Bonkers Trailer for the Alien Battle JIMMY AND STIGGS - "Get Ready to Lose Your F–king Mind!" — GeekTyrant
The Horror Section has released a trailer for a completely bonkers upcoming sci-fi horror film titled Jimmy and Stiggs , and it centers on a wild alien battle. "Get ready to lose your f**king mind!"
In the film: "Constantly high & drunk Jimmy gets a visit from some weird little grey men with big eyes & spiky needles. Joe Begos, writer, director and leading actor, brings pure madness to the screen.
'The brilliantly frenetic production keeps pace with Jimmy's increasing paranoia and the wacky, handmade bloody interludes splatter the screen with hectoliters of neon-colored alien slime."
It's explained: 'A shitstorm of bad news sends out-of-work filmmaker Jimmy Lang (Joe Begos) spiraling into an out-of-control bender, during which he claims that he'd been abducted by aliens.
'Fearing they'll come back, he contacts his old friend Stiggs (Matt Mercer) to help him gear up for war. When the sun sets, the duo are thrown into a hallucinatory explosion of aliens, drugs, booze, and all-out carnage.'
The movie comes from director Joe Begos ( Bliss , VFW , Christmas Bloody Christmas ) and it awesomely utilizes practical visual effects that horror fans will apreciate.
The movie looks absolutely insane, and it's set to be released on August 15th. The movie is presented by Eli Roth and his new label The Horror Section.

Comedian Recalls 'Creepy and Weird' Encounters With Ellen DeGeneres
Comedian Recalls 'Creepy and Weird' Encounters With Ellen DeGeneres originally appeared on Parade. Margaret Cho is opening up about her "creepy and weird" experiences with Ellen DeGeneres, calling the TV show host 'not nice.' In an interview on The Kelly Mantle Showon Wednesday, June 18, Cho shared that DeGeneres had been rude to her throughout her career, especially when they crossed paths in the '80s and later when Cho appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in the 2000s. 🎬 SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬'I opened for her in the 1980s, when she was a headliner in comedy clubs, [and] later, when I would do her talk show in the 2000s, she acted like we just met. And I'm like, 'B****, what?' Like, that's weird. We go way back… It's so creepy and weird,' Cho shared in the interview. Cho, 56, also recounted a moment when David Bowie praised her outfit at his concert, only for DeGeneres, 67, to cut his praise from the show. 'The producer, who's a really good friend of mine, had to call me and tell me, 'I can't believe she did this, but she cut it out of the show. But you need to know that he was going on and on about your outfit. He loves you. God said your name,'' Cho stated. While she acknowledged maybe she cut it in the interest of time, but still called it 'so rude.' A clip from the interview was shared on Instagram, which racked up quite a few comments from fans of Cho. 'David Bowie loved your outfit, so you are blessed forever,' one noted. A second shared, 'Pretty sure I knew about Margret Cho before I knew about Ellen. ❤️ Just sayin.' 'It speaks volumes that David Bowie loved you but Ellen didn't,' another commented. Cho's not alone with her complaints about the comedian. Celebs like Brad Garrett, Lea Thompson and Kathy Griffin have also expressed receiving mistreatment from DeGeneres. The former TV show host has since addressed the backlash, acknowledging the contrast between her "Be kind" mantra and her public persona in her 2024 stand-up special, Ellen DeGeneres: For Your Approval. 'Here's the problem: I'm a comedian who got a talk show and I ended the show every day by saying, 'Be kind to one another.' Had I ended my show by saying, 'Go f*** yourselves,' people would've been pleasantly surprised to find out I'm kind.' Paige Spiranac Confirms Theory About Her Golf Game: 'Science is Right' originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Golf influencer Paige Spiranac is once again proving that her signature golf style isn't just for show. Advertisement On Sunday, the social media star and former pro golfer posted a lighthearted message on X, reflecting on a not-so-great day on the course and how her outfit may have played a role. 'If you've been following me for awhile you know I have this working theory that I play better when I wear less clothes,' Spiranac wrote. 'Can confirm that science is right once again. I played like 💩 today.' The post included a photo of Spiranac in a sporty but more covered look than her usual on-course outfits. She wore a light gray, short-sleeved button-up shirt with thin stripes, paired with black shorts and white sneakers with yellow accents. We all know I wouldn't be wearing a polo.' Spiranac also helps promote the Grass League, a growing Par 3 golf league, where she takes part in media coverage and content creation. On Instagram, she recently shared selfies from the course wearing another golf outfit that included a white tank top and a blue pleated skirt. Halsey Alerts & Saves Crew From Getting Burned During Concert
Halsey recently could have faced a big stage mishap, but the 'Walls Could Talk' singer saved the day with their quick actions. The artist is currently on the 'For My Last Trick' tour. The incident took place on June 14 during their Pittsburgh concert as part of the tour. While performing their song 'Without Me' on stage, the singer noticed a crew member could be in danger of burning by coming close to the pyrotechnics display. The artist didn't waste any time and stepped in to save the crew person. A new TikTok video from Halsey's recent concert in Pittsburgh has gone viral on the internet. The concert was part of the ongoing 'For My Last Trick' tour. The video captured the singer saving a videographer from a potentially serious injury on stage. During their performance on the song 'Without Me', a crew member caught the artist's attention. The videographer was capturing moments of Halsey's performance. However, what the person didn't realize was that they were standing close to the pyrotechnics display, which is a very common part of concerts. The singer was singing the line 'I had to go and find out from them' when they noticed the videographer's position on the stage. Halsey immediately made waving gestures with their hands and also asked the crew person to 'get out of the way!' However, the videographer failed to understand what Halsey was trying to convey. As soon as the singer realized what was happening, they rushed towards the crew person to save them. The artist could be heard shouting, 'No, there-there's pyro coming! Move.' After that, the videographer moved away from the spot right before the pyrotechnics display began on the stage. Thus, the singer won fans' hearts by saving the crew member from a possible accident.
