
Turkish President: Israel's attacks on Iran clear provocation that disregards Intel law

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on Friday that Israel's attacks on Iran are a clear provocation that disregards international law.
In a post on the X platform, Erdoğan asserted that the administration of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a war criminal wanted by the International Criminal Court, "is trying to drag the region and the entire world into a catastrophe with its reckless, aggressive, and illegal actions," according to Anadolu Agency.
He noted that "Israel has taken its strategy of drowning the region, especially Gaza, in blood, tears, and instability to a very dangerous level as of this morning (by attacking Iran)."
Erdoğan pointed out that the Israeli aggression "comes at a time when negotiations over the Iranian nuclear program are intensifying, and international pressure is mounting against Israeli actions in the Gaza Strip."
The Turkish President emphasized that the international community must now say "enough" to the Israeli aggression that targets global and regional stability.
He stressed the need to "prevent the attacks of Netanyahu and his criminal gang, which are plunging the entire region into flames."
Erdoğan added, "Today, we reaffirm once again that we do not want to see more bloodshed, destruction, and conflict in the Middle East."
The Turkish president condemned the "heinous" attacks against neighboring Iran, offered his condolences for the martyrs and wished a speedy recovery for the injured, and offered his condolences to the "friendly and brotherly Iranian people."
