Katie Price's biggest surgery regret as gruelling op could have killed her
Alongside two previous BBLs, former glamour model Katie Price has had 16 boob jobs and numerous cosmetic surgeries over the years and recently opened up about her biggest regrets
Katie Price has revealed that getting a BBL - a Brazilian Butt Lift - is the worst decision she has made when it comes to her love of surgery. The former glamour model, 47, is no stranger to going under the knife in a bid to achieve her dream body and look, but the mum-of-five has serious regrets about getting her BBL.
Popular with many celebrities including Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, a BBL is a cosmetic surgery procedure that involves transferring fat from other parts of the body to the buttocks to enhance their size and shape. It's a form of buttock augmentation that uses a patient's own fat, harvested through liposuction, to achieve a lifted, rounded, and more contoured appearance.
The Mucky Mansions star has now admitted that a botched Brazilian butt lift left her in severe pain. When asked on Katherine Ryan's podcast, What's My Age Again, what her biggest surgery regret was she revealed: "The bum," before adding, "I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me."
When asked where she had it done, Katie revealed it was in Turkey – and despite the 'agonising' experience, she's still a big fan of jetting abroad for cosmetic surgery. She said: "I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever. I'd always have it abroad."
Before going under the knife for the dangerous procedure, Katie was warned against it not only by her doctors, but also by her friends and family who admitted they were terrified for the star as she embarked on her riskiest surgery yet. Alongside two previous BBLs, Katie has had 16 boob jobs and numerous cosmetic surgeries over the years.
Dr Gerard Lambe, one of the UK's leading plastic surgeons and head of Reflect Clinic UK warned that Katie's most recent surgery was incredibly dangerous.
'Katie needs to be aware that she is putting her health and body under extreme pressure with the now countless number of procedures she's had done in the last year alone,' Dr Lambe said ahead of her surgery. 'BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo and it has the highest mortality rate – it's one of Katie's riskiest surgeries yet. She is dicing with death.'
The mum-of-five shared a video on Instagram recently where she revealed that she was back at a clinic. Katie told fans she was having another cosmetic procedure and revealed that she'd had filler added to her bottom.
Katie said: "So the bum is done! Here's a little sneaky, beaky, booky!" She then went on to show how round her bum looked post-procedure.

Coronation Street star shares loved-up snap as she confirms relationship
Corrie favourite Cait Fitton finally gave fans a glimpse of the new boyfriend she soft-launched on Instagram, as she shares images of her sweet birthday decorations to celebrate Coronation Street actress Cait Fitton has made her new relationship Instagram official, after sharing a birthday post for her mystery boyfriend. The 23-year-old, who plays Corrie's Lauren Bolton, teased her new partner a few weeks back, telling fans her "boyfriend" had bought her a Jellycat toy. But now, she's taken her new romance to the next level, having shared a photo on her story showing some silver '23' balloons, as well as a photo of what appears to be her boyfriend. She sweetly wrote: "A day celebrating you," following her message with a white loveheart emoji. Her previous story post showed a collage of images of her with her partner, with Cait writing: "Happy birthday to my man." She added: "Thank you for blessing my life." The snaps showed them posing for a selfie, as well as a fun photo of them glammed up posing together. Another photo showed them holding hands, but she's still not named her new partner. Cait, who has been a regular on the cobbles since 2022, recently opened up about the difficulties of fame, admitting it took her a "long time" to get used to being recognised. Wanting to keep her relationship private in its early stages seems a natural choice for the star. She told the Mirror: "It's taken me a long time to have thick skin, it's not an overnight process. We are normal people outside of filming, but everyone sees the characters as actual people. That can be really hard, especially with Lauren, who is a complex character." Cait has been getting used to working without her close pal Paddy Bever, who played on-screen boyfriend Max Turner, after his character was arrested and imprisoned for arson. She added: "It's been really hard without Paddy. "My journey started with him, and his time ended with me. It was strange to wrap my head around doing scenes without him. I miss working with Paddy." Although the pair, who even