Amanda Holden put her age-defying figure on display as she showcased her incredible physique in a pink swimsuit on Sunday.
The host, 54, looked amazing as she lounged by a pool in Greece in swimwear by fashion designer Melissa Odabash.
She could be seen showing off her toned legs in the cut-out design, striking several eye-popping poses shared to Instagram.
In one, she rested her head on her hand and put another on her hip as she looked towards the sun in her large statement brown sunglasses.
Amanda accessorised the look with subtle pieces of gold jewellery and a watch, opting to keep it cool by wearing her brown hair in a bun.
The star looked like she was having a great time during the casual photoshoot and could be seen laughing as she struggled to pose.

The snaps went down a storm on Instagram with fans, even prompting the swimsuit's designer to comment: 'The best swimwear model of them all' with fire emojis.
Others praised: 'The body is perfection - needs to do Miami swimwear next year';
'Oh wow you look absolutely incredible. What a treat to wake up to! I'm a lot younger than you and you look SMASHING. loving the vibe [sic]';
'Still can't believe you're over 40.'
However, you will need relatively deep pockets if you'd like to emulate Amanda's look this summer, as the swimsuit retails for a whopping £288.
The snaps are not the first time that Amanda has shown off her incredible physique in recent weeks.
She also sent temperatures soaring as she showed off her jaw-dropping figure in a pink bikini while filming a new campaign in Mallorca.
Her fellow celeb pals raced to comment below the stunning clip, with Ruth Langsford sharing a slew of heart emojis and Vicky Pattison raving: 'AMANDA!!!!'
The radio host shared the racy clip on her Instagram page on June 7 - informing fans she was on the sunny Spanish island for work purposes.
In the stunning video, the BGT judge radiated confidence while strutting her stuff by a pool in the skimpy two-piece, adding strappy open-toe heels to complete the revealing look.
Her fellow celeb pals raced to comment below the stunning clip, with Ruth Langsford sharing a slew of heart emojis and Vicky Pattison raved: 'AMANDA!!!!'
Amanda was in Mallorca to film a new ad for UK brand Revive Collagen, founded by TOWIE star Samantha Faiers.
The star is no stranger to flashing the flesh in the studios and in April 2024, she stripped naked during the Heart Breakfast Show.
The confident star put every inch of herself on display as she removed her clothes for a life drawing session, that saw artists, as well as her radio co-hosts Jamie and Ashley Roberts have a go at drawing her.
As Amanda dropped her trousers on camera, Jamie explained: 'Slightly distracting... Amanda's in the corner of the studio without any clothes on - which is a first not for her of course - but the rest of us.'
Ashley interjected: 'She looks amazing!'

Time for change: watches that are worn anywhere but the wrist
While most watches today are worn on the wrist, originally they came in the shape of fobs — attached to a waistcoat or uniform by a chain or ribbon — or were hung on pins. Later they were put on wrist straps for convenience, a style that was common after the First World War. Now makers are relegating the telling of time to a secondary function. 'We're seeing watches evolve into expressions of personal style as consumers seek more distinctive accessories,' explains Ben Staniforth, of the pre-owned luxury timepiece retailer Watchfinder & Co. 'Worn on lapels as pendants or integrated into couture, they reflect a trend where fashion meets functionality.' This article contains affiliate links that can earn us revenue Arsham Droplet watch, £76,000, If evidence is needed that this is entering mainstream culture, the actress Jenna Ortega rocking up at A$AP Rocky's Met Gala afterparty last month with an antique men's pocket watch by Heuer (known today as Tag Heuer) from c 1914 dangling from her tuxedo bodysuit should be proof enough. And the high echelons of watchmaking have cottoned on to this trend for self-expression too. Hermès debuted its Maillon Libre brooch watch in April. This gem of a timepiece can be pinned to a lapel or sleeve, or worn around the neck with a leather cord — and is a frontrunner for design ingenuity. Despite its established place in the serious fashion sphere, Chanel also knows how to have fun with its designs. The new Kiss Me necklace appropriately takes the form of the brand's cult lipstick. If that wasn't charmant enough, it slides open to reveal a hidden watch dial. Kiss Me necklace in yellow gold, golden beryls, rhodolites, onyx and diamonds, POA, Sixtie sautoir watch in rose gold, white opals and diamonds, POA, Also restringing its pearls is Piaget, which has taken inspiration from its archival necklace watches from the Sixties: the Sixtie sautoir has a lozenge watch dial as its focal point in a masterful melding of high jewellery and horology. And Hublot's long-standing collaboration with leading artists resulted in the release of a timepiece that sent ripples through the watch world last year. Designed by the visual artist Daniel Arsham, the Droplet is tethered to a chain and cased in sapphire glass, offering a clear view of the moving mechanical parts within. This cute kidney bean of a timepiece is as far removed from your grandad's gold pocket watch as you can get. Van Cleef & Arpels is a dab hand with watches that combine complex engineering with stellar gem setting. At first glance, its padlock-shaped Cadenas might look like a heavy-duty bracelet, but take a closer look and you'll find an angled watch dial set among a dazzling mix of gold, diamonds and sapphires. Panthère hinged bangle watch in yellow gold, lacquer, onyx and diamonds, POA, Sundial watch in steel, £128, Cartier is another high jeweller and watchmaker that excels at combining precious materials with covert details. Its new Panthère has Duchess of Windsor glamour in spades with its big-cat hinged bangle: cast in solid gold and set with precious stones, it also fits in a watch dial, revealed by turning your wrist a few degrees. But the most novel creation is by the young, dynamic German brand Nomos Glashütte. Its sundial watch, which can be worn as a ring or around your neck, has a machined hole that lets a beam of sunlight fall on the engraved numbers to tell the hours. It's useless at night, but it will certainly be a talking point during working hours.

