WATCH: Alizeh Shah refuses to forgive Zarnish Khan over past remarks
Listen to article
Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has refused to accept an apology from fellow actor Zarnish Khan, reigniting a long-standing dispute over remarks made three years ago.
The controversy stems from Zarnish Khan's appearance on the digital show in 2022, where she was asked who would win a contest for being more disrespectful. Without hesitation, Zarnish Khan responded, "It doesn't matter who she [Alizeh Shah] is up against, she'll win."
The comment resurfaced after Zarnish Khan recently reached out to Alizeh Shah via Instagram, expressing regret over her words. In a private message, which Alizeh Shah later made public, Zarnish Khan admitted that her comment was made in the spur of the moment and apologised for any hurt caused.
"Hey Alizey, I know this is out of the blue, but I'm extremely remorseful for saying something silly in the spur of the moment on OVM. Please forgive me," Zarnish Khan wrote, offering to apologise publicly if that would make a difference.
She further extended an apology to Alizeh Shah's mother, acknowledging that her remarks had affected her as well. "I really want to apologise to your mom. She was really hurt by it," Zarnish Khan added.
However, Alizeh Shah firmly refused to accept the apology. In her response, she wrote, "It won't fix the damage you did. I DO NOT forgive you."
She accused Zarnish Khan of choosing to criticise her despite having received kindness from her family, stating, "They weren't paying you to talk badly about me, but you still did."
Alizeh Shah also revealed that her mother had personally called Zarnish Khan after the incident in 2022, crying and asking why she had made such a remark. According to Alizeh Shah, Zarnish Khan had assured her mother that she would release a video clarifying her statement but instead blocked her number shortly after.
"Khuda sab dekh raha hai (God is always watching)," Alizeh Shah wrote on her Instagram stories, adding, "No, I can't forgive you! I still remember how helpless my mom felt that day. Her voice was trembling on that call, and you blocked her so she wouldn't ask you to apologise again?"

The exchange quickly went viral on social media, sparking debate among fans and industry insiders.
Some believe that Zarnish Khan took responsibility for her past comments and Alizeh Shah should have accepted the apology, while others argue that Alizeh Shah had every right to reject it, given the emotional impact on her family.
The controversy has once again placed both actresses in the public eye, reviving an old feud that had largely been forgotten.

David Beckham's garden carrot leaves Victoria ‘embarrassed' in funny home video
Sir David Beckham left his wife Victoria in fits of laughter after sharing a light-hearted video from their Cotswolds garden. The 50-year-old former England captain filmed himself harvesting a carrot from his home vegetable patch while being filmed by Victoria. 'I really hope it's good,' David said as he crouched beside the garden bed, clearing away soil with anticipation. But the excitement quickly turned to humour as he pulled up a small carrot with twisted roots. Victoria, filming the moment, burst into laughter, exclaiming, 'That's so disappointing,' and added, 'Omg that's embarrassing.' Posting the moment on Instagram, David captioned the video: 'Exciting day today in my veggie garden, CARROTS, but not exactly what I expected.' Fans reacted warmly in the comments. The Beckhams have gradually transformed their £12 million Cotswolds estate into a rural retreat, featuring a lake, bee hives, a greenhouse, an outdoor sauna, and multiple garden patches. David's passion for outdoor living was also noted in his Netflix documentary, where he shared his love for his 'country get-up.'

Hailey Bieber shuts down divorce rumours on social media as Justin shares emotional posts
Hailey Bieber has subtly shut down growing speculation about her marriage by sharing a selfie on Instagram showing her wearing her wedding ring. The post arrives amid rumours of a possible split from husband Justin Bieber, fuelled by her recent public appearances without the ring. Reports surfaced after Hailey was allegedly seen without the band during outings in New York, including nights out with Camila Morrone and Suki Waterhouse. However, the model's latest Instagram Story appears to dismiss those claims. Dressed in a black top and polka-dot trousers, with dark sunglasses and a handbag in tow, Hailey's ring is clearly visible on her left hand. Photo: Instagram While Hailey responded quietly, Justin Bieber took a more expressive approach on social media. The singer shared a series of monochrome selfies featuring his new nose pin, set to music including 'I Believe I Can Fly' by R. Kelly and 'Me Vs Me' by Moneybagg Yo. He also reposted messages that appeared to reflect his mindset. One read: 'Not everybody hates you, just a lot of people do… People in Tasmania don't hate you. But that's just because they don't know you.' Another added, 'You is jealous, envious, you trying to be me, around me.' The posts come after a public altercation with paparazzi outside Soho House in Malibu and a follow-up admission from Bieber that he had ended a friendship after being accused of 'lashing out.'

Machine Gun Kelly attends Kids' Choice Awards with daughter Casie after opening up on Megan Fox
Machine Gun Kelly made a rare red carpet appearance with his 15-year-old daughter Casie at the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in Santa Monica, just days after revealing the name of his newborn daughter with ex-fiancée Megan Fox. The 35-year-old rapper, born Colson Baker, appeared cheerful as he and Casie, his daughter with ex Emma Cannon, posed on the orange carpet. Casie wore a light purple minidress and silver heels, while MGK opted for a black corduroy jumpsuit and silver chain. MGK posted a short clip of the two on Instagram with a cheeky caption, "I'm just the dad". Photo: Instagram Later in the event, MGK took the stage in a new outfit to perform, ending his set covered in neon green slime. Returning to the carpet, he posed with Casie, sharing a moment of laughter — a reminder of his dedication as a father. The event follows his recent appearance on the Today show, where he opened up about his new baby girl with Megan Fox, who was born in March. He revealed her name as Saga Blade Fox-Baker, calling her arrival an 'epic story' and attributing the name to their emotional journey after Fox's miscarriage. 'She is an epic story. And that's what Saga means,' MGK said. 'I'm also of Norwegian heritage, so that's the Nordic goddess of storytelling.' He added that Fox is a 'great mum' and praised her parenting. The couple is now co-parenting Saga Blade after they split in late 2024. MGK continues to share small glimpses of Saga on social media, including a touching black-and-white clip of her hand wrapped around his finger.
