Family brunch in Dubai has become something to be celebrated. A family day out that pleases everyone, from the nippers being entertained by magicians and singers to the visiting grandparents soaking it all in – a little baffled by the extra-ness of it all, but merry all the same.
These are the best family brunches in Dubai, as recognised by the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2025.

Imagination Brunch

Entertainment is at the heart of the Imagination brunch at Mowsem, with all sorts of mythical creatures doing the rounds to entertain little ones. Think unicorns, singing princesses, magicians and dancing wizards alongside activities including glitter face paints, arts and crafts, bouncy castle and a crazy magic potion show.
Food is great too, with an abundant buffet and a good mix of international items – graze on everything from pasta and pizza to salads and cold seafood, plus there are dim sum, curries, quiches, grills and more.

FamilyFest Brunch

This absolute banger of a family brunch can be found at the Address Beach Resort. It follows the now well-established formula of keeping the kids entertained so the parents can amuse themselves.
Activities include balloon bending, slime-making and face painting plus shows from a singing princess and every kids' dream best friend, Magic Phil. With a festival theme, this brunch throws games, dancing and a circus parade into the mix, along with epic views over Ain Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.
The buffet is extravagant, the dessert display is next level, and drinks are free-flowing. It's pricier than some, but well worth it.

The Roast at Bubbalicious
Credit: The Roast at Bubbalicious
One of the best family brunches in Dubai, this one takes place on a Sunday at Mina's Kitchen at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi. A smaller version of the famed Bubbalicious brunch, The Roast, as the name suggests, focuses on serving a slap-up Sunday roast dinner. Dig into a range of meats, fluffy Yorkshires and crispy potatoes.
There's also a salad bar, seafood station, curries, mezze and a selection of pies to accompany mash and gravy. When it comes to desserts you're in for a real treat, too. The entertainment is great – expect live music, a magician, juggler, face painter, arts and crafts and more, all leading to a top-notch family afternoon to round off your weekend in the best of ways.

Agrabah Brunch

Based around Aladdin, this Arabian Nights-style brunch is a cracker when it comes to keeping the whole gang entertained. With enough activities for kids of all ages, it's at a premium venue too – Hanaaya at Jumeirah Mina A'Salam.
The food is of good quality – there's a wide ranging buffet with roast dinners, mezze, sushi and more. Desserts will be a hit with the kids with a popcorn machine, ice cream bar and candyfloss on top of the usual puds. Throughout the afternoon, expect live shows from Aladdin and Jasmine, arts and crafts in the 'souk' and views of Burj Al Arab, too.

Bricks Brunch
Credit: Legoland Hotel Dubai
If your family is Lego-mad, then this family brunch is a no-brainer. Found at the Legoland Hotel at Dubai Parks & Resorts, you can visit for brunch on a Saturday afternoon or make a weekend out of it and get access to Legoland too.
There's an international buffet with all the usual suspects present and correct. Kids won't get bored once they've eaten either as there's a dance party, Lego-building bonanza and post-brunch Lego movie to settle down with.

Golden Ticket Brunch
Inspired by king of candy Willy Wonka, this family-friendly brunch at Flow Kitchen features buffet stations dedicated to every part of chocolate-loving Charlie Bucket's journey. It's super fun, with foie gras Snickers, violet gnocchi and purple potato mash among the more classic brunch options of salads, mezze and seafood.
The dessert section is suitably over-the-top, with chocolate fountains and towering pancake stacks. Plenty of candy-themed decorations and interactive performances complete the whimsy.

Into the Jungle
Credit: Into the Jungle
This comes from the company Family Brunch, which specialises in laying a spectacular weekend out for the whole gang. Into The Jungle, as the name suggests, takes into account the foliage-filled surroundings of Giardino's interiors at Palazzo Versace Dubai and has a strong theme.
Expect an international buffet and plenty of entertainment throughout your Saturday afternoon, including live shows, balloon bending, face painting, arts and crafts and even an appearance from Magic Phil.

McCafferty's WAFI
Credit: McCafferty's WAFI
A popular Irish pub, McCafferty's isn't just for adults. On a weekend, there's a special family brunch that will see all members of the family having a great time. It runs on both Saturday and Sunday, from 1pm until 5pm, so it's a decent stint, offering kids under five free meals.
There's a swimming pool to dive into, as well as face painting, a craft corner and live music. Pub grub ranges from fish and chips to Irish curry, burgers and bangers and mash, while there's a top carvery as well. Ice cream fans can dig into a nostalgic 99 to round it all off with.

Mezzerie

Once Upon A Brunch is the Saturday afternoon offering from Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah's all-day dining restaurant Mezzerie and it's a top choice. A great brunch, especially if your kids love all things fairy tale and princesses, there's loads to do and the afternoon will fly by. The buffet is decent, especially the desserts, while there's a special kids' buffet too.
Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella will impress kids with songs and stories, plus there's an outdoor area with a bouncy castle, ping pong and more. Not enough? Bring your swimwear as pool access is included, too.

Yalumba Sunday Family Brunch
Credit: Yalumba
Long known for its adult-focused Saturday brunch, Yalumba at Le Meridien Dubai has now added a Sunday family brunch to the mix – and it's really rather good.
Enjoy all the international dishes you could want from the large buffet (there's also a separate kids' buffet so they can feel like mini grown-ups) and entertainment for kids including pizza-making, a magic show and movie.
For an afternoon out that keeps everyone happy, this is one of the best value family brunches in Dubai.
