
Bahrain-Russia economic cooperation
The Minister of Industry and Commerce, H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, met with Russia's Minister of Economic Development, H.E. Mr. Maxim Reshetnikov, during his official visit to Bahrain.
The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing economic cooperation. Minister Fakhro highlighted Bahrain's position as an attractive global investment hub, supported by a businessfriendly environment and government incentives.
They also reviewed Bahrain's upcoming participation as Guest of Honor at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum this June.

Bahrain and Russia Sign Customs Cooperation Agreement at International Economic Forum
Bahrain and Russia signed an administrative cooperation agreement on customs matters during the International Economic Forum held in St. Petersburg, Russia. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain's Customs Affairs, and Ms. Tatyana Merkusheva, Deputy Director General of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