Woman breaks down in tears at 'uncomfortable' sex party with boyfriend
A woman who asked her boyfriend for an open relationship has broken down in tears at a sex party on Channel 4's controversial new show. Tonight's latest instalment of Open House: The Great Sex Experiment sees newly married couple Sharmayne, 26, and Jamie, 29, from Essex push the boundaries in their relationship. The pair can be seen heading to their first social event to see whether they can find anyone suitable to join them in their open relationship. After speaking as a couple to some of the people in the Open House, the pair then split up and mingle individually. However, moments after Sharmayne sees Jamie flirting with other women, she grabs his arm and tells him that she wants to 'step out'. As the pair walk outside, drawing some suspicious looks from the other guests, Sharmayne tells Jamie: 'I just feel overwhelmed. It's just a bit much for me, the whole situation.' After Jamie replies: 'We're not obligated to do anything. This is our journey,' Sharmayne can be seen getting visibly upset before she says: 'I'm just uncomfortable.' Moments after, she begins to wipe away tears from her eyes as Jamie asks: 'Where do we go from here?' After Sharmayne says 'I don't know', she adds: 'I don't know if I'm going to be able to hold myself together now. 'I really don't want to do it. I just want to go home.' This comes after a man vomited after agreeing to let his partner sleep with another man on the show. Couple Tom and Lauren appeared on the new reality series on June 13 after agreeing to take things to another level in the bedroom after a candid discussion with non-monogamy expert Effy Blue. Afterwards, Lauren was seen reassuring Tom, adding to the camera that it was 'absolutely insane' to see him with the 'confidence' for them to have their individual fun before reuniting at the end of the night. The camera then panned to Tom rushing to the bathroom to vomit, telling Lauren it was 'going to be horrible' and that he felt 'absolutely petrified and sick' as she tried to comfort him. Following a strong reaction to the turn of events, Tom and Lauren took to social media to address viewers. On their shared Instagram story they answered a series of questions about threesomes in the bedroom. When asked if they would do a 'two male, one female' threesome, they replied: 'It's certainly something we would consider.' Another asked if they would 'play with' him and his wife and they explained: 'never say never' but they would 'want to build a connection first'. One fan asked what their 'first time' was like to which they said it was 'awkward and tense'. 'We were both nervous but learned a lot and loved it,' they added. More Trending To others they recommended swinging apps and confirmed they don't have any 'parties' in the schedule yet. 'What did you learn the most on the show,' one person asked, to which they said: 'Communication between the two of us, even the little things, and Tom learned to love the body he's in.' Open House is certainly not the first time Channel 4 has aired a provocative show, after their recent series Virgin Island, which left viewers gobsmacked and uncomfortable as 12 'adult virgins' were sent on a sex retreat. Jesy Nelson 'never felt more lucky' as she shares sweet snaps of twin daughters
Former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson welcomed her twins on 18 May but only got to take them home last week after they spent some time in the NICU Jesy Nelson admits she's 'never felt more lucky in her life' as she shared snaps of her newborn babies with fans on social media. The former Little Mix singer, who struggled with a difficult pregnancy, revealed last week that her baby twins arrived back at her home for the first time after she welcomed them on 18 May. In a sweet update shared on Instagram, Jesy shared a carousel of snaps and videos of her daughters, Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster, with whom she shares a partner, Zion Foster. She posted pictures of them looking cosy, wrapped up in towels, as well as a video of Zion dancing with one of their babies. Jesy also shared numerous snaps of her babies lying on her chest and a snap of them enjoying a sunny day while sleeping in a pram. "Have never ever felt more lucky and blessed in my whole entire life," the singer captioned the wholesome post. Friends and fans rushed to the comment section to share their love for the couple and their newborn babies, with influencer Luke Hamnett writing: "Gorgeous gorgeous family." "You deserve every moment and enjoy every feeling beautiful momma," Safiyya Vorajee commented and one fan added: "You're a beauty human. You deserve such beautiful miracles." In May, Jesy delighted fans when she revealed her children had arrived "healthy and fighting strong" after arriving prematurely. She also recently shared her experience with the girls in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). She wrote in an online post: "Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU. "It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies. Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can't because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them. "Tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces. "But slowly as the days go by and they get stronger and wires start to come away, moments like this feel like a dream." The Black Magic singer shared her happiness over the fact her children were reunited together following treatment. She explained: "Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell."
