
Blackstone-Backed Casino Operator Cirsa Announces IPO in Spain
Cirsa Enterprises, the casino operator owned by Blackstone Inc., announced plans for an initial public offering in Spain.
The offering will include a sale of new shares targeting raising €400 million ($460 million), as well as a secondary sale of about €60 million of shares, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Spain obtained an exemption from NATO's ambitious defense spending target of 5% of GDP after several days of diplomatic wrangling that drew scorn from Donald Trump, right before leaders of the military alliance gather on Tuesday.
