' Tammy and Matt confirmed their split on Sunday after just seven months of marriage. The Love Island Australia star announced the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly. 'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began. 'Both of us have struggled with making this decision however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. 'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support and asking for privacy. Despite their short-lived marriage, both parties have asked for privacy as they adjust to life post-breakup. 'We appreciate everyone's support and space at this time as we navigate the split,' Matt concluded in his emotional post. Tammy later addressed the split in an emotional TikTok video, telling fans she will be getting a divorce. 'I don't want to get into the details and I want to be sensitive to everyone involved,' she told fans. 'Obviously when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it is going to be forever and I blame no one but myself,' Tammy continued while breaking down in tears. 'I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. I'm good at putting on rose-colored glasses. 'Obviously the worst part for me is that I have kids. I don't care about me, I know I will be ok but I feel awful.' The news came less than 24 hours after Matt was spotted spending time with sports journalist Tayla Little at the London Tavern in Melbourne on Saturday night. Matt and Tammy sparked speculation surrounding the state of their whirlwind romance in recent weeks, with many fans convinced the pair had quietly split. Tammy, 31, first sparked concern in March after she was spotted crying in a bathroom, while Matt was later overheard allegedly ' talking crap' about his wife at a South Melbourne gym. In the weeks that followed, Matt quietly moved out of the couple's Queensland home and relocated back to Melbourne, where he resumed working for his father's pool business. While Matt continued to co-host his podcast Where's Your Head At? with ex-girlfriend and fellow Love Island alum Anna McEvoy, Tammy was noticeably absent from his social media. Meanwhile, the Gold Coast-based influencer has remained in Queensland with her three children - son Wolf, nine, daughter Saskia, seven, and toddler Posy, three - from previous relationships. Matt was notably missing from several major family events over the past two months, including Tammy's 31st birthday, Posy's fairy-themed third birthday party, and even Easter weekend. Despite exchanging vows in a glamorous Byron Bay ceremony just under a year ago and getting matching tattoos to mark their love, fans quickly noticed Matt had been erased from most of Tammy's social media - save for a few lingering images from their Vogue Australia wedding spread. She even hinted at emotional distress in a tearful video posted to Instagram earlier this month. 'I definitely don't like to pretend I am okay when I am not,' she said at the time, appearing without her wedding or engagement rings. 'I just feel like pretending is doing me more harm than good.' The video was followed by a series of cryptic TikToks and Instagram posts, including one captioned, 'when something feels off it is usually women's intuition.' Last week, Tammy teased a possible new career pivot amid the drama - telling fans she was considering launching a podcast as a form of therapy. 'I'm thinking of starting a podcast guys, because I feel like I have a lot to say. So would you listen if I did? Just food for thought,' she wrote on Instagram. Her post further fuelled speculation that a tell-all could be coming, especially given the mounting curiosity around her now-confirmed split from Matt. Tammy and Matt tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay on November 23. They got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating. The jet-setting pair were engaged in the Maldives, before heading off to Greece and Bali for luxury holidays. Tammy has been engaged twice before, the first time to influencer Reece Hawkins, who she shares her son Wolf and daughter Saskia with.

Millie Mackintosh reveals close encounter with SHARKS after 'embarrassing' late night skinny-dipping on holiday
Millie Mackintosh has recalled an embarrassing moment she decided to go skinny dipping, unaware she was swimming amongst sharks. The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, was on holiday in Australia with pals, staying on Fraser Island [K'gari]. Millie, who was 18 at the time, and her friends had been warned not to swim in the sea because of neighbouring sharks, though decided to break the rules and try skinny dipping one night. Speaking to The Times, she explained: 'I thought that as long as I stayed close to the shore it would be fine. 'Suddenly these two lifeguards came running across the beach, waving at me. I could just hear them shouting, 'Get out of the water — it's shark mating season!' 'I had no clothes on, but in the end I decided that being embarrassed in front of the lifeguards was better than being eaten. 'When you're young you don't always do the most sensible things.' Meanwhile, Millie recently showed off her toned physique while on a family holiday to Turkey last month. She had been keeping fans updated during her relaxing break while topping up her bronzed complexion. Millie shared a collection of her gorgeous summery looks from the trip to her 1.4million followers on Instagram. In one picture, the busy mother wore a tiny blue and white bikini while showing off her collection of looks from her getaway. The star also recently opened up on her sexuality as she revealed she struggled during her younger years. She told how she would only find the coverage to 'kiss' women when she was drunk. Speaking to Caggie Dunlop's Saturn Returns Podcast, Millie said: 'As a teen when I would drink, I would make out with women, but that's not something I felt confident to do when I was sober... 'I had crushes on girls at school and I just didn't have the awareness to go ''I like girls as well.'' I'd just have crushes and get all weird about them. I remember having sleepovets and going ''I wonder if they're going to kiss me.''' Millie added that a lot of her struggles have been unpacked in therapy, telling Caggie: 'I've explored a lot of my relationship to women, I was bullied so I definitely have intimacy issues with women, but there's this attraction as well. 'Obviously I'm married to a man, it's not something that affects our relationship at all now, but looking back and realising that was one of the reasons I drank in a destructive way, because there was a part of myself I didn't understand and I didn't know how to express it and I felt scared to express it. 'Everytime I would drink I would just keep doing it, even if I was in a relationship.' Millie went sober in 2022 and has spoken honestly about her battle with drink, releasing her very own book titled 'Bad Drunk'. Sharing the moment she opened up to husband Hugo Taylor about her sexuality, she revealed that he was incredibly supportive.
