Rams have one game ranked among NFL's 25 most watchable in 2025
When looking over the Los Angeles Rams' schedule in 2025, there are three games that really stand out: at the Eagles, at the Ravens and home against the Lions. Matchups with the 49ers, Buccaneers and Falcons are also intriguing, but those are the big three that fans will be particularly excited for.
Bookies.com recently ranked the 25 most watchable games of the upcoming season and only one Rams matchup was listed. It's not the rematch against the Eagles, either. Lions at Rams came in at No. 16 on Bill Speros' list, earning a watchability score of 56.9.
The Eagles-Chiefs Super Bowl rematch is No. 1, unsurprisingly, followed by Ravens-Chiefs, Eagles-Bills and Ravens-Bills.
Bookies measures a game's watchability with an algorithm that factors in betting lines, projected win totals for the season, Super Bowl odds, off-field storylines and whether a game is on national TV.
Rams-Lions isn't getting the prime-time spotlight that many expected it to, but it's still certainly one of the best games on the NFL's schedule in 2025.

After scoring in the Super Bowl, Beckham left the game during the first half with a knee injury. The team feared he tore his ACL. Beckham's worst fear was confirmed. Since Beckham's eight-game run with the Rams, he took a season off for recovery and joined the Baltimore Ravens for the 2023 NFL season. In 14 games with the Ravens, Beckham caught 35 passes for 565 yards. He ended up scoring three touchdowns during the regular season. He failed to find the end zone in both games. Last year, Beckham looked forward to another fresh start as he joined the Miami Dolphins for the year. He started the season off on the PUP list, dealing with an injury. By October, Beckham finally made his Dolphins debut. He appeared in just nine games. After catching nine passes for 55 yards, Beckham and the Dolphins agreed to part ways. The veteran wide receiver was waived in mid-December. He hasn't been picked up since. Beckham is a long way from the player he was when he joined the Giants as their 12th overall pick in 2014 out of LSU. At the time, Beckham burst onto the scene with a 1,305-yard campaign as a rookie, scoring 12 touchdowns. He dominated secondaries throughout his first three seasons, averaging over 1,300 yards per season and totaling 35 touchdowns. During the 2017 season, Beckham played in just four games as he dealt with an ankle injury. Although he managed to cross the 1,000-yard threshold for the fourth time as a member of the Giants in 2018, New York traded Beckham to the Cleveland Browns during the 2019 offseason. Since leaving, Beckham eventually made it clear that he was still quite fond of his time with the NY Giants. Dolphins' Tyreek Hill opens 'full court press' on Jalen Ramsey return
Miami wide receiver Tyreek Hill had a lot to say over the weekend from Fanatics Fest in New York City. Hill made his thoughts known on how the Buffalo Bills have defended him over the years. But, the 31-year-old receiver also started his public campaign to lure star cornerback Jalen Ramsey back to South Florida. "Oh, I'm going to hang out with Ramsey next week, man. So, I'm going to get him back. Full court press. I'm getting Ramsey back in a Dolphins jersey. I don't care what they said. Tampering, whatever. "We need Ramsey. He's a dog. He's one of the best corners in the league, man. Great leader. A great teammate, too. That's what he doesn't get a lot of credit for. We just need him on the Dolphins, man," Hill said. Ramsey has been at the center of trade talks dating back to April when Miami general manager Chris Grier said a Ramsey deal was "in the best interest" of all parties. As the Dolphins have worked to orchestrate a trade, Ramsey was an excused absence during Miami's recent mandatory minicamp. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter said at the end of last week on "The Pat McAfee Show" that he still believes a Ramsey deal will get done before training camp. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler followed up on the Saturday morning edition of "SportsCenter" and reported that the Dolphins remain optimistic about finding a trade partner. If it's truly irreparable, then Miami will have to move Ramsey. But, is there still a scenario where Hill and others can get in the ear of Ramsey and sell him on the idea of remaining in South Florida? Of course, that would be contingent upon the front office pivoting from its stance that it needs to deal Ramsey. Though it still seems unlikely that Ramsey is a part of the Dolphins' future or on the roster come training camp, it's tough to argue against the idea that keeping Ramsey doesn't make Miami a better football team. Ramsey is a seven-time Pro Bowler, a three-time first-team All-Pro and a Super Bowl champion. If there's a pathway to keeping a corner around that's notched 108 passes defensed and 24 interceptions over the course of his career, then Miami would be silly to not explore it.

Cowboys coordinator Matt Eberflus does this one thing extremely well
Matt Eberflus has earned the moniker of 'Linebacker whisperer' in his time as a position guru, defensive coordinator, and head coach in the NFL. Regardless of whether the player was drafted and developed by Eberflus, a veteran with success elsewhere, or a player he had to take to the next level, linebackers elevate while under his stewardship. As a linebacker coach and defensive coordinator, he helped develop Sean Lee, Bruce Carter, Anthony Hitchens, Damien Wilson, Jaylon Smith, Bobby Okereke, and Shaquille Leonard. Lee was drafted the season before Eberflus became the linebacker coach at Dallas and developed into an all-time great when healthy. In their first season together, Lee had 104 tackles, 10 for a loss, four interceptions, and seven pass breakups. He was fifth in the 2016 voting for Defensive Player of the Year and had his only first-team All-Pro season. Carter was a starter under Eberflus for three seasons. He had a season with 96 tackles, two sacks, three pass breakups, and five tackles for a loss. He had five interceptions and eight pass breakups in another season with Eberflus. Without Eberflus, he never started more than three games or recorded 50 tackles. Anthony Hitchens and Damien Wilson were fourth-round picks who Eberflus developed into starters all four years of their rookie contracts, and they each went on to start and win a Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs. Jaylon Smith had two seasons with Eberflus, coming off a career-threatening injury. He was fifth in Comeback Player of the Year voting in 2017 and later developed into a Pro Bowler. As a defensive coordinator for the Colts, Eberflus oversaw the drafting and development of both Leonard and Okereke. Okereke became a linebacker who averaged over 120 tackles a season and has been in the top 10 in solo tackles three times in six seasons. Leonard developed into a star. He started 58 games and averaged 134.5 tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss, nearly three interceptions, 7.5 pass breakups, over four forced fumbles, and almost four sacks. He was a three-time All-Pro and won the Defensive Rookie of the Year award. Dallas is very young at linebacker, with Marist Liufau, DeMarvion Overshown, and Shemar James having a season or less of experience on the field. Veterans Kenneth Murray, Jack Sanborn, and Damone Clark will also improve under his tutelage. There have also been journeyman linebackers who saw significant upticks while playing for Eberflus. David Bowens had one season as a full-time starter in 10 years. He was a defensive end who transitioned to linebacker when Eberflus took over as the position coach in Cleveland. Bowens went from a high of 43 tackles to 71 and had a career-high 12 QB hits in 15 starts. In the same 2009 season, Matt Roth played four games without a start for the Miami Dolphins before being released. He was claimed off waivers by the Browns, where he started the final six games with Eberflus as linebackers coach. The following year, he started all 16 games, and in that 22-game span, he accumulated 114 tackles, 7.5 sacks, and 12 tackles for a loss. Anthony Spencer became a significant impact player and a Pro-Bowler in his second year working with Eberflus. He nearly doubled his highest sack total with 11 and had his highest tackles for a loss, too. His personal-best in tackles went from 67 to 95, and he did it in only 14 starts. Rolando McClain won Comeback Player of the Year in 2014 with Eberflus after missing seven games in 2012 and the entire 2013 season. All in all, Eberflus' influence should rear it's head pretty quickly with his new troops in Dallas.