went on holiday together in 2023, no longer see each other at work, they are still good friends. Cait added: "I am in touch with him. We're both very busy, but we do catch up. We are in need of an in-person catch-up soon." While Cait's personal life is settled and content, her character Lauren is about to have her world turned upside down, after the actress teased an upcoming plotline. Having overcome abuse at the hands of Joel Deering, which ended in his death, and welcoming her baby son Frankie, Lauren's had plenty of trauma to deal with. But just as things are looking up for the troubled barmaid, it's all about to go downhill, according to Cait. She explained: "She's at a really stable point of her life. She has a job at the Rovers behind the bar, and she's learning the craft. She's trying to build relationships. That's where the party comes in.' Lauren's chance to let her hair down quickly descends into chaos when Aadi (Adam Hussain) and Bernie (Jane Hazelgrove) decide to throw a midsummer party. When Lauren arrives with Dylan, Brody and Betsy, she realises Brody has brought some LSD. What begins as a chance to let loose quickly spirals into disaster for Lauren. The chaos kicks off when Aadi (Adam Hussain), nudged by Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove), throws a midsummer party. Cait revealed: "Lauren doesn't even know what is going on. She has anxiety over whether or not she should even be there because she doesn't know anybody apart from Betsy. She seems out of place, though she tries her best to fit in.' When Cait accidentally takes the hallucinogenic drug, the night goes south. Cait added: "She has a traumatic experience with it. We see a side of her that we haven't seen for months. "Her trauma is going to affect her future. It's going to be a rollercoaster. Everybody at that party - their lives are going to be changed. I don't know how she'll go through it."

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's relationship timeline as couple 'on the rocks'
A new source has claimed the couple are "on the rocks" after Katy Perry allegedly pulls out of attending Jeff Bezos' wedding with Orlando Bloom next week amid break up talks Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have shared plenty of ups and downs, but their relationship has seemingly blossomed over the years. However, a source recently claimed the couple are "on the rocks" with break-up talks in full swing. The couple, who welcomed daughter Daisy Dove in 2020, were due to attend Jeff Bezos' wedding in Venice next week. But sources have since claimed the actor will attend alone, with Katy, 40, recently spotted without her ruby engagement ring. The couple, who got engaged in 2019, are yet to tie the knot after initially cancelling wedding plans in December 2019. Here, we take a look at the full timeline of their on-off relationship. January 2016: Sparks fly at a Golden Globes afterparty Their love story began at a party following the 2016 Golden Globes. According to Us Weekly, the pair were seen getting close, with a source revealing they were "extremely flirty and whispering to each other." Photos showed the pair laughing, smiling, and clearly enjoying each other's company. "He would lean in to whisper into her ear and touch the small of her back as they chatted," the source said. They reportedly left the event together. May 2016: Making it Instagram official A few months later, Katy confirmed the romance with a playful Instagram post of the couple in matching robes on the steps of a building in Cannes, France. February 2017: Breakup After nearly a year of dating, the couple parted ways. Their representatives issued a joint statement saying, "Before rumours or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time." Sources claimed it was Katy who initiated the breakup but insisted it was amicable. "Katy pulled the plug... they both still love each other very much," a source told E! News , adding that their bond was still strong, particularly for the sake of Orlando's son, Flynn. "Katy has built a really strong connection with Flynn," the insider said. March 2017: Shutting down drama Katy quickly shut down any suggestion of drama post-split, tweeting, "HOW BOUT A NEW WAY OF THINKING FOR 2017!? U can still b friends & love ur former partners! No one's a victim or a villain, get a life y'all!" April 2017: Orlando confirms they are still friends In an interview, Orlando echoed the sentiment, saying, "We're friends, it's good... It's better to set an example for kids and show that [breakups] don't have to be about hate." August 2017: Spotted together again Rumours of a rekindled romance surfaced when fans saw the pair attending an Adele concert together. May 2018: Katy reveals she's off the market again During the American Idol season finale, Katy told Bachelorette star Becca Kufrin, "I'm not single but