The repulsive ordeal took place on an EVA Air flight from Taiwan to Austria - a gruelling 13-hour journey.
The clip was recorded by another passenger who was alerted to the chaos on May 25.
In the video, the boozed up man is seen standing and hunched over the seat in front of him.
Desperate flight attendants attempt to pull him out of his seat - but the man does not move an inch.
He then tries to sit back down again, and manages to do so while the dumbfounded crew watch on.
A security guard in a high vis jackets is even seen next to the man before crew try to lift him up again.
Some of the flight attendants removed his rucksack and took it away.
He eventually gets up, still appearing to be absolutely out of it.
Fellow passengers reportedly saw the man with an empty bottle of whisky.
It is unclear who exactly he threw up on, or whether the victim was able to clean himself up properly.
Pigeons caused chaos on a Delta Airlines flight Saturday night at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport
One of them told local media: "The cabin door was already closed, and then that person started vomiting.
"There was an older man on his right, and when he saw him vomiting, he immediately stood up."
They added: The flight attendants later helped move that older man's seat, but that whole row was then blocked off and no one could sit there."
Staff later forced the man to get off the flight so they could clean the seat.
After that, the plane was allowed to depart for its long 13-hour trip.
But it was delayed by about half an hour, according to What's The Jam.
Pilots made up for the lost time while in the air, and actually managed to land in Vienna, Austria, on time.
The witness onboard also said: "It smelt heavily of ginger duck with lots of alcohol.
"He probably drank it before boarding."
They added: "His friend wasn't asked to get off, only he himself was removed."

The group were chasing another youth who had sought safety inside the restaurant. The video circulating online shows the youths run toward the restaurant before some start attacking two male members of staff at the front door. The staff closed the doors as the youth the group was chasing hid inside the restaurant. Objects were hurled at the staff before a bare-chested male picked up a chair from outside and threw it, smashing one of the windows. One staff member is seen restraining the other, who disappears inside while his colleague picks up a chair to defend himself. More chairs are hurled and a male voice in the video is heard shouting "get him bro, get him". Two girls are also seen filming the attack urging them on before the second staff member appears and chases one of the attackers down the street. A window was smashed and damages could reach up to £2,000. According to restaurant manager Tony, there were four or five tables full inside when the attack happened. He said: "They were trying to get to this boy who they already attacked to beat him again. "We let him inside and shut the doors, but they attacked the staff and threw chairs. "He was half their size, I don't know why they would want to do this - there were about 30 of them." Tony also expressed disappointment that parents of the attackers hadn't been in touch. He added: "The funny thing is, we never received a phone call from their parents to say sorry, is there anything we need or if we okay. "This is the most disappointing thing, it's not the material losses." The resident who posted the shocking footage on X captioned the video: "Welcome to Thanet #Broadstairs. "The sooner I can get out of this area, the better… getting worse by the week." Police responded by issuing a dispersal order throughout much of the town centre following scenes of chaos throughout the day. A window of another business was broken in addition to reports of underage drinking and street fights. Yobs were also reported hurling bottles at beach huts and people stealing from shops on the seafront. A spokesperson for Kent Police said: "Kent Police is aware of incidents of anti-social behaviour in the Broadstairs area including under-age street drinking, fighting and reports of aggressive behaviour towards staff at shops and restaurants during the evening of Thursday 19 June 2025. "Officers attended and three arrests were made on suspicion of offences relating to public order, assault and criminal damage. "Two boys aged 16 and 17, and a 15-year old girl, all from Thanet, have since been released on bail pending further enquiries. "Officers are currently investigating these incidents, and a dispersal order has been implemented due to ongoing concerns relating to issues caused by a small minority of young people in some public areas including the town centre and beaches. "We fully understand that residents may be concerned about incidents of crime and disorder committed by the minority, however they should feel reassured that local officers will be on patrol in the area to provide a visible presence to prevent offences from occurring." 5 The shirtless teens were looking for another youth hiding inside Credit: X
