A BELOVED business has launched a huge closing down sales as it is set to shut up shop for good in just days.
Residents and have been devastated by the news of the closure, as it has been a shopping hotspot in the city for almost a decade.

The Collectors Cave in Colchester is set to close at the end of the month, with a number of collectibles up for grabs at a cheap price until then.
Store owner, Jim Carman, made the difficult decision not to renew the shop's release and close it down after seven years.
He has instead decided to retire, the Colchester Gazette reports.
Local reporter and previous customer of the store, Grace Capel, said: "I remember buying my first Spawn comics here and Jim told me all about more horror comics to get into.

"I also purchased a rare mini Simpsons Funko Pop for my brother along with Star Wars stickers and pins for my friends.
"Many of my friends have fond memories of finding items they can't find anywhere else in this little corner of Colchester."
The Collectors Cave has been a unique store for finding a wide range of pop culture items and memorabilia.
It is a place where things like Funko Pops, signed pictures, posters, figurines, pinks, keyrings, comics and mystery boxes can be found.

Capel recalled the store stocking at one point also stocking an impressive collective of vintage band patches.
She added: "The city is sad to see another unique, independent and family-owned store leave its streets."

In an announcement made to social media regarding the closure, the Collectors Cave wrote: "It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of our beloved collectors shop.
"We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support throughout the years.

"Your passion for collecting has made our shop a truly special place."
They added: "To show our appreciation, we are holding a closing down sale!
"This is a great opportunity to find that special item you've been eyeing or to add to your cherished collection."
The Collectors Cave has also been a foundational site for the annual charity event Invasion of Colchester.

Celebrities like Shane Rimmer, the voice of Scott Tracy in Thunderbirds, and Madeleine Smith, an actress known for her parts in classic Hammer horror films, are reported to attended the shop during the popular event.

Hollywood star Glen Powell paid a visit to a Glasgow cinema amid filming a new blockbuster in the city. The Twisters star was seen filming a bus stunt scene in Glasgow this week as shooting takes place for the American fantasy titled Ghostwriter. 'Outstanding thriller' with Hollywood legend launches on free UK streamer
Is there anything better than a gripping thriller that takes your breath away at every suspenseful turn? In the world of television, I'm not sure there is. And that's probably what executives at ITV are thinking as well after their decision to add Apple TV Plus series Suspicion to their roster. Starring Pulp Fiction icon Uma Thurman, the eight-part series depicts five ordinary Brits who are accused of kidnapping the son of a prominent US media mogul. As twists and turns are revealed throughout, the five embark on a desperate race against time in order to prove their innocence. First released back in 2022, Suspicion has stayed fairly under the radar. But now, as ITV get set to air the first episode tonight at 10pm, fans can expect to stay guessing right until the very end with this show's dramatic plot twists. Writing on Rotten Tomatoes, Joly Herman from Common Sense Media said the series is: 'Dark, driving, and addictive, this thriller casts a keen eye on modern-day surveillance and social media.' Brad Newsome, from the Sydney Morning Herald, wrote: 'The pace remains quick but the action remains coherent… Quickly engrossing.' In a Google review, viewer David Samuel said: 'Brilliant series. Yes it's complicated at times, but that's the point, it's meant to be. It's a nice change not to be spoon-fed the plot but actually have to use your brain.' Ric Souza, also writing on Google, added: 'This was an outstanding suspense thriller with a superb cast. If you like your stories simple, with a tidy ending, Suspicion may not be for you. 'It is a master mystery thriller that leaves you with several final Suspicions as to who the true mastermind(s) are.' However, it appears not all fans were as pleased with the direction the show took. In fact, many have expressed their disappointment in how it tailed off towards the end of the season. Writing on Google reviews, Gillian Salmon said: 'Pros are this is well paced, suspenseful and initially seemed to build up to a solid thriller. 'The cast play their roles well, even the blissfully naïve and annoying ones. But the moments of promise fail to launch to a believable and satisfying conclusion.' More Trending Seth, also writing on Google, said: 'The setup in the first couple of episodes was intriguing and got me hooked. Unfortunately, it takes a steep decline and by the time we get to the last episode, it's turned into complete garbage.' Meanwhile, another critic on Rotten Tomatoes, Dustin Rowles, said: 'There's not enough substance or character development here to hold our attention beyond the time it takes to click 'NEXT'.' Hollywood director dines at Glasgow city centre Italian
The Starwars director dined at Italian restaurant Sarti on Bath Street last night (June 19). A post shared on Facebook by the restaurant along with a photo of Abrams with staff read: "We had the pleasure of welcoming JJ Abrams to Sarti Bath St last night. "He's in Glasgow filming his new movie Ghostwriter and popped in for some proper Italian hospitality."
