UFC's Bo Nickal delivers X-rated message to haters after first loss: 'Suck my d*ck'

UFC's Bo Nickal delivers X-rated message to haters after first loss: 'Suck my d*ck' Like a Sour Patch Kid, Bo Nickal is humble when reflecting on his first loss, but has a scathing message to the haters finding joy in his setback.
Bo Nickal appears to be taking his first professional loss in stride, but he also has a nasty message for anyone enjoying his setback.
Nickal (7-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) suffered the first loss of his MMA career at UFC on ESPN 67 when Reinier de Ridder finshed him in the second round after a series of hard strikes in the second round. The wrestling talent didn't have much to offer de Ridder outside of grappling and appeared a few levels behind in the striking department.
Nickal says he hasn't watched the fight in full yet because he has a pretty clear recollection of what went down, including returning to his stool after Round 1 thinking the fight wasn't going in his direction.
"I'll watch that fight back at some point, but I look at it as just a blueprint of what not to do," Nickal said on his YouTube channel. "So, that's a massive plus because I can't look at it and say like, 'Well, I did everything I could and he got me.' It was like – I did in my effort-wise, but the mistakes that I made were just so obvious to me. Fixable, obvious mistakes. And I think he's a great guy, he's a great opponent, so he forced me into those mistakes, and I didn't correct, or I didn't adjust. That's what you have to do if you want to be the best in the world."
Nickal's hype as a national champion wrestler led him to become a massive betting favorite in his MMA fights, and until the fight against de Ridder, he proved the oddsmakers correct. He started out his UFC career with back-to-back first-round finishes, followed by a second-round stoppage win. However, the competiton started to get stiffer, and he would go the distance with Paul Craig in his fourth UFC fight. Then the first career loss came against de Ridder, a former two-division champion under the ONE Championship banner.
"I never wanted to be an undefeated UFC champion," Nickal stated. "I never said that. You can go look back and clip out interviews and stuff like that. My goal has never been to be undefeated. I was totally aware that losses were very, very possible and likely. ... The goal isn't any different. I just want to continue to get better and improve. I want to find out how good I can be, and really it's leaning on God's plan for me more so than my own."
Now that the zero is gone from his loss column, Nickal can continue to proceed without the pressure of maintaining an unblemished record. He said he doesn't intend to be a fighter who loses more than he wins, but being someone who has experienced losses and bounced back from them is something fans can relate to more than an undefeated champion.
For the fans that don't relate and would rather send him hate, Nickal didn't mince words.
"All the negative, for me, I look at that and all I say is just like, suck my d*ck," Nickal said. "At the end of the day, say what you want. But when I get back on top and I'm the freaking champion of the world, you all will come crawling back. They always do. And I'll spit right in your face.
"... That's how I'll treat you guys. And every single one of you that says a bad thing, I have the memory of an elephant."

BKFC 76 results: Jessica Eye wins first fight back from retirement, beats UFC veteran Mariya Agapova

Jessica Eye is going home with a couple of cuts and some new bruises but a win on her record as the one-time UFC title challenger returned from retirement and beat Mariya Agapova at BKFC 76. The story of the fight was volume and accuracy with Eye outlanding Agapova by a wide margin as she consistently pressed forward to close the distance and then unloaded with a barrage of punches. When it was over, Eye had clearly done enough to earn the victory with the judges scoring the contest 49-45, 50-44 and 49-45 in her favor as she moves to 1-0 in the BKFC ring. Advertisement 'These bruises heal but the evil lives on,' Eye shouted to the Texas crowd. 'That's what you guys came here for. Are you not entertained?' The flyweights traded body shots to open the fight with Agapova then looked to use her reach at distance while Eye was methodically stalking her across the ring. While she did end up with a cut over her eye from an early exchange, Eye showed a lot of confidence while coming after Agapova while trying to set up a heavy right hand. Eye continuously looked to get inside while pressing Agapova against the ropes and then unleashing a barrage of punches. A couple of wild exchanges saw both fighters land some solid shots but Eye was landing with better power. The end of the third round saw Eye finally unleash her biggest succession of punches as she went hard to the body and then back up top to the head just before the bell sounded. Advertisement The crowd was getting a little restless as Eye was constantly pressing forward, pushing Agapova into the ropes and then trying to throw punches on the inside. That inevitably led to the referee breaking them apart and resetting in the center of the ring. Eye did manage to clip Agapova with a stiff right hand just before the fourth round ended that definitely got her attention. With two minutes remaining, Eye kept moving forward aggressively when she popped Agapova, who stumbled backwards before hitting the canvas. While Agapova complained that she got shoved rather than knocked down, the referee administered the required count before allowing the action to continue. Eye went back to the body again with another blistering combination just before the fight came to an end. Overall, Eye threw over 300 strikes during the fight and she connected with more than 200 shots, which was far more than Agapova across the five round fight. Advertisement Following nearly three years out of action, the 38-year-old veteran returned with a win on Saturday and it appears Eye plans to keep going with a new career started as a member of the BKFC roster. Alex Pereira Has a Clear Answer on a Potential Heavyweight Move