I still like you," confirming her rekindled relationship with Orlando. September 2018: Red carpet debut The couple made things official in public by appearing together on the red carpet at the Gala for the Global Ocean in Monaco. February 2019: The proposal The actor proposed the day after Valentine's Day with a show-stopping 4.5-carat ruby and diamond ring reportedly worth $5million. Katy announced their engagement with an Instagram post showing off the stunning ring. "Orlando had planned this for a while," a source told People, adding that he asked for Katy's parents' blessing before proposing. "Katy was very surprised and shaking with happiness... They both want kids together and will prioritise this." Speaking on Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp, Katy recalled, "I get there and, I mean, he's like clean-shaven. He's not wearing tennis shoes. I'm like, 'Ah s***, something is going down!'" She described how after dinner, he whisked her away on a helicopter, proposed mid-air, and landed at a party filled with her friends, family, and "the most flowers you've ever seen". March 2019: Moving in together By March, the couple had taken another big step - moving in together. A source revealed that Orlando was selling his home to live with Katy. The arrangement was drama-free, with Orlando's ex-wife Miranda Kerr reportedly supportive: "Miranda doesn't have an issue with Flynn being at Katy's house when Orlando has custody. Everyone is getting along great." At the time, wedding planning was underway but still without a firm date. "They are trying to find a middle ground," a source explained. "Orlando always shied away from anything flashy. He doesn't want a huge, celebrity wedding... Katy will work with a planner." December 2019: Wedding postponed US Weekly had claimed the couple were planning a December wedding, but a source told the outlet they had postponed it. "They changed the timing due to the location they want," they said at the time. E! also spoke to a source about why Perry and Bloom are postponing their wedding to 2020. "They wanted to get married quickly but scheduling and pulling everything together has proven to be difficult," the source said. "The wedding was supposed to be in September, then December and now early next year. They have had to move things around because Katy has grand ideas of where and how she wants things to be." March 2020: They announce pregnancy In addition to cradling her pregnant stomach in her music video for "Never Worn White", Katy wrote on Instagram "Let's just say it's gonna be a jam packed summer..." She also said she was "excited" and "happy" on her Instagram story, writing: "It's probably the longest secret I've ever had to keep. I thought I would tell you guys in the best way through a piece of music." August 2020: Couple welcome first baby together On August 27, UNICEF announced the birth of Daisy Dove Bloom on Instagram. Both Katy and Orlando are Goodwill Ambassadors for the charitable organisation. "We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter," said the couple in a statement. February 2022: Katy reveals wedding plans are still in full swing In an interview, Katy claimed the delay was down to the pandemic. "It's a destination location that like, you know, we're still trying for it to work out, but every couple of months it's like, 'New variant! New variant! New variant!'" she said. February 2023: Orlando calls relationship 'challenging' Speaking to Flaunt magazine, Orlando explained how being in different creative industries has affected his relationship with Perry. "We're in two very different pools," he said. "Her pool is not a pool that I necessarily understand, and I think my pool is not a pool that she necessarily understands. Sometimes things are really, really, really, challenging. I won't lie. We definitely battle with our emotions and creativity." September 2024: Katy reveals reason for first break up During her Call Her Daddy interview, Katy spoke about why the couple took a break in 2017. "We weren't really in it from day one," she said. "He was because he had just done a huge time of celibacy, and he had set intentions. I was fresh out of a relationship, and I was like, I can't do this anymore. I need to swim in a different pond, but I had to do a lot real work." She also revealed the couple had undergone couples therapy, explaining they "want to evolve" for their daughter's sake. June 2025: Break up rumours After Katy was seen without her engagement ring, break up rumours flew. A friend of the pair has told MailOnline: "Unfortunately they are on the rocks... I'm afraid it does not look promising." An insider told the New York Post: "It's over. They're just waiting until the tour is done before they split." It's now thought Orlando will attend Jeff Bezos' wedding next week alone, despite Katy also being invited.
