' I'm naturally very skinny – you can literally ask any producer I've worked with; I eat the most on set,' she added.

On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga, veteran actor Dharmendra opened up about the significance of yoga. In a recent interview, the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actor credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for championing yoga worldwide. Meet India's richest comedian, has more wealth than Ranbir Kapoor, Rajinikanth, Prabhas, not Kapil Sharma, Johnny Lever, Vir Das, name is... In the glitzy and glamorous world of Bollywood, wealth and fame often go hand in hand. However, there is one such comedian who has proved that fame can get followers, but fortune is often built quietly. Unlike the infamous name that might pop into your head when we say the word comedian, this celebrity is not Kapil Sharma or Vir Das. However, this comedian might not be a household name, but his legacy has made him India's richest comedian, whose wealth has surpassed the most celebrated stars like Rajnikanth and Ranbir Kapoor. India's Richest Comedian The comedian that we are talking about is none other than the Telugu cinema legend Kanneganti Brahmananda aka Brahmanandam. He has built a legacy worth Rs. 500 crores; this comedy star's contribution to the entertainment industry remains unmatched. From his quick wit, brilliant screen presence, and long trajectory of work, today he is not only the king of laughter but also of fortune. Kanneganti Brahmanandam was born on 1st February 1956 in Palem village, Andhra Pradesh. However, he didn't directly venture into comedy. Long before he became a comedy star, he was a Telugu lecturer, and later his passion for mimicry and theatre led him to television. His on-screen debut happened in the year 1985 on Doordarshan's Telugu show Pakapakalu, but it was the 1987 cult film Aha Naa Pellanta that rose him to fame. Brahmanandam has worked in the industry for 35 years, and he has featured in over 1,000 films. His iconic expressions, comic timing, and versatility made him irreplaceable in Telugu cinema. Today, he charges ₹1–2 crore per film, even for cameo roles, making his wealth more than the megastars of the industry. Net worth that surpasses megastars What's surprising is that his staggering net worth surpasses even South Indian megastars like Rajinikanth (₹430 crore), Ranbir Kapoor (₹340 crore), and Prabhas. In January 2009, he was also awarded Padma Shri for his contribution to the arts, a national recognition of his legendary status. His recent appearance in Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, served as a reminder of his lingering charm.
