One of Aotearoa's most influential voices, Ladi6 has long been known (and respected) for doing things her way. Her new album, Le Vā, serves as a potent reminder of her talents as a songwriter but moreover, her ability to speak right to the soul of a listener - her music connecting with the individual when they need it the most. The record is the long-awaited fifth studio album from Ladi6, and is a stunning collection of modern and expansive sounds. Encompassing a blend of soul, pop and electronic elements, Le Vā marks the start of a new chapter of creativity for Ladi6, while also paying homage to her mother, Fuarosa.
