Bhutani Infra, Yashoda Hospital to jointly build 10.25-acre mixed-use project in Greater Noida

New Delhi, May 19 (PTI) Real estate firm Bhutani Infra has partnered with Yashoda Hospital to develop a mixed-use project in Greater Noida with an estimated investment of ₹1,000 crore, excluding land cost.
In a statement on May 19, Bhutani Infra said it has joined hands with Yashoda Hospital for development of AI-integrated mixed-use campus in Greater Noida West.
When contacted, Bhutani Infra CEO Ashish Bhutani told PTI that the company has tied up with Yashoda Hospital, which owns a 10.25-acre land, to develop this project.
"We will develop a hospital, a 5-star hotel, office space, retail space in this mixed use project," he said.
Ashish Bhutani said the company will invest around ₹1,000 crore to develop this project, excluding land cost.
Yashoda Hospital will manage medical infrastructure and services. The hospital aims to provide proactive, predictive, and ambient healthcare services, integrating technology and well-being into daily life.
"Tomorrow's healthcare won't wait for symptoms -- it will predict, prevent, and respond even before you know you need it, said Dr P N Arora, Chairman, Yashoda Group of Hospital.
"This campus will enable that vision by embedding AI-driven care into the flow of daily life, where technology and well-being are truly inseparable," he said.
Bhutani Infra has developed many real estate projects in Delhi-NCR.
Bayview Projects, backed by filmmaker Boney Kapoor and Bhutani Infra, is developing Noida International Film City.
The film city, proposed to be built across 1,000 acres with the first phase covering 230 acres in Sector 21 on Yamuna Expressway at a cost of ₹1,510 crore, is expected to be completed in eight years.

It was chaired by Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran. Sources privy to the meeting confirmed that the board has initiated a major safety overhaul, including a comprehensive audit of all aircraft in the airline's fleet. On June 10, an Air India flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad skidded off the taxiway during landing amid heavy rain. While no lives were lost, the incident raised critical questions around safety compliance. On June 12, Air India's London-bound plane crashed in Ahmedabad on June 12. The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner plane first hit the mess building of BJ Medical College Civil Hospital and then crashed into the Atulyam Hostel, where senior residents doctors stayed. Both buildings suffered heavy damage and casualties. As first reported by News18, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had directed Air India to submit the complete health report of its aircraft fleet. Sources indicate that the airline is in the final stages of compiling this report and is likely to submit it soon. In another significant decision, the board has constituted a high-level internal committee to monitor all aspects of Air India's operations. This committee will be empowered to take final decisions on flight routes, frequency, and other business-related matters. A senior Air India source: 'This is not just a cosmetic move. The committee has real authority to act swiftly in the interest of operational efficiency and passenger safety." To aid the ongoing investigation by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) into the Ahmedabad incident, the board also approved the formation of a coordination task force. This group will facilitate all support required by AAIB, ensuring smooth access to documents, technical data, and staff interactions during the investigation. The AI has suspended three routes until July 2025 and reduced flight frequency on 19 other routes. These reductions are aimed at strengthening Air India's network-wide operational stability and minimizing last-minute inconvenience to passengers. Despite these temporary reductions, Air India will continue to operate close to 600 daily flights with its narrowbody aircraft on 120 domestic and short-haul international routes. SECI set to finalise tender for 7,24,000 tonne green ammonia production annually

PTI Published 23 Jun 2025, 01:28 PM IST New Delhi, Jun 23 (PTI) State-owned Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) is set to finalise a tender for production and supply of 7,24,000 tonne of green ammonia annually across 13 fertilizer plants under Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition scheme. Ammonia, an essential component in urea and other nitrogen-based fertilizers, is currently produced using fossil fuels, leading to high greenhouse gas emissions. SECI's tender leverages renewable energy to produce green hydrogen and ammonia, promoting low-emission, domestic fertilizer production. SECI will anchor demand aggregation and sign long-term offtake agreements, providing producers with market certainty over a 10-year contract period. The tender was issued on June 7, 2024 and the last date for bid submission is June 26, 2025. To ensure financial viability, the government is offering financial incentives under the National Green Hydrogen Mission, with Production Linked Incentives (PLI) of ₹ 8.82/kg, ₹ 7.06/kg, and ₹ 5.30/kg for the first three years respectively- amounting to a total support of ₹ 1,533.4 crore. A robust Payment Security Mechanism (PSM) is also committed by the Centre to de-risk potential payment delays from fertilizer companies. India consumes approximately 17-19 million tonne of ammonia annually, with more than 50 per cent of its hydrogen requirement used in fertilizer production. However, most of this is derived from imported natural gas. SECI's initiative is expected to drastically cut this dependence, reduce exposure to global gas price fluctuations, and lower the trade deficit. Producing green hydrogen emits less than 2 kg of CO₂ per kilogram, compared to up to 12 kg CO₂ from conventional grey hydrogen.