Alex Pereira Has a Clear Answer on a Potential Heavyweight Move originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Once a dominant force in the light heavyweight division, Alex Pereira's momentum was halted at UFC 313. Riding a five-fight win streak and looking like a man possessed, the former champion collided with Magomed Ankalaev in a brutal chess match that ended with Pereira losing his belt. Now, the question hanging in the air: is 'Poatan' planning to take his power up to Heavyweight? Advertisement After the loss, Pereira didn't rush back into the spotlight. Instead, he embraced a much-needed reset—time off that may have been as tactical as it was personal. In a recent interview with MMAFightingSBN, the Brazilian powerhouse pulled back the curtain on where his head's at—and what his body's doing. Alex PereiraGetty Images One detail stood out: he recently weighed in at a massive 240 pounds—and when asked directly whether that meant a move to heavyweight was in the cards, the speculation reached a boiling point. That number alone sparked heavy whispers about a move up, especially with Jon Jones still stuck on the sidelines. When asked about the current state of the division and the possibility of Jones being stripped, Pereira didn't hold back: 'Let those guys kill each other in that [heavyweight] class. Right now I'm just focusing on light heavyweight.' 'My focus right now is fighting Ankalaev, get my belt back, and then we see what happens next.' Advertisement When asked about a return date, Pereira made it clear he's ready whenever: 'September... October makes no difference—I want to fight.' Despite all the heavyweight chatter, Pereira sounds like a man on a mission—one with unfinished business at 205. A rematch with Ankalaev isn't just about redemption; it's about restoring what he believes is rightfully his. And here's where things get interesting: the UFC doesn't have a pay-per-view scheduled for September. But with two PPVs planned for October, Pereira may be circling a date—and his shot at gold—sooner than we think. UFC Signs Former PFL Heavyweight Ante Delija to Shake Up Division

UFC Signs Former PFL Heavyweight Ante Delija to Shake Up Division originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The UFC heavyweight division remains in limbo, with the futures of Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall still hanging in the balance. While Dana White has hinted that progress is being made behind the scenes, the promotion appears to be quietly putting the pieces in place. One of those pieces could signal a new chapter—one that adds fresh depth to a stalled title picture, and maybe even a bit of chaos. Advertisement According to Guilherme Cruz of MMA Fighting, former PFL heavyweight champion Ante Delija—an experienced 34-year-old Croatian heavyweight—has officially signed with the UFC. Delija, a seasoned veteran and 2022 PFL tournament winner, brings with him a resume that suggests he could stir the pot in a heavyweight scene desperate for momentum. Over the past few years, Delija compiled a 4-1 record between 2022 and 2024. UFC CEO Dana WhitePhoto by Jeff Bottari/Zuffa LLC via Getty Images He claimed the PFL Heavyweight Championship with a dominant first-round TKO over Matheus Scheffel, and picked up additional wins over Renan Ferreira, Shelton Graves, and former UFC fighter Maurice Greene. His lone recent loss came in April 2024 when he was stopped in the first round by Valentin Moldavsky—proof that the road to the top is anything but smooth. With Delija now in the fold, the UFC appears to be loading up its heavyweight ranks while waiting for clarity from the top. Jon Jones remains sidelined. Tom Aspinall holds the interim belt like a king without a kingdom. And Dana White? Ante DelijaGetty Images He's playing chess while the rest of us are stuck watching checkers. Fans and media are ready for answers—but until then, the moves being made behind the curtain may be just as telling as the ones in the cage.
