Chelsea Handler: I'm always giving people unsolicited advice
Chelsea Handler is "always giving people unsolicited advice".
The 50-year-old star hosts a podcast called 'Dear Chelsea', and the comedian believes she's perfectly suited to the format.
Speaking at the 2025 PHM Healthfront Conference in New York City, Chelsea explained: "I am always giving people unsolicited advice. I always have been, 'What if people actually called in and asked for advice for their life problems?'"
Chelsea previously hosted 'Chelsea Lately', a late-night comedy talk show that ran from 2007 until 2014.
The TV show saw the comedy star interview a string of well-known celebrities, but Chelsea has always had a desire to "talk to real people".
She explained: "When they said I would want you to do a podcast. I was like, yeah, I know, but everyone has a podcast. And I had just come out of a two-year, serious stint in therapy and I thought, 'How can I do something where I'm talking to real people, not celebrities?'
"I'm tapped out with that. I need to talk to real people."
Meanwhile, Chelsea recently joked that she wants to have "lots of men all over the world".
The comedian has previously dated the likes of 50 Cent and Jo Koy - but Chelsea is currently single and feeling "free".
Speaking to 'Extra', Chelsea quipped: "I want lots of men all over the world in different areas … I want a port in every call.
"I got through the time in your life where many people decide to get married and have children. I look at, like the 20s to the 40s, as a tunnel. I came out of that tunnel. I don't have a child and I don't have a husband. Now, I'm free and can do whatever I want."
Chelsea turned 50 in February, and she celebrated the landmark by skiing in a bathing suit and then posting a photo of herself on social media.
The TV star said: "I know I've skied topless, I know I have, but I just wanna say that I haven't done a topless video in years because my nephews asked me not to because their friends at college were, you know, seeing it. But I do wear a bikini top, but I just like to ski in my bathing suit and just be free to demonstrate freedom to women … what you can do and how much fun you can have when you listen to who you are."

Damson Idris accidentally 'spat in Brad Pitt's face'
Damson Idris accidentally "spat in Brad Pitt's face" on the set of F1. The 33-year-old actor stars alongside Brad, 61, in the new motorsport film, and Damson has opened up about the challenges of shooting one particularly "rageful" scene in the movie. During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, he shared: "It's so funny working with Brad. He's such a beautiful human being, such a giving actor. And we once did a scene where I had to scream in his face, and it was like the biggest scene for me. I was so nervous. "In between the takes, I spat in Brad Pitt's face. It was an accident. It was a rageful scene." Damson was amazed by how Brad handled the incident. The actor - who plays Brad's on-screen rival in the movie - recalled: "He kept going, and in my head I'm like, 'Oh my gosh. I just spat on Brad Pitt's face.' I was like, 'I'm going to lose my job now.' And I watched the spit the whole take, it was just there dribbling down." Meanwhile, Brad recently admitted that he craved the approval of motorsport fans while filming F1. The Hollywood star plays a Formula One driver in the new racing film, and Brad admits that having the support of sports fans means "everything" to him. He told Extra: "If we didn't pass their bar, then we were dead, you know? "And to get that kind of, I don't know, response means a lot to us, because we have, again, so much respect for these drivers, for this sport, for everyone, the teams, everything they put into it. They made the movie too. They're a big part of the film." Brad was always confident that the Joseph Kosinski-directed movie would win over the sceptics. He explained: "I felt pretty confident in what we have. "You know, I feel like we successfully thread this needle that's for longtime fans that really understand the sport as well as newcomers, and they understood that was our goal, and, I don't know, I think they had fun too. I think it's just fun. It's really good fun."

Keke Palmer: Music is a vehicle of expression for me
Keke Palmer shares "more than [she] usually would" on her new album. The 31-year-old star has worked in the entertainment industry from an early age, but she's more candid than ever on her new record, Just Keke. Speaking to Extra, Keke shared: "Growing up being a child entertainer with Disney and Nickelodeon, I think for me was really about setting the stage for what it means to be a product and a performer and a brand and using that as a vehicle to address the parasocial relationship, and then kind of the glitch that is the album where I share a little bit more than I usually would … because of everything that's happened in my life thus far." Keke explores her break-up from fitness instructor Darius Jackson on the new album. She explained: "Music is a vehicle and it's an art form that allows you to express yourself in those deep kind of ways." Keke found recording the album to be an emotional experience. The singer - who split from Darius in acrimonious circumstances in 2023 - explained: "The reliving it wasn't difficult but addressing the emotions in the carnage … that it left was because I think I brushed it up in the corner and just let it sit and I was like, 'I moved on from it' … but when I got into the studio and actually had to look at the pile of trash in the corner, I realised how much grief it caused me and how heavy it was." Meanwhile, Keke previously admitted that she struggled to deal with childhood stardom. The movie star - who made her acting debut in Barbershop 2: Back in Business back in 2004 - admitted that she didn't know how to deal with the pressures of fame and success during her younger years. She said on her Baby, This Is Keke Palmer podcast: "No one could relate to me - not my siblings, not even my parents. Anytime a dynamic is shifted like that it can get highly toxic, because no one knows how to deal with the trauma of being a celebrity, or having a celebrity child."

Jennifer Love Hewitt teases ‘very different' Julie James in I Know What You Did Last Summer
Jennifer Love Hewitt has teased Julie James will be 'very different' in I Know What You Did Last Summer. The 46-year-old actor is set to reprise the role after first starring as Julie in the 1997 original and its 1998 sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, and Hewitt has now hinted Julie has changed a lot in the upcoming slasher. Speaking about her character during an interview with Extra, Hewitt said: 'She's very different. I think you'll see shades of that girl because I want those to be in there, but she's lived in. 'She's in her 40s. She's carried this a long time. I think she's figured out how to deal. She's a professor in sort of the mind and trauma and PTSD field. 'So, I think she's figured out a way to put herself in a position in her life so she can deal every day with what happened to her in her teens. She's a little edgier. She's funny.' As well as Hewitt, Freddie Prinze Jr. will return for I Know What You Did Last Summer as Ray Bronson. Meanwhile, Sarah Michelle Gellar - who starred in the original I Know What You Did Last Summer as the ill-fated Helen Shivers - has been given an 'unofficial' role in the upcoming slasher by director Jennifer Kaytin Robinson. I Know What You Did Last Summer - which will hit screens on 18 July 2025 - follows a group of teens who are haunted by a deadly secret after a hit-and-run cover-up. With a masked killer stalking them one year later, the group seek out two survivors from the infamous Southport massacre of 1997 as their past comes back with a vengeance. Previously, Robinson teased I Know What You Did Last Summer would be 'much more brutal' than the original. Speaking with People, she said: '[The horror elements are] ratcheted up to a hundred in this - it's much more brutal. 'There's definitely more methodology to every kill in this movie, unlike the first, which is kind of just him [the killer] stalking them and going after them. 'There's not a lot of gore or blood or violence in the first one. There certainly is in this one.' Robinson added she wanted to make I Know What You Did Last Summer for fans of the original flick, though emphasised the slasher would still be accessible to newcomers to the franchise. She explained: '[We] approached it like super fans, so I think people are going to be really happy. All the things that you want to see in this movie, you're going to see in this movie ... 'We very purposefully wanted to make this movie both for fans of the original who are coming to this and excited about the easter eggs but also for a new audience that can find I Know and almost watch the first one like a prequel. 'That was very front of mind for me as we made this movie. You don't need to do any research coming into I Know What You Did Last Summer. You just have to have a really good time.'
