Cefn Community Council has eight dedicated locations now regularly topped up by its Community Development Team. It means residents can conveniently access free bags to clean up after their dogs — a move that supports both public hygiene and the council's #StayOnSide Low Carbon Project, which aims to protect and enhance the environment through community action.
