Olivia Rodrigo kept it low-key this week. The 'Vampire' singer was spotted in attendance of the hit broadway musical John Proctor Is the Villain, starring Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink. Rodrigo was all smiles sporting a cream linen babydoll dress and her brand-new Kate Spade Liv shoulder bag in a leopard print.
The purse was a perfect complement to the easy and minimal dress and proves that mini shoulder bags aren't going anywhere anytime soon. The red strap and studded sides added a chic edgy element, balancing girly with grunge—the perfect formula for any outfit, especially for a hot summer night at a Broadway play.
After the show, Rodrigo posed onstage with Sink and the pop star's longtime best friend Conan Gray. Over the weekend, Sink attended the Tony Awards, where she was nominated for Best Actress in a Play for her work in John Proctor. It was the first such nomination for the actress, marking a major moment in her career on the eve of the final season of Stranger Things. Ultimately, Sarah Snook took home the award for her incredible one-woman performance, playing 26 characters, in The Picture of Dorian Gray.
Rodrigo is also fresh off of her 2025 Governors Ball performance from over the weekend, where she brought out a surprise guest performer, the legendary David Byrne, for a duet of 'Burning Down the House.' After a playful rendition and dance performance, the singer then closed her set with a four-song encore that included her hits 'Brutal,' 'Good 4 U,' 'All-American Bitch,' and 'Get Him Back!'

Anthony Ramos calls out Madonna for being on iPad 'the whole time' during one of his 'Hamilton' performances
Anthony Ramos did not throw away his shot. The 33-year-old former Hamilton star recently recalled Madonna giving him quite the fright when he spotted her in the audience during one of his performances of the acclaimed show on stage. "The most terrifying was Madonna with her iPad in her face," Ramos said during his Thursday appearance on Watch What Happens Live while host Andy Cohen peppered him with a string of "scary questions." "She was like this the whole time," Ramos continued, mimicking someone staring down at an iPad. "I'm like, 'Damn, shorty, if you're not enjoying it that much, the door's right there. You ain't gotta stay here.'" Ramos was part of the original cast of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Tony-winning Broadway musical, playing the dual roles of John Laurens and Philip Hamilton from July 2015 until November 2016. After leaving Hamilton, Ramos took on the lead role in the film adaptation of In the Heights, Miranda's breakout 2008 Broadway hit, which also earned widespread critical praise. Ramos continued building his career, nabbing a starring turn in 2023's Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, 2024's Twisters, and several other TV and movie projects. The original Broadway cast of Hamilton reunited on June 8 during the 78th Annual Tony Awards to celebrate the musical's 10th anniversary. Since its Broadway debut in 2015, the show, inspired by the life of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, has become a cultural phenomenon, shattering box office records and earning a record-breaking 16 Tony nominations and winning 11 trophies, including Best Musical. Ramos did not say when Madonna attended the Hamilton performance. However, in 2015, Playbill reported that creator and star Miranda banned Madonna from visiting the cast backstage after an April 18 performance of the show when it was still Off Broadway due to her poor theater etiquette. In a now-deleted tweet, the Pulitzer Prize–winning lyricist wrote, "Tonight was the first time I asked stage management NOT to allow a celebrity (who was texting all through Act 2) backstage. #noselfieforyou." 'Dead Outlaw' musical to close on Broadway June 29

The show -- which has music and lyrics by David Yazbek and Erik Della Penna -- opened at Broadway's Longacre Theatre on April 27. David Cromer directed the production and Itamar Moses wrote the book. "Elmer McCurdy was an ambitious, turn-of-the-20th-century outlaw whose death at the hands of a Western posse ended a life of failed crime and alcoholism and began a brilliant career as a mummified side-show attraction that traveled the USA for decades," a synopsis said. Hamilton's Cast Reunion at the Tony Awards Consumption of the Hamilton cast recording exploded following it being highlighted via a medley of songs performed during the 2025 Tony Awards. Many of the show's original cast members, including Jonathan Groff, Anthony Ramos, Daveed Diggs, Leslie Odom Jr., and of course Lin-Manuel Miranda, returned to the ceremony to blend eight tracks from the album, and the televised performance clearly reminded Americans of how much they love Hamilton. Hamilton's Album Rises 50% in Consumption According to Luminate, during the past tracking period, Hamilton shifted 27,500 equivalent units, between streaming activity and pure purchases. That's a jump of more than 51% from the previous period, when it managed 18,000 units. A little less than 1,000 of those were actual sales, which helps to explain how the musical was able to soar so high on the Top Streaming Albums tally. Hamilton Lives Inside the Top 10 Hamilton now lives inside the top 10 on half of all the Billboard rankings it appears on this week. The Miranda-powered project ascends one spot to No. 3 on the Top Rap Albums list and holds steady at No. 1 — yet again — on the Cast Albums ranking, where it is almost always in charge.
