There's been a flurry of new content in Marvel Rivals right now. First, It was the Chrono Shield Cards. Now, NetEase Games has unveiled yet another brand new aspect in the game, which is the Combat Chest.
This new in-game component is going to be similar to the Battle Pass.
With Season 2.5 planned to be released on May 30, 2025, a lot of things are lined-up to be revealed via this mid-season refresh update. The main highlight of this update has to be the arrival of Ultron in the game as a playable character. This upcoming character is also getting a new outfit as well, along with Groot. Besides, a lot of characters are getting their respective buffs and nerfs.
Combat Chest in Marvel - What is it and how to get it?
The Combat Chest is a new reward system in Marvel Rivals which works almost exactly like the Battle Pass in the game. However, there is a significant difference. Unlike the standard Battle Pass which progresses by spending Chrono Tokens, the Combat Chest progresses by playing matches. Another interesting quality of this new rewards system is that it doesn't expire at all and players can continue digging rewards from it without any time restraints.
Now the question is, how to get it? If you don't want to spend your money on the game besides the Battle Pass, then you can sit relaxed as the Combat Chest will still reward you, without spending a single penny.
However, that's the free version of the Combat Chest, and the rewards will also be low-tiered, like the Emma Frost Make It Rain Emote. But if you purchase the Premium version of the Combat Chest by spending 690 Lattice, which costs around $7, then you can treat yourself with some Advanced rewards like the Storm Kingdom Savior MVP.
Players need to keep in mind that the Combat Chest will be available until July 11, 2025. But if players activate the Combat Chest before that, then it will stay forever in their accounts and there will be no time limit to claim rewards through it. Players can progress through the Combat Chest even after it gets unavailable, but it needs to be purchased and activated before that.
The Combat Chest in Marvel Rivals is going to be released on May 30, 2025 at 9 AM UTC on all platforms, along with
the release of the Season 2.5
.

How to get the Moon Knight Phoenix Knight skin in Marvel Rivals

Image via NetEase Games. The Season 2.5 update alone has featured a lot of hero skins in Marvel Rivals. Be it the premium skins like Ultron X-Tron, Groot Yggroot, Scarlet Witch Immortal Sovereign, or the free skins like Golden Ultron, Mister Fantastic Future Foundation, the recent mid-season refresh has it all. However, this is not the end as Marvel Rivals has recently launched a skin for our favorite MCU superhero, Moon Knight, as well. Along with it, a skin for Iron Fist has also been released as well. Everything you need to know about the Moon Knight Phoenix Knight skin in Marvel Rivals The Moon Knight Phoenix Knight skin has been launched in Marvel Rivals on June 20, 2025 at 2:00 AM UTC. Moon Knight along with Iron Fist marks the fourth set of shop skin after Sunshine Land Shark Jeff the Land Shark, Future Foundation Thing, and many more. Unlike his typical appearance in MCU, the Phoenix Knight skin is quite different. Similar to the Phoenix bird, the whole outfit is themed in flame red and gold. However, this version of Moon Knight might look familiar to the OG Marvel comics fans. In 2018 Avengers #36, in an attempt to obtain all the powers in the universe by the order of Khonsu, Moon Knight acquired Mjolnir and the strength of Iron First to become the Phoenix Force. And the recently released skin reminds us of that version of Moon Knight. Now, how to get this skin? Unlike all the available free skins in Marvel Rivals , you don't need to complete any quests or watch any Twitch streams to redeem this skin. As it's a paid skin, you can directly purchase it from the Store tab in the Main Menu of the game. There you will find the Featured Tab where you should definitely find it and can buy it for 1,400 units. However, if you buy the whole Phoenix Night bundle then you will get the skin as well as an MVP Animation, Emote, Nameplate, and Spray, that too for just 200 Units more. Blood Message trailer: A reflection of Black Myth Wukong and Ghost of Tsushima, NetEase announces first single-player game

After the exciting PlayStation State of Play event, which announced upcoming games like Astro Bot, First Steps, Ghost of Yotei, 007 First Light, and Nioh 3, among others, another enticing development is taking place in the world of gaming. Developers NetEase Games and 24 Entertainment have just announced a single-player action game titled Blood Message and dropped a 5-minute trailer. This will be NetEase's first ever single-player game. The game is set in the final years of the legendary Tang dynasty of China and follows the story of a nameless protagonist during the 'Dunhuang uprising'. The trailer opens with a shot of our protagonist wading through the desert while a voice in the background talks about the demise of the Tang dynasty. The game most likely is making a reference to the time when the dynasty weakened and lost control of the region of Dunhuang, which was a focal point of communication between China and the rest of the world. The region was fought over many times, and the story of the game seems to be set during one of those rebellions. We see our protagonist trying to rescue his son from the city before the war destroys it. He soon discovers that his son has decided to travel to the Tang capital as part of another uprising. Watch From here the main narrative of the game begins, as we see a glimpse of the fight sequences and the overall world the story is set in. Some movements of the main character seem a bit like Assassin's Creed and Ghost of Tsushima, while the underlying presence of spirituality and belief in a higher someone reminds the viewer of the game Black Myth: Wukong, another game with Buddhist and Taoist folklore rooted deep within its story. The developers have already revealed that even though the game will feature an expansive world, the story in itself is linear in nature. Linear essentially means that while the players will have certain choices which can affect certain outcomes, the overall structure of the game shall remain fixed. No announcements about the release date have been made yet, and NetEase has not informed the audience about the consoles the game will be available on.

Meet Dhoni's sister, Jayanti Gupta, married to former CSK captain's best friend, her husband is…, she works as..

MS Dhoni, the heartthrob of all the CSK supporters, is undoubtedly one of the most famous cricketers in the world. He has a massive number of fans across several social media platforms. MS Dhoni might not frequently post on social media, but he always steals the spotlight whenever he does. Interestingly, not many know that Dhoni has an elder sister named Jayanti Gupta. Jayanti Gupta shares a wonderful bond with her chhota bhai. Over the years, Jayanti has taken an inspirational yet supportive role, playing a quiet but integral part in the shaping of Dhoni's remarkable journey to success. Having been raised in a middle-class family where his father worked a modest government job, MS Dhoni would have never thought big. But he had his elder sister, Jayanti Gupta, the firstborn of Pan Singh Dhoni and Devaki Devi, standing behind him every step of the way. She motivated him to follow his cricket dreams, kept him grounded, and helped him stay focused and determined despite the challenges. Jayanti Gupta, MS Dhoni's sister, was instrumental in convincing their father to let Dhoni follow a career in cricket. The former Team India captain is believed to be three to four years younger than his sister, Jayanti. Like the rest of the family, Jayanti prefers to stay out of the limelight. As per media reports, she's an English teacher at a public school situated in Ranchi. She is married to Gautam Gupta. Gautam is also from Ranchi and is one of Dhoni's close friends.
